In my house we have a fixed percentage of our income that goes towards family expenses and projects. After that nobody asks the other what they do with their money.
Whatever we send to our parents is our business.
Tell your wife to go and get a job and start earning money too. She should be caring for her family.
As an Inlaw you should really just give her family gifts(birthdays, festive periods), not carry their monthly expenses except they’re hungry people.

As long as you’re meeting your finance goals as a family, what you do with your disposable income isn’t her business.
