Also, Marrying early is good but it is not a guarantee that your child can't be fatherless at any point in time either due to nature or man-made circumstances (SARS, Accident, Kidnapping etc) May these vices not be our portion.


My advice is that start early and do what works for you, you can marry and grow with marriage or you grow first and marry later then develop with marriage ..... regardless of age ....

I'm facing a pretty challenging dilemma right now, and I'd love your inputs. I'm 19 and I just finished my third year of Microbiology and I'm currently on my SIWES program. Shortly before my sophomore year, my dad encouraged me to begin ICAN by starting ATS, and I finished ATS 3, the final stage of the ICAN preliminaries in September. If things go as planned, I should be done with my ICAN programme shortly after my BSc. degree.

However, I really love Medicine. Its the course I've always wanted. I'm currently on a 2:1 now, a few points shy of a first class. I'm not sure if a second class upper can get me a DE into MBBS. If MBBS doesnt work, can my ICAN qualification allow me to begin a career in accounting or get an MBA even without an Accounting degree? What's my best path to take from here? I don't want to mess this up.

Since Medicine is your chosen Career , Go onto becoming a medical doctor if you so desire as you are still young .... But A2A, If medicine doesn't work, ICAN can allow you to progress into MBA , I will recommend you also find accounting/Finance related job so as to have experience ......

If you desire accounting degree so as to be able to compete effectively , Go for ACCA using your ICAN to claim exemption but allowing yourself to qualify for Oxford Brooke's Btech/B.sc in Accounting .

I was trying to register online for my ICAN exams through my ATM card but unfortunately i entered the whole amount under PROF registration. i didn't know there are different options where i should have chosen PROF subscription and PROF examination.

Quickly go to ICAN office at Ebutte Meta if you are a Lagos resident and tell them or put a call to ICAN .... Don't stress, They will resolve it !!

Big Lie Sir. Even UNILORIN that just intriduced coursework, only put 2 courses for M.Phil and Ph.D. Its mainly by research Work in UNILORIN

I subjected my M.sc scores to CGPA and I earned 2:1 60.7% .... just playing with B.sc grade system with my M.sc Score .....

If she had As in all her courses , she might claimed 5.0/5.0 ...... Nonetheless she is proud of her achievement and I am proud of her ....

Things changed yearly ooo, My 2013 set did 13 courses , the 2014 did like 16/17 courses .... PhD did like 4 courses ..... I was amazed myself , I think courses were introduced in Unilorin in 2015 set !!
