How was the diagnosis made? Go to a government hospital ( general hosp or fmc or a teaching hospital), you'll be referred to their gynae clinic where you'll have the opportunity meet a consultant gynecologist. You'll be managed appropriately. U may/may not need surgery. Be ready to pay huge amount if you need an expert touch in private hospitals in a place like Lagos. Here in Sango area, u'll spend around 70k net for myomectomy at general hosp (where I work) and about 150k at specialist hosp, It can go for as high as 300k though, it all depends on your negotiation power.

No sir, the alternator charge the battery very well, those rewire checked it yesterday. I thing it has to do with the inbuilt security or code, I don't even know what to do.

Pls I need the service of an engineer. My car security system shut down the car engine yesterday at our village. Local engineers and rewire said that there's nothing is wrong with the car after several brain works. What really happened was that the alarm system ran the battery down 2days ago. I called my neighbor who is a battery charger to help me get one battery to start the car. The man came with a battery and 2 wires and he just did the connection without disconnecting the one there, I on the ignition and the car started, I traveled with it for about 3hrs to our village. I noticed that the car system isn't in order as the horn, and glass wining were not working properly but they started working again. I later started hearing some sounds in front. All of the sudden, the car just stop on its own. 2003 mitsubishi outlander.

I did all I could to get excepted rather than serving this nation because of heart breaking incidents like this. I love my job and I have done a lot when it comes to rendering free services but how will somebody whose income has been around 170k monthly cope with a drastic decline to about 34k? Most of them, especially the ones who are not business oriented will end up depleting the savings they made during their housejob.
