The thing is, I do not know how Tinubu intend to balance this, but it is very likely that the president, vice president, senate president, speaker house of representatives, secretary to the government of the federation will all be muslims.

Unless you don't know what some of those standards constitutes, IP Sec is part of what, for instance, ISO-27001, expects your organization to cover to be compliant. Invariably a subset of it. Besides ISO standards doesn't only cover Cyber security.

But then again, what do I know.

As someone said, don't go for 2 if you are in Africa, because of policies and laws such as GDPR, Nist standards, ISO-27001,PCI-DSS require data handling be domiciled and managed in the respective countries. So doing Cyber security courses in Nigeria with intention to work remotely is in God's hands. And I'm saying this from experience.

My neighbor who is a Medical Doctor is one of the best and most sophisticated Mechanic I have ever seen in Nigeria.

This guy knows everything from interior to exterior and engine design.
He was even chatting with some Japanese car developer engineers while repairing my Kia car.

He brought out laptop and connect it to my car and was scanning and doing sophisticated things.


I used to wonder what the hell is this guy doing as a doctor for Christ sake.
His knowledge of repairing cars is crazy

If he was abroad, by now he will be world class car engineer.
Guy can dismantle every piece of your car and reassemble it back without stress.
