What is the best way to send a laptop to Lagos. I needed to send my laptop back to Naija urgently. Does Dhl or Royal Mail work? Abi we have cargo agents that handle that here?

Please guys I have an issue. While filling my wife’s application I didn’t know she had a visit visa refusal from Turkey. While going through out documents for Friday appointment I discovered that her passport has a stamp from Turkey embassy. What do you guys advice we do as next steps to correct this.

if I heard you correctly, your wife that you are married to has never discussed about her Turkey refusal in time past and you have never seen your wife passport before or known about her travel history . Your own wife? Please don’t come here and be lying like we are all kids

I got my refusal letter today and I was banned but the problem is I actually didn’t know about the refusal cause I was a minor about 12yrs and my grandma didn’t tell me about the refusal please advice what I can do and how to proceed

go to your bank with photocopies of what you intend to pay for as evidence. Tender it, they will use it to get a one off approval for the total sum.

I used my etoro account on Binance, that's the only one that worked.......

A quick one for those with kids.

Because load plenty, I want to buy one laptop bag for each kid plus the cabin luggage which is 7kg or so. Just to use to contain extra loads. Hope there is no issue with that. That excludes the normal 2 bags of 23kg All of us go carry laptop bag with cabin luggage. Meanwhile it’s only my own that will have laptop.

Any issue with that? Hope the Naija airport winch will be asleep when I pass

for me , my wife was still on quarantine when we applied and got our visa. We stated in the consent letter that she was on quarantine and will secure a family accommodation as soon as she is done with quarantine.

Hubby arrived with our kids on Friday with Qatar airways. MMA is really not much issue, your passenger locator form, covid result for you if not fully vaccinated, day 2 booking proof for you and the kids (include day 8 for yourself if not vaccinated) were all they were particular about. Depending on the officer that will attend to you at UK port of entry, you will most likely answer some questions.
Don't forget your wife's course, course duration, school name and address of where she is living. Remember her house postcode. Just be smart with your answers

Am about to travel to the Uk with the kids. Their mum is already in the Uk as the student while we are dependants. Are there issues I will face at the MMA. Is there any extra document I need to present. I have the consent letter both the Mom and I signed before visa application. Does that suffice?

Please I have a question that needs clarification, if am fully vaccinated here in Nigeria, but not upto 14days as required by the UK gov, Should I also do the predepature covid test and also the Day 2 and day 8 test? Or is it just the Day 2 lateral flow test that I will do in Uk. I am aware obviously that I will quarantine as my final jab won’t be upto 14days before landing in the Uk

check online if they have a rep in Nigeria. If they do, u should complain to them and they should be able to assist u

I suggest u try to book your coach earlier than the travelling date. I live in Swindon but school in London-Canary wharf to be precise and I spend just £10 for return.

When she finished and came out she did not see anyone again. Her mind is telling her that the Uk people has come to check on her. What can she do? Get an hotel along airport road which is way closer to the airport than Ikeja. If you have a car or relatives that can help you guys out, the better for ease of movement at that time.

I have a question. My Wife will be flying with airmaroc on Monday 6am. Ordinarily she is supposed to be in the airport 3 or 4 hrs earlier that’s by 2 or 3am. That’s too early Do u advise that we go in the night arround 11pm and hang on there or look for a hotel in ikeja and rush there by 4am? Do you think that we can get a cab that early? By 4am and still meet with boarding ?
