Only Jamb's CBT app does the upload, so yes, CBT centre or jamb office

Jamb would most probably sent you a mail when the list is released. Procedures to accept or decline would/should be included.

can't say I agree with you on that one... whether or not the performance was poor, aspirants can still be ranked and chosen based on merit. Screening on the other hand is an opaque process which would be judiciously rigged.

Reduced? that doesn't make sense but I doubt you'd have anything to worry about, you're that good.

I have been trying to figure that out. Using older methods, those with higher putme scores are considered first and preferred to those with higher jamb scores. However with the new caps system, a simple average might be used.

Truth is, jamb only explain a little bit of the system to us but how the list is generated(parameters available) is still unknown. So we just gotta hope the system favours us.

Not withstanding, with 29x and 66%, your chances are on the high side.
