Good day,Please I will like to know if there will be surgery for prostrate enlargement...book a space for me.you can reach me on amaka266@gmail.com....Thanks and God's favor!
prostate enlargement can either be a BPH or CaP and their management differs. there are so many factors to consider. prostatectomy is a major procedure which should be handled by a specialist (urologist). pls take the patient to a nearby teaching hospital or FMC for further evaluation and expert care.

Free?
yes free, the goal is to reach the unreached. this is the first time I'll be doing this on here but to the glory of God, we've been doing this for sometimes. we did about 120 surgeries at One Life hospital, bolade oshodi in May this year, I was among the volunteers who took part in a four day medical outreach organized by Honourable Bisi Yusuf, representing Alimosho constituency 2 at the Lagos State house of Assembly. we did over 300 surgeries in 4 days (sept 2016), God bless that man wherever he is. He is a true giver. we were at oke iho town early this year. this is not going to be an exemption as its going to be free as well. Late Dr Awojobi left competent hands behind and his gospel of reaching out to people who cannot afford to pay for surgical services is spreading.

God bless you real good for this gesture.

And happy birthday to your lovely wife.

I pray that as you've decided to put hope and smile on some people's lives and faces, things of joy will never cease in your life and family.

Though, I'm not with those health problems you mentioned but I'm so happy that some who had it but was constrained to have done the surgery due to finances are going to have reasons to be happy once again.
Amen, thank you very much.

Here comes another benefit of being a member of this forum as I wish to offer free surgical services to ten members of this forum in January next year. I joined this forum about 8yrs ago and I have been blessed in so many ways. so, am willing to give back in my own little way. my newly established medical facility, MediChoice clinics, Ota. located at Oloko community, opposite Obasanjo bus stop, ota will be opened for a comprehensive and evidence based healthcare services tomorrow Saturday December 31st, 2016. So, niralanders with surgical conditions like Hernia ( ipake), surface swelling like Lipoma, ganglion and keliods, Hydrocele etc can show up. it's going to be absolutely free from card collection, to pre op, op, and post op. for those with cases I mayn't be able to handle ( giant fibroids that may need myomectomy/ hysterectomy, goitre etc) I'll compile a list of just 5 of you and I will include it for consideration in the next surgical outreach that'll be organized by the association of rural surgical practitioners of Nigeria(ARSPON) in which am a member. to apply, Just drop a comment here. The procedure will be done on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd, 2017. the selected people wud be contacted before then for registration and walk up investigations. Thank you.

Your story is similar to what happened to me abt 11years ago. I did intra university transfer to study medicine and had to repeat year 2 while she was in year 3. she had only one year left while I was looking at many challenging years before me in medical school. mine was pretty harder because we were already practicing couples life in school.... it's all story now. She was married while I was still in school. am now happily married and doing very fine. I now understand better. All I can tell you is to keep your head straight. There's always a special one meant for each and everyone.

@op, how frequent do u think one should be doing dis considering the type of oil and car usage. I service the car I use regularly every 60days ( 04 toyota Corolla sport) using 5l Mobil 1000 and a regular oil filter while I do the servicing of our sienna which we only use on weekends once in 3months. Is this fair enough?

These young men did not blame their forefathers, neither did they blame their leaders for the challenges, they took their future right in their hands and today, they are achievers. The current recession is a blessing to some guys out there.

Hello fruitful mamas! Trust we r all doing gr8. Pls advise a sister who has been Ttcing for close to 5yrs.

I had an hsg 2months ago n was diagnosed of patent tubes with right perifimbrial adhesion n left hydrosalpinx.

I had a failed ivf last year n my new Gynae believed I can still have a natural conception even with the diagnosis. He placed me on antibiotics for over 2months now but theres no much improvement so far. Based on my research, ivf is the best option for me but have to cut off the tube with hydrosalpinx.

Should i keep trying or go straight to ivf.
Pls advise a sister.

Cc:wonyi, ladyG, henmaris, drkay and other sabi mamas.

God bless you all.
Since you've tried IVF and you can still afford it, going for salpingectomy & hydrotubation and then trying to conceive the natural way may be time consuming and u know, every month that u miss count! I think you should give it another try but you need to ask your gyne about factors that will increase your chances of having a successful IVF this time. Your age and that of your hubby play a major role. Eggs from younger donors have more tendency to survive compare to eggs from old donors. Some centre's are also doing better and having more positive results too.
PropertiesRe: Advise Needed: Buying A House Or Building One From Scratch by drkay(m): 5:14am On Sep 12, 2016
Building your own house from foundation is preferable. Although, buying in some instances can be and opportunity, A friend left the country recently, with his entire family and he sold his house. It was purchased by one of our friends at a fair price with flexible payment plan. Also, if your buying from a desperate seller who needs cash urgently and ready to take ridiculous offers, a very popular example are politicians when election is around the corner. Aside from these, please be patient and build a good house for yourself.

omopepper:
Good morning house.
Please I need suggestions and advice as to what could be wrong with me.
Hubby and I have decided to go through with icsi come October after TTC for 4yrs. Doctor advised icsi cos hubby's sperm count was a bit low but with good motility.
I have worries.
I worry because each time am about to see my period, I have severe stomach cramp. I have lower abdominal pain too every other day. What I have noticed is that I have severe pains when am about to end my pee.I don't don't even know how to descripe the pain I feel but I feel it's infection. When am on my period, every part of my tummy hurts. Then I feel this sharp pain just at the middle down my lower abdomen. Not to mention that I stool and phew throughout too. My toilet is usually my best friend during this period.
The amazing thing is after seeing our fertility doctor, he recommended we start our procedure cos there is nothing wrong.
I have my fears that my babies might not stick cos there is something wrong and that thing is infection.
Now, I have taken a lot of drugs for infections. Am now confused as to what to take.
I don't want to do this procedure until am free from this cramps and pain.
Please anyone with a suggestion as to what I can do or best anti bacterial drugs to take?
I suggest you shud inform your gynecologist when next you go for your infertility clinic, he/she has your history and will definitely know better than any other person. Most of the history that'll earn you the best medical advice can't be asked on a public forum but u can go for HVS mcs, urine mcs and a pelvic scan to rule out PID, UTI, uterine fibroid and ovarian cyst. Infection must be treated in both partners if there's evidence of infection in the report.

The day I went to buy my first car. I trek to the dealers shop on a sunny afternoon with my bag strapped to my back, of course the sales girls weren't really concentrating until I requested to see their boss and made my payment thru their pos. The ladies gave me another stare when I introduced myself as Dr, I guess they were assuming I was a yahoo boy.

Not surprised by your comment, what actually surprise me is what you are looking for on a thread meant for humans. It's better for you to end your miserable life in silence at the corner of your room(if you have any) than for you to come and make a useless assumption here.
May the Lord Almighty make my son the best among his generation. Any evil thought/wish like the one am quoting above shall be destroyed by His grace.
