Bought methylated spirit from a large shop in a market area for N800 only to find out it's N600 in a small neighbourhood shop. This is not the first time it's happening to me but it's the most recent, that thing can pain

The first phone my parents bought for me was Nokia C1 for 5k and I desperately wanted to upgrade after a while. I went to work in a factory and I got like 8k. I contacted a friend of mine who swapped his phone for a better phone with some balance of course. He did it in Onitsha (Emeka offor plaza) and I pleaded with him to escort me. I paid our tfare and we got there, I picked up the model before Nokia navigator because of the sleekness and outstanding camera.

Priced 6k plus my Nokia C1.. I paid and immediately one guy told me about a fantastic anti-virus and I went to his shop. This guy scanned my phone and said my money was 3k plus. After bickering back and forth, he refused and seized my phone. Me and my friend couldn't say anything because the guy was huge. We looked like ants - we just finished SS3.. Las las after we cried and begged, one of his customers begged him and he left us stripping us of 2k and leaving us with our tfare.

After getting back from that horrible experience with much tears, I noticed that the screen of the phone was white but I was too happy to think anything negative. The phone fell down after some weeks and the screen went blank. I changed the screen with 2k. After a while, some keys stopped working, I fixed it with another 1.5k.. I ended up fixing keypad 3 times and changing the screen 2 times plus the batteries I brought to support it.

I ended up selling the phone for 3.5k... Lol...

That was the last day I bought a second hand phone from sellers. If no be new one with receipt, carry your wahala dy go.

Buy a N500 recharge voucher, send it to him and block the number once the message is confirmed sent. If he tries to reach you with another number, hang up immediately and block the number. By then he would have realised that you're aware his plans and he'll back off (that's if he's a scammer tho)

Because I had changed the email associated with the account, yesterday I got an email from ebay that was a response to one he sent to them using a new email. Saying his account has been hacked and asking them to do something about it immediately.

I was somewhat loose on this one I must confess but this is just to expose this dubiousness and obvious scam.

I saw your original post before you took it down. Yes, parents charge their children (sons and daughters, married or unmarried) to contribute towards family functions. If you cannot afford to contribute the money expected of you, don't lost any sleep over it. Just tell them that you're sorry but you don't have the means to contribute or they should manage what you can afford. Heaven will not fall. Honestly, a lot of wives' families exert a lot of financial pressure on husbands. It's unfair and could lead to cracks in the marriage if they continue like that.

Bears have to be one of, if not the most misrepresented animal- thanks to cartoons. The only harmless bear is your teddy bear or the one in Masha and the Bear (which, coincidentally, is a Russian cartoon). Seems they have a thing for bears.

Bears are not entirely nice and cuddly as portrayed in these pictures. Brown bears are dangerous, polar bears shouldn’t be encountered...by a rookie.

From the photos, I can see that they've clipped off all it's claws and I'm sure it's fangs must have been removed as well. Even at that, it's still a wild animal and can be very dangerous. I'm sure there's someone with a loaded tranquilizer gun somewhere behind the scenes of those photoshoots.
