FuckYou:
Pls
Can u guys help me maybe us by giving us some ideas about business one can do online to generate nothing less than 5000naira per month..
School na money
I don't task my parent too much
Especially online. Business abeg

1.First of all you have to have a good identity to make money, your moniker is scary
2. In school you have to explore options, avenues ,weaknesses and strength of students and use it to your advantage

Now to the steps proper

1. You can make money by doing assignments for lazy students , back in school i charge anything from 500 naira to 2000 depending on the pocket of the lazy student(and there is an advantage to this, its like you a re-recording treated information in your class thereby making you a genius in class-*i was and still am a genius #OverHyping)
2. By running errands -(you better no shame ), at times some of my course mates need textbooks or stuff and they are to lazy to get them , i will help them get it and i charge them from 100 naira to 300 naira to get it for them (i can do this in 20 minutes so no stress involved)
3.As an Electrical Engineering student we are given periodic projects to build some stuff, i also help some busy and lazy students do this, i charge around 1000-2500 depending on the complexity to do this and at times i get about 5 projects at a go !!!!
4. I help students pay their school fees, my school used an online payment platform, not everybody had master card or not everybody was computer literate i charge between 750 and 2500 to do this depending on the students pocket
5. I learnt and improved on something i loved which is anything computer related ,graphics , web, programming you name it , depending on the job i get paid
6. All in all i earned as much as 20k(5k if buisness is bad in a month) from assignments and projects not to talk of money from web and graphics, i will not mention that one.
7. I could take care of practically all my expenses on my own, textbooks, feeding etc

NOTE: Always be diligent and polite when doing business in school, and packaging matters, no talk say shebi na student , you still need to package your products and services well and give occasional incentives, like pay for one get one free.

MY TRADE SECRET:i will sweet mouth you, make you laugh, deliver and collect your money,i dont just sweet mouth, i sweet mouth and deliver
God Bless You,Mr. FuckYou

Tanx, but my problem is that the address on the card is my village address while i want to use city address so that it won't be difficult to deliver.

the problem is that if you change it,it might cause conflict,or cause your application to denied, but you can give it a try.

chai seun is right.whatever policies are implemented,it will be beneficial someone somewhere,i believe the policies should be targeted to benifit the poor.

Lilimax:
I was reading about Mohammed Emwazi aka Jihadi John; the infamous British executioner and how he was vapourised in Syria by Americans Pilots sitting in Nevada.
It got me thinking of how a human being can be vapourised?

According to a 2013 study published in the Journal of Interdisciplinary Science Topics (Annals of Mad Science and the Journal of Sophisticated Villainery not having nearly as good of impact factors) it would take 2.99 GJ worth of energy to completely vaporize an entire human body. This fact should give you pause before you try to vaporize a place, rather than a person, writes blogger Kyle Hill. You'd need more than 70 of the most powerful lasers that currently exist just to off that one person. And that's not very efficient evil.

hehehe "not very efficient evil"

good morning, i have had this idea in me for long but the start up cost is too much for two people talk less of one person. There is no nigerian channel like mbc 2 or mbc Action although those channels are fading. If you have seen hbo then u will understand my point. 24 hours of movies and no documentaries. Just 5 mins adverts and i have never seen any vj on their channel. Am not scared that someone might take the idea but if something is mine then its mine but if its meant to help someone else then am fine with it. If you are interested drop your number for better conversation

Nice idea, 08182346055 , but what sort of movies are you targetting , how do you hope to fund,i am very Technically Inclined(IT) you might need me.

I've seen many so-called internet experts in Nigeria dish out blogging advice that looks like this: start a free blog, scrape few articles from other website and paste on your blog, apply for Adsense and gbam ... the more will start pouring into your account on a daily basis.

Well, everyone would have been a billionaire if that was true and the thing about Nigerians is that: they want everything for free! They want a domain name for free, web hosting for free, even blog posts for free.

I even saw a thread where someone was
asking how he could get a free traffic automated
software for generating traffic on autopilot, can you imagine?

The fact is: if you really want to build a successful blog these days, that'll earn you reasonable cash, you've to aviod free blogging platforms like and blogger.

Do you want to why? Here you go:

1.It doesn't make you serious

You know we take things that comes free: no value.
You won't have a blogging schedule, no plan etc.
After all, you got the blog for free, so you have
nothing to lose. But this is going to delay your
success in true reality because you won't be
committed towards what you're doing.

Look at it this way: if you had invested some cash into starting your blog, won't you be committed towards making it successful?

This is so because you won't want your money to down the drain so the zeal and focus will be there.

2.Your blog url looks ugly and sometimes confusing

When you start a blog on a free platform, it usually comes with the host name at the end. You can imagine an url like www.myblogisgood..com or
www.myfineblog.. This is very long, confusing and looks very unprofessional. You can imagine someone trying to visit your blog and forgot to put the . or ..com at the end.

They head straight to another blog. And that's free traffic to your competitors

3.You can't customize your blog design

Do you wonder why most free blogs look alike? Well the answer is simple: no customization, no
tweaking. Though, you could be lucky to get a good template on blogger but on , you must be kidding me.

4.You don't own your blog

If you think you're the owner of the blog, then
you're totally mistaken. Your blog and all of its
content is owned by host, which is why you see the domain name ending in the host's name.

5.Search engines dislike free blogs

Have you ever wondered why free blogs don't get
listed in search engines pages (SERPs) when you
run a Google search? They are generally ranked
lower which is too bad. So, how are you going to
get consistent traffic to your blog?

6.Your blog can be deleted anytime

I'm sure you must have heard the story of Jide
Ogunsanya's blog, Ogbongeblog.com, which was
deleted mistakenly and that of Linda Ikeji which was deleted because some envy folks falsely reported her blog for copyright issues.

7.Readers won't listen to you

You can imagine someone claiming to be making money online and yet runs a free blog, would you even click through to his blog?
I doubt it.

Conclusion

I'm not a sworn hater of free blogging platforms. As a matter of fact, I started on Blogger myself but the truth is: the blog was taking me nowhere and that was a very long time ago. I had to abandon the blog and make good use of my precious time.

I can't even remember the url, can you imagine?
If you intend to run a successful online business,
you need to forget about free blogs - you'll waste
your time and efforts.

No kidding! I know... your next thought: Linda Ikeji runs a free blog and she makes it, why should I not.

Just like one of my
coach will say: She's an exception, not the rule. She started blogging when blogging was not popular in
the foreign countries - let alone Nigeria. The
competition was less then and trust me if she
wasn't passionate about what she was doing, she would have quit.

So, my advice is this:
If you want to blog for fun or as a hobby where you write stories and share with friends ...a free blog will suffice but if you intend to start an online business on a serious note, then forget about free platforms and get a self-hosted blog, preferably on Wordpress. This means you get full control and monetize your blog according to your taste without restriction.

I would love hear your thoughts on this, lasasticlala, do you agree or did I miss something?

I think its a good idea even f i am not an economist, i believe because of the absence of 1 Naira note ,sellers approximate the price of items that should be 3 Naira for example, they approximate the value to 5 Naira,if it is done i believe prices of products MIGHT drop. My little piece even if i am not a economist.
