Silence is not guilt. Coogar is an adult, I cannot control him. In the court of public opinion, the burden of proof is on the accuser/victim to provide the evidence that she was scammed. Nobody has seen nothing apart from an edited screengrab that has no name.

Coogar was accused of scam! He ran off and sent a lady (Which I believe it is him) to defend him. He gave the lady 3GB of all the evidences and what the lady has been saying are not colerating.
