Firstly, those walking aids are not called clutches but CRUTCHES.Secondly for her to sustain multiple fractures including possibly an ankle dislocation following a fall, she is probably having Osteoporosis.Age is fast catching up with her including the fact that she needs to cut down on her unhealthy lifestyle viz alcohol and smoking.I hope she realises that she needs to start acting her age.I wish her soonest recovery. |

9jatriot: Exactly what the defense did in 2 sections of the line of questioning which I had to extract for you. It is simple, whether the data obtained was doctored or not, there will always be a trace.IT professionas know this. Moreover, the defence will need to accept that there is truly a server (which they had hitherto denied) before talking about tampering with it. |
Politics › Re: Atiku’s Witness Says He Needs Inec’s Permission To Read ‘server Documents by Dreambeat: 2:21pm On Jul 19, 2019 |
9jatriot: The witness said he got it from anonymous sources, which means, I could have prepared an excel sheet, change some properties and put INEC here and there and then send to this witness since in that case I am anonymous. The witness knows where he got it from.He called the person a whistle blower in INEC hence he prefers to keep the identity of the person anonymous. You don't expect him to reveal the person do you? It is the duty of the defendant to prove him wrong not you, except you are part of the defendant |

9jatriot: The quote below seems to have your answer. It may get to a stage where Atiku's boys will be the ones begging that there is no server so no one can accuse them of having hacked a non existent server. Since you referred me to someone else's post. Can you tell me where he got the data from since you are sure it is not from INEC's server. |

Jchi9876: I did I don't have to watch again. Bottom.line he said technicalities are part of our laws and we need to get used to it. Whether on the winning or losing side.
You weren't expecting the CJN to say that literally but we need a justice reform but in the mean time Judgements are based off superior arguments. If adeleke had prayed for a retrial the supreme court may have heard him but he was busy praying to be declared governor and that cannot happen The issue is not whether technicality is not part of our law, obviously it is.The issue is that a CJN could not define or explain to the layman what technicality in law means. |
Politics › Re: Senator Abaribe Questions CJN Tanko Muhammad by Dreambeat: 4:01pm On Jul 18, 2019*. Modified: 4:34pm On Jul 18, 2019 |
Jchi9876: He actually answered very correctly. Technicalities are foundations of laws anywhere in the world. Pdp should get over the loss of this joker dancing senator. If the law says a judge has to be available and sign register in all tribunal sittings to deliver a fair amd just judgement anything different will be a nullity irrespective of the merit so be it He did not, considering what the supreme court based it's judgement on.He was explaining technicality as if technicality means one being an expert in a given field. This is not what technicality is, as related to the supreme court judgment.Watch the video once more. |
Politics › Re: Senator Abaribe Questions CJN Tanko Muhammad by Dreambeat: 3:47pm On Jul 18, 2019 |
Tanko's answer was at variance with the question. This is supposed to be the CJN.He answered like someone that was not listening to the question, someone who didn't understand the question or someone who didn't know the answer to the question.Kai, wahala dey ooo.The question was simply for him to define technicality in LAW. |
