But you underestimate the challenges involved in a breakup. I cannot see how any such

I disagree - Anderson (so far), Gilberto and Silvinho have had excellent stints in the premiership . Baptista sucked, but that was more down to the player's quality than the premiership.

and delivered a right ole ass whooping.

Well he hasn't coached a club in ages, but I think his skill set suit managing a league campaign.

One of his stellar attributes is the way he is able to get players to go the distance for him, and I think
it is probably more difficult to pep players up in the international game, where contact with the players
is limited, compared with club campaigns where you can work on the players on a weekly basis.

And one of the images seared into my brain from the 90's was Ajunwa
on her knees in front of Alex Akinyele when he was chairman of the NSC.

She wouldn't have had to do any of that if she was representing some other country.
