My friend is 24, a graduate, and does a fairly paid job. He recently started wooing a 16-yr-old SS2 student through her aunt (The girl lives with her mom's sister). According to him, he wants to nurture this girl probably for marriage .

He told me about it today and I was stunned. He said he wanted to get as many advice as possible, so he'd know the next line of action to take..

Ok let's start with some options:
1)When he was in university, did he date any girl? If no, then he as phobia for matured girls and he can't walk up to them
2) If yes dat he dated, what happened that they broke up..except he was using money to date them, so now he's thinking a little girl will not do the same
3) Maybe he thinks that since he's not working well, he won't be able to get a matured lady to date, so a small girl will be good for now
4) There are guys that just believe in dating small girls, mayb he one of them
5) He might av asked matured ladies out and they always reject him and he just decided to stay with a little girl dat will just say yes
But in all, he shud tell you the real reason He is picking that girl and let him know that his money spending it on the girl won't guarantee him the girl because girls can change esp wen they enter univerisity..he shud go build his confidence level and start talking to matured ladies..no matter the number of times a girl say no,one will say yes one day..so he shud keep trying

A Federal High Court in Lagos on Tuesday convicted nine foreign citizens for stealing 3,423.097 metric tons of crude oil from Nigeria.
Among the convicts were five Filipinos and four Bangladeshes.

They had been intercepted by the Nigerian Navy on March 27, 2015, while trying to export the stolen product loaded in their vessel, MT Asteris, out of the country.

On Tuesday, Justice Ibrahim Buba convicted them on four counts bordering on the crime and
sentenced each of them to a jail term of five years with an option of N20m fine.

In handing down the sentence, Buba said he was satisfied that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, which prosecuted the convicts, proved its case beyond reasonable doubts.
“The case of the prosecution is as clear as the daylight,” the judge held, adding that the failure of the convicts to supply the evidence that they had lawful permit to deal in crude oil further strengthened the prosecution’s case.
The product was illegally sourced in Nigeria as “the Department of Petroleum Resources confirmed to the EFCC that MT Asteris was not licensed to deal with crude oil in Nigeria.”

The judge said it was the likes of the convicts that made Nigeria a laughing stock in the eyes of the world. Adding that it was not right for anyone to deprive the country the enjoyment of its natural resources through illegal means.

Buba said the court had the duty to send a strong signal to Nigerians and non-Nigerians alike that the country had laws and the laws were enforceable.
“It is not right for either Nigerians or foreign nationals to deny this country its God-given natural resources through illegal means. Accordingly, this court hereby sentenced each convict to five years term of imprisonment on count one with effect from March 27, 2015 with an option of N5m fine,” the judge held.
He also sentenced them to five years each on counts two, three and four or a fine of N5m on each count.

He said:
“All the sentences are to run concurrently, but not the option of fine. In addition, the vessel, MT Asteris, and the cargo on board are forfeited to the Federal Government of Nigeria.
“For purposes of clarity, each convict is to serve five years term of imprisonment with effect from 27 of March, 2015, or pay fines of N20m for all the four counts.”
The foreigners who were convicted and jailed are Axel Jabone, Zahirul Islam, Juanito Infantado, Suarin Alave and Gatila Gadayan.

Others are Islam Shahinul, Islam Rafiqul, Shaikh Nomany and Rolando Comendador.

1) Her student visa wan expire and she dosnt have any good thing to show she went abroad, so life in jail in dat area might be rosy, so she took that opportunity

Find your reading spot : this is very vital, I have a friend who can only study better at the school pitch, please don't copy such idea cause your own study point might be in the toilet..

Get a class tutor :gang up with your colleagues to discuss what you don't understand about today's lecture

Play : please ve a good leisure time all work and no play makes jack a dull boy..

Don't be selfish share your knowledge with orders else they will surely course you after the exam for not explaining to him during exam preparation... Please don't underrate my last point cause it works...

Nice ideas and advice but
1)there are people who have to do one or two things during the day and won't have chance to read, I think you can advice them to maybe wake up by 4am or 5am in the morni and read before 7am when they can prepare for lectures or those dat can wake up b 12am and read till like 2am
2) Some people have to remove the mentality of ''na my parents send me come school'' and have the mentality of '' I came to school"
3) Some people don't like the course they gave them, so they always keep negative thought abt the course and law of nature says " what you believe that you can achieve" so they should love the course they do
4) Students should not sit with their frnds in class dat will distract them during lectures
5) Lastly prayers is very relevant in studies..if you not always understanding what the teacher is saying, u can pray to God for spirit of understanding and also during test and exams

The Nigerian Army on Saturday stated its reason for attacking members of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria.
The Army had on Saturday said the group blocked the road and attempted to kill the Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai, in Kaduna State.

“Yesterday’s incident involving clashes between detachments of the Nigerian Army, accompanying the Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General TY Buratai and followers of Sheikh Ibrahim El Zak-Zaky, suspected to be members of the Shiite Sect in Zaria, leading to loss of lives as a result of the Shiite group members’ blocking roads and not allowing other passers-by to go about their lawful businesses and activities, was most unfortunate,” Mr. Usman, a Colonel, said.
“The Nigerian Constitution guarantees the rights of any group of persons and Sheikh El Zak Zaky’s followers to hold a peaceful march or procession unhindered, but it also guarantees other people’s rights of way on public highways. It is important to note that over the years this group has subjected ordinary citizens using public roads to untold hardship, delays, threats and disruption simply because they insist on using public space irrespective of inconvenience and hardship on other law abiding citizens and motorists.
This cannot be tolerated and must stop!
“As soon as order is restored to the situation in Zaria city and its environs, the police will conduct an enquiry and the public will be informed.
“In the meantime, the public is advised to go about their lawful business and report any suspicious persons or incidents to the police,” the Nigerian Army said.
Mr. Usman did not give details of the various attacks or whether Mr. Zakzaky had been arrested or not.
The Islamic Movement has said its members were unarmed and that soldiers attacked its members in three different parts of Kaduna including Mr. Zakzaky’s home.
The Shiite group said the son and wife of Mr. Zakzaky were among ‘hundreds’ of its members killed by the soldiers.

For the record, am not supporting anybody, am a free thinker..Now another addition to the list of springing revenge groups in nigeria:
1) Boko haram: it didn't excalate to what it is now when the leader Yusuf was alive..he was able to control them not to attack innocent citizens..until they killed him,they assuming that cutting the head will only weaken the body and they were very wrong... the second in command from Niger republic brought is own idea of revenge and the followers followed suit to their master..we all know how pple have died in the hand of boko haram..this is what they wud have adverted by giving a fair trial to Yusuf or better still play the game of prison break and him dieing in action
2) Biafra : soldiers opening fire on protesters..so is the Nigeria govt thinking they wud just lie low like dat esp wen they are side by side with the militants..even the militant you pple kept busy by guarding those pipelines and fixing them in various positions, I heard that they are planning to rip them off those duties..
3)Shiite muslims: killing pple dat were not with armed..pls wats the use of rubber bullets or shocking batons..now you have killed his wife and child/children..and arrested him, when are we going to learn that in nigeria that removing the head of a person dosnt stop the body from still committing worse havoc..
These are the reasons why I decided I won't go for NDA short service again because the military is obey the last command and me, der are commands you will give me that I won't follow..so before they take me as a rebel, I shud just peacefully live my civilian life..God help Nigeria

Yes I wouldve suggested a psychologist but in this case he knows his wrongs, so why involve a third party into family and marriage affairs? I said that because I've seen cases where a psychologist made the case even worse for a family than good. But if he can still try one then no stress but I'll always object tho.
