It's something about us as Nigerians, we like to impress, show wealth or even any form of "I'm better than you"

I believe unconsciously you dressed in designers to have some esteem, now you have a car you bought with your own money, that alone screams you aren't poor given current cost of cars. So you just let your car speak while you are simple.

Not discarding also the ability to dress simple since you are remaining in your car.

Good one Mr Seun. But I feel nairaland needs a UX and interface total overhauling. It is 20years of same design and appearance.

Going by what the UI was and similar forum designs in 2006, it will most likely involve total rewrite, even the database structure, type, front end , will need total fucking rewrite. Even the changes and modification so far must have been hardwork.

You still young, live your life, indulge in new activities, in fact, delegate all but one of your expectations to the maid, close your eyes to responsibilities from her so much that she envies your new happiness, however you this, put yourself first and be happy.

Unless you don't know what some of those standards constitutes, IP Sec is part of what, for instance, ISO-27001, expects your organization to cover to be compliant. Invariably a subset of it. Besides ISO standards doesn't only cover Cyber security.

As someone said, don't go for 2 if you are in Africa, because of policies and laws such as GDPR, Nist standards, ISO-27001,PCI-DSS require data handling be domiciled and managed in the respective countries. So doing Cyber security courses in Nigeria with intention to work remotely is in God's hands. And I'm saying this from experience.

This is so not true, those standards apply to organizations processing information / personal information and card payment, how is IP security turned cyber security? It's not even enough to call it a subset.

Those standards are mostly guidelines too ensure information security, this dude is concerned about IP security.

1. Become your own boss and start making money no matter how small before end of your training if you know what you doing
2. End up an employee and you'll have a longer way to go as intelligent systems will even do your work till you become a master.

The secret to avoiding this pattern is to study continuously all through the term or semester. If you do, exam times will be times of rest and revision.

During my time, it was best to study 1 month to exam, pack everything fresh, drop it fresh. Those who had copy and paste lecturers will understand. It was crazy but always worked and we still came out on top grin
