What Country Has A Smaller Population Than Most People Realize?- By Gabi Roz https://dopereporters.com/what-country-has-a-smaller-population-than-most-people-realize-by-gabi-roz/ ------------ I think people don’t realize how empty South American countries are. They are huge countries with small populations. Argentina is a massive country with roughly the same population as Ukraine, and only sligthly more than California (45m pop.) Peru has a population of around 32 million, 6m less than Poland and 2m more than Texas. Chile has 17 million people, the same as the Netherlands, or 2 million less than New York. Bolivia, Belgium and Ohio have similar populations of 11.5m Brazil, Nigeria and Pakistan have similar populations of around 210 million. Guyana and Suriname have population of around 800,000 and 600,000 respectively, comparable countries in population are Montenegro, Malta and Luxembourg. We sometimes ignore how huge most South American countries are, and how small populations the have.

https://dopereporters.com/why-are-so-few-african-americans-moving-to-nigeria-yet-choosing-ghana-by-ke-aun/ There’s no way to know how many African-Americans are in which countries abroad, because the US Government does not track that information. Emigration from the United States is the process where individuals from the United States move to live in other countries, creating an American diaspora (overseas Americans). The process is the reverse of the immigration to the United States. The United States does not keep track of emigration, and counts of Americans abroad are thus only available based on statistics kept by the destination countries. Host countries might track it, but I doubt that they are tracking the racial numbers. Ghana is most loud about its African-American population there, but I’ve seen estimates that range from 3,000 to 10,000 — a huge gulf. African-Americans and Ghanaians with the US Ambassador to Ghana (center left), in Accra. I’ve also seen a report put out by the Congressional Black Caucus that says that most African-American businesses in Africa are actually located in Nigeria. However, a few issues with that, namely: Does that number count Nigerian-Americans as African-Americans? Perhaps, perhaps not. I don’t know. But either way, it would seem to mean that there are more African-Americans in Nigeria than is assumed. The reality is: no one knows how many African-Americans are in which African countries. The host countries themselves would have to better track that data. I think Ghana is more apt to promote its African-American population, which lends credence to the idea that African-Americans prefer Ghana to other countries. It might be true, but I have no way of confirming. Nigeria seems to be rather blasé about it — the attitude seems to be “African-Americans can come if they want, or they could not. It’s all good.” African-American Youtubers seem to be more focused on Ghana and Gambia as well, which probably adds to it.

According To Kanye West, Tupac Was An Overrated Rapper. What Is Your Opinion?- By Kevin F, Mad Monster Hunter https://dopereporters.com/according-to-kanye-west-tupac-was-an-overrated-rapper-what-is-your-opinion-by-kevin-f-mad-monster-hunter/ dopereporters.com Tupac Shakur was not the most technically brilliant rapper. He couldn’t freestyle as well as Biggie Smalls. He didn’t deliver witty punchlines like Big L. And he didn’t have complex rhyme schemes like Nas. But in one respect, Tupac was arguably the best rapper of his generation. Tupac was brilliant at consistently making songs that connected with general audiences. Technical rapping ability is trivial compared to making songs that connect with people besides hardcore rap fans. I was in high school about a decade after Tupac died. If one name came up when a kid talked about “old-school” hip-hop, there’s a good chance that kid was talking about Tupac. It didn’t matter if the kid had the same background as Pac or knew a lot about rap in general. Tupac was the most prominent name when people my age gushed about rappers before our generation. I’m not a huge Tupac fan, but I would never call him overrated Kevin F, Mad Monster Hunter, I used to hate hip-hop. Then I learned to love it.

Leaders from the Northern region of Nigeria under the umbrella of Northern Elders Forum say they regret supporting Muhammadu Buhari to emerge president in 2015. They said he turned out to have let millions of Nigerians down. The group expressed disappointment that Buhari has let down millions of Nigerians including members of the All Progressives Congress who trusted in his leadership prior to the poll six years ago. NEF Director of Publicity and Advocacy, Dr. Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, said this on Tuesday on Arise TV’s ‘The Morning Show’ breakfast programme monitored by DopeReporters.com. “We raised huge expectations, we told people, ‘Get rid of Jonathan, put Buhari there, he would fix corruption, he would fix insecurity, he would fix the economy’ (but) look at where we are now. He said, “Is there any Nigerian who is not disappointed in President Buhari including diehard APC people? Is there anybody who would not tell you he wished President Buhari had done much better? “How can anybody say they are happy with the record of President Buhari, even the people very close to him would tell you that they wished he could have done much better and he could have done much better and he hasn’t.” “So, what we need to do now is to get ready to elect another President who would go in the opposite direction, a President who has a vision and a clear idea of what governance involves rather than just being a President. So, I am disappointed and that is why today, I am actively involved in trying to see that a new leader emerges in getting Nigerians a new lease of life.” https://dopereporters.com/we-regret-supporting-buhari-in-2015/
