Mcowubaba:i read it, they should focus on Fashola probe only . While are they poke-nosing in Fashola appointment ? |
Indirectly, PDP want Fashola to become minister because of Fashola wonderful work during his tenure as gomina of ipinle eko |
The Peoples Democratic Party says the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, does not want former Governor Babatunde Fashola to be appointed as a minister by President Muhammadu Buhari. Tinubu had, in a statement last week, denied reports that he was the one sponsoring reports of Fashola’s excessive spending. He subsequently accused the PDP of sponsoring the reports of Fashola’s N78.3m website. However, the PDP Publicity Secretary in Lagos State, Mr. Taofik Gani, said in a statement that Tinubu’s feud with Fashola was an open secret. He, therefore, urged Tinubu to be truthful to the people of the state. He said Tinubu chose to deny being the one behind Fashola’s attacks because Fashola had threatened to expose his (Tinubu’s) alleged acts of corruption. The statement partly read, “It is laughable that Tinubu can now blame the PDP for disseminating information which, no doubt, emanated from the office of the state governor and which was made public by the anti-Fashola elements within the APC. “Indeed, bringing the PDP into this is to divert attention from the real issues of fraud in the state. Tinubu and the APC should rather face the accusations and not the accusers. We know well that Tinubu is behind the attacks. He lost cordiality with Fashola since the period of the APC governorship primary. “Now he doesn’t want Fashola to have any federal appointment. The whole world knows this. He is now jittery and denying the attacks because of the rumoured plans by Fashola to release classified information of fraud during the administration of Tinubu. This is why Tinubu is now jittery and telling lies that we are behind the attacks.” The PDP called for the immediate probe of Fashola and Tinubu. The party added that the revelations of Fashola’s spending could not end on the pages of newspapers but must be pursued to a logical conclusion. http://www.punchng.com/politics/tinubu-doesnt-want-fashola-to-be-minister-pdp |

Denying 100 days of promise will do them more harm than good. Not fulfilling the promise means danger ahead. This are the area feedeefee should capitalise on instead of looking for buhari in law |
Better recovery but a real leader lead by example by obeying the traffic light |
Johnsinia:ds is my initial quote unedited dridowu:i know your point is the bolded part, what i meant is that if it is against GEJ again, i will keep on voting Buhari. Yes i am a slave to my conscience, my conscience tells me not to vote base on race, tribe, party, religion, gender e.t.c but to vote on who will lead the country to greatness. |
akudn:Amina Zakari is Buhari-In law ? How ? who did she marry in Buhari family or who did Buhari marry in her family ? If this allegation are true, don't you think people like FFK and Femi Aribisala would have simpilfy it out how both are related. |
christinie:You just nail it. How i wish the federal government will have a loan monitoring team. Anyway let us all give them the benefit of the doubt |
WhiteTechnology:@bolded, thank you and i also wish you and your family the same. Lest i forget, if you don't like others opinion 2 things are involed 1) Keep Shut 2) Talk without insult Learn to use either of the 2 when you disagree with others. |
iykak47:When i was voting GEJ in 2011 , where were you ? I am not pleased with GEJ governance so i join hands with others to send him back to Otuoke , if by 2019 Buhari does not perform to my expections then he will retire at his Daura home. So my brother i am not like you that vote base on sentiment of party, tribe, religion, friends e.t.c i vote with my conscience |
erunz:Just the same way Jonathan can of worms is been exposed at the top. If this trend should continue in all the states, then sooner or later Nigeria will be great. #teamprobepastgovernment. |
I am a Yoruba to the core, i will never regret voting Buhari . If the opportunity present itself again , i will do it. Senator Femi Okorounmu is only talking his own because he is a politician, he knows that if GEJ won the 2nd term he will be given a post but as at now no post for him. #SaiBuhari |

Following the release of his latest single titled Confidential which also features Driis (Idris Elba) and Shadow Boxer, Aribaba of Jaguda.com reviews the song and asks a very important question. D’banj will forever be a great. A living legend and one of those that paved the way for most of the new artists out here today, but there comes a time when everyone has to bow out. Over the past year, D’banj has released 5+ singles, and with the exception of Feeling The N**** ft. Akon, you can argue that none of them have really hit the mark. After listening to his new/re-released single, Confidential, I’ve been convinced that it might be time for D’banj to hang it up musically… or at least take a step back, reflect, and possibly make a real comeback. When you’re having to put out songs where the chorus says “I take you to the right spot, dancing on your center of gravity“, or you have lines like “if you’re sitting down, you’re sitting on a long ting, but the only long ting, must be a strong ting, you’re with the kokomaster it’s a fun ting“, it’s really time to hang it up. Great artists reinvent themselves and adapt with the times. Maybe this could fly in 2008, but in 2015 it’s not working. The beat is decent, but the lyrics killed any kind of goodwill the beat and production might have brought. The other verses by Idris Elba (Driis) and Shadow Boxer are not bad, but nothing wowing! Like I said earlier, D’banj is one of the greats, and nothing will make me happier than seeing him really mount an epic comeback, but if he continues to release stuff like this, I’m afraid it might be time to hang it up, and go upper management. http://leadership.ng/entertainment/456876/is-it-time-for-dbanj-to-hang-it-up lalasticlala

EgusiSoup:So proud of my tribe Yoruba whoever is ashame of his/her tribe can make use of the next available lagoon. Ashame of the tribe means you can't show your face in public, you can't show your parent, families, e.t.c meaning again you are blaming God for creating you into the tribe. GEJ will only come back if #SaiBuhari fails but according to me #SaiBuhari is on the right track God Bless Gbogbo Ipinle Odua |
