Secondly, about your ideology don't you think even If there was some kind of "creator" it might not even be one "being"? And what is your fact based on apart from an old book with missing stories without proper facts?

Now to answer your question, I think the Romans were the first exporters of the Christian ideology before it got to the English who later helped to export it to Africa before our native pastors made a mess of that ideology, I think as an English "Title" it would be reasonable to call the "Rabbi" a LORD to relate with the English people who later taught us their language during the process of colonisation... you get the point?
