This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable. Whoever did this recording has put the court in serious security and safety breach.

He is commenting on a case that is still in court while issuing a coded rallying call to his base because of this security slip by the security agents.

The reality is that cases of rape are handled by Police in India which most times will kill the suspect and claim accidental discharge while attempting to escape from Police custody.
I have seen videos where Police will ask suspects to run and they will shoot them at the back.
