Danjuma has settled down nicely in the Belgium top division since his move from second division Dutch outfit NEC Nijmegen on a free transfer in the summer and his form led to a tug for his international future between Nigeria and the Netherlands.

Born in Nigeria, the forward whose father is also from the West African country has spent the most part of his life in the Netherlands and represented their U19 team three years ago but as at his last game for the U21s this year, he was still eligible to play for Nigeria at senior level.

All of that ended when he played for the Netherlands in the UEFA Nations League game against Germany, where he was introduced as a substitute in the final 22 minutes of the game.

” Injury made him miss the recent games for the Dutch national team but it’s clear to see why he was hurriedly capped by the Netherlands. He isn’t even the best player among the forwards at U21 level, his debut came to many as a surprise but you have to understand his case”, Roland Mark told Owngoalnigeria.com.

” Look he spoke about been open to representing Nigeria at senior level after a game for the U21s. Coach of the senior national team of Netherlands Ronald Koeman was among the people who criticised how Tyronne Ebuehi was lost to Nigeria. His move is to keep away from Nigeria, something they didn’t do with Hakim Ziyech who now plays for Morocco “, he concluded.

Rohr is too conservative. He has a squad that can actually poach at least 3 goals in every match against even the tightest defenses. He doesn't take risks. Prefers to pack bus from when the whistle is blown. If SE played all our matches the way we played when we were a goal down against Cameroon and Algeria, we should win this tournament.

Starting lineup anyone??:-!

In our history of wearing that dark green jersey, we have only won three matches. Two of those matches were against North African Opponents, Libya and Egypt. Algeria will be the third.

Confirmed! We are wearing the dark green away jersey, the one we wore against Madagascar. Algeria will be wearing their All-White home jersey

djenepo of Mali has been very impressive even the guy that scored their corner kick goal against Tunisia can’t remember his name now has been very impressive

BascoVanVeli:
Who heard that Adenon guy after he got his red saying "you dey craze" to the Moroccan bench?

Funny enough, the guy was suspended by FIFA in 2013 for a year because of the same offence, assaulting an official. The guy is an unrepentant sinner

BTW, my SE insiders, what's the starting lineup for today?

viviansteph:
Hi, I need to learn a few things about educationusa of program. Please let exchange contacts

viviansteph pm me. I am currently a member of the programme. Thank you.

Truidstar:
Pray he knows that. He just needs to be bold and do something seedorf is not expecting. Start with an Osimhen. All he needs is half a chance and he will score.

I've been literally screaming this since. I watched Osimhen in the U-17 World Cup and Belgium Pro League last season, and I can confidently say that he is the most talented and endowed number 9 we have at the moment. He has Ighalo's strength and Onuachu's height to an extent, he is faster than both of them and more slippery. He can take on two to three defenders at a time and is too versatile to be caged the way Ighalo is. The guy had 20 goals in an average Chaleroi side and was their player of the season. Plus, Seedorf won't expect it and the last minute inclusion may shatter Cameroon's game plan. I just hope Rohr has the balls to try this out.

he's this great amd nobody is hyping him.

Okay

*modified*

He's a striker

Mbaye Diagne tore Turkish Super lig with goals and people aren't really hyping him like that

Ismaila Sarr that was once Europa league player of the week and made Europa league first eleven this season, nobody is really hyping him

The hype doesn't really matter, it's the quality. Cornet and Sarr were among the best wingers in Ligue One this season

Olulong:
Ndidi, Onyekuru and Chukwueze.

And by the way Zaha is no more a young man he's 26

Cornet is better than all three. Watch Lyon in Ligue One and you'll understand.
