Adesina's problem is with Steve Dowd, the US Executive Director of AfDB, who felt he is being undermined by Adesina's leadership style of promoting African interest ahead of US'.

Now, it is against the bank rules for whistleblowers, who are obviously insiders, to publicise their allegations and they need to be disciplined. It is also against the bank rules for any shareholder to call for an independent probe (that is why there is a board of governors). My deduction from from US call for independent probe is that US and Western stakeholders are profiling Akinwumi Adesina as a Nigerian from the prism of corruption.

Retaining Akinwumi Adesina as head of AfDB is a test for African Presidents to assert themselves. All eyes are on them.

They won't do anything .... Most of them received donations and Grants during this Covid-19 pandemic as International aid and Economic Stimulus ..... How much did China received from them when she was the epicentre of Coronavirus........

The day African countries says Europe thanks, we don't need your funds , Gifts and Finances infact Take our fund is the day economic slavery will end.
