Former Deputy Governor is about to decamp? Funny guy! Pius Odubu has been on National assignment for APC ever since the primaries began. He was the Chairman of the election committee in one of the States.

Imasuen is still with APC, Ogiemwonyi is still with APC. So many people still with APC in Edo State. So no need arguing with you.

If you think Oshiomole would fold his hands and let PDP win the Presidential election in Edo State after all the noise he has made in the media, then you must be joking.

I don't even need to argue with you because it's obvious you know nothing about politics in Edo State. Oshiomole is irrelevant in Edo politics? Thought you guys said Ize Iyamu would defeat Obaseki 'anyhow' then? You know nothing.

If someone like OP happens to be an SA, he would confuse his principal and his naivety would cause his principal his reelection.

Now let me reteach you what you've failed to understand. In 2015, GEJ from the South South was in the ballot against Buhari and elections didn't take place in most parts of the South South. Votes were allocated and Jonathan had 1milllion plus votes in Delta and Rivers States and had 900k plus in Akwa Ibom.

Today, it's a different ballgame entirely. It's a Muslim against Muslim! Fulani against Fulani! PDP won in Edo State in 2015 which won't repeat itself this year. Over Oshiomole's dead body. In Delta APC has the likes of Omo Agege in the ballot and other politicians like Uduaghan. Even if Atiku would win here, it should be on 65:35 basis.

Only a kid would think PDP would secure the 900k plus votes they got in Akwa Ibom in 2015. And only a foolish person would think Akpabio would work against the interest of APC when he would have been promised the Senate Presidency should Buhari win reelection. It's going to be a do-or-die affair in Akwa Ibom.

What Wike did in Rivers in 2015 cannot be repeated in 2019 rather it'd be reciprocated if Buhari allows such to happen. So expect a Buhari victory in Rivers or a narrow margin victory.

I don't wanna talk much about the Southeast because I'm so certain aside Enugu, APC is sure of at least 35% of the total votes in the whole of the Southeast and considering that the turnout will be low, it's a plus plus for Buhari.

FYI, Saraki cannot deliver Kwara for Atiku. It's Buhari all the way in Kwara State. If you doubt me, screenshot this page. Buhari would only lose Benue and Plateau in the North Central.

Even the so-called Atiku's Northeast would be won by Buhari. Aside Adamawa and Taraba, please can you name where else Atiku would win?

PS Northwest is a no-go area. Buhari doesn't need to campaign in the Northwest for him to win Atiku there.

In Yoruba land, there's no way an average Yoruba person will prefer an Atiku/Obi ticket to that of Buhari/Osinbajo. They all know it's coming back South and they are favoured to clinch it in 2023.

ABUJA – PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari is currently meeting with the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Anyim Pius Anyim, former Governor of Delta State and senatorial candidate in the 2019 election, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan at the State House Abuja.

Also meeting with the President after the Friday juma’at service at the State House mosque is Senator Kabiru Marafa who is a governorship aspirant in Zamfara State.

The three came separately and are still at the President’s office.

Tinubu is so sure of himself unlike the fear fear Saraki. Tinubu allows for primaries to decide even when he's in support of a particular candidate. But that cannot be said of Saraki. He imposes candidates on others. He doesn't allow primaries to take place because he knows his preferred candidate may not scale through.

The present Speaker (Ali Ahmad) of Kwara State House of Assembly who was shortchanged during the governorship primaries was also demoted by Saraki. He was in the House of Reps from 2011-2015 before he was demoted to the House of Assembly and later made the Speaker while the then Speaker of the House of Assembly (2011-2015), Atunwa, was promoted to the House of Reps. He's now the governorship candidate of PDP in the State.

Tinubu and Saraki are both political godfathers but at least one is still being fair to his people. He doesn't impose on others. When he anoints any candidate and the others reject, he allows primaries decide. Unlike who doesn't allow primaries. He prefers to handpick everyone.

Most of these Governors are unpopular yet they wanna impose candidates on the party.

Like Tinubu or not, he still remains a politician par excellence and one of the most influential politicians of the 21st century. When he asks you to step down for his preferred candidate and you refuse, he then asks you guys to go to the field. If his anointed loses, so be it and if he wins, so be it also.

Why can't people like Amosun learn from Tinubu? He single-handedly handpicked the Governorship, Deputy Governorship, all the National Assembly and State House of Assembly candidates in Ogun State and expect that to work? He even imposed himself on them as a Senatorial candidate. That's unfair.!

Amosun and his colleague, Ajimobi are just terrorizing their States. They were once Senators before becoming Governors of their respective States. Now that they are about leaving office, they want to retire to the Senate being the dumping ground of most failed Governors. Yet they accused Tinubu of imposition when Amosun is busy handpicked candidates in Ogun. Glad he's anointed candidate was rejected in the direct primaries.

Till today, the honour of the greatest political demotion in Nigeria's political history is held by Senator Tokunbo Afikuyomi. Who went from being a twice elected Senator, to being an appointed commissioner of Tourism.

I understand you bro. I'm not trying to castigate him for contesting for the House of Reps after being made an SSA to Obj. What I'm trying to say is that the man is ready to sink so low. He contested for Governor then lost and was later made SSG then he contested for Senate again and lost. After losing, he resigned as the SSG and was later called back, he still went. He already printed posters this year to go to the Senate before he was prevailed upon to go to the House of Reps and he agreed again.

With the rate he's going, he might accept an Assembly ticket soon. He doesn't know what he stands for.!
