Happy mothers day to iya Quadri, the greatest aboja gbooro gboro. I'll tell my great grandchildren about you if God spare my life to know them. |
Hello, somebody said that regularisation has been put on hold, how true is this. @kaysy, how can u be of help? Pls gimme ur number. |
That's a good one there op, one has to be careful when buying things on here. Some are scammers while many of the genuine ones are not honest. I bought a car here last October (Mitsubishi outlander), the car almost killed me physically, financially and spiritually. The useless seller said his reason for selling is because he was traveling. His juju caught my mechanic too, it was after the purchase I started spending endlessly on repair. I manage to fix the car with abt 300k and I sold it at 200k lesser than the amount I bought it, to dealers in ladipo. I didn't advertise it here because I don't want wahala. I did some research on auto section before going for a toks sienna in my neighborhood this morning. At least, the dealer has been here for years and he sold my first car to me. |
Wow! Very informative. |
I blv some of these so called housing Estates can actually be of benefit to the farmers. If they are made farmers Estates where farmers and agro dealers can make use of it for farming and production of farm inputs, ppl will patronize them, although, they won't be able to charge those huge charges but it's still better off than than scamming ppl of their hard earned money all in aim of buying into real estate. There's this estate off the main road along my hometown (Ayetoro), about 30 minutes drive from rounder in abeokuta. I doubt if there's going to be any meaningful development in that site in the nxt 30yrs. |
Something is obvious, there's more to this story than you probably know. I think you need to do the right thing by returning the car to the seller and get another one without such history, so that you can have rest of mind. |
UklassautosnPro:Has the car been repainted? Any fix to be made? , which city is this car? Ayam interested |
jahonmatic:Don't you still have this car for sale? If yes, How much is your last price? |
I don't think they are cost effective. |
I hope Arsenal win Sha. |
Nice one |
Chiscomax:Ogun state. |
omoteamac:It's in Abeokuta |
Well, everyone has a point here, it depends on how you see it. One has to critically analyze it. Wear and tear on cars, accessibility to social amenities, good schools, the class of people in the neighborhood, security issues etc has to be put into consideration. Some of these estates don't have the facilities on ground but they lure their potential costumers to believe that everything is going to be put in place once they move in. I have friends who have plots of land in the 'Bush'. when the pressure to own a house was much, they had to buy another one in their preferred area. Meanwhile, some people's lifestyle perfectly fits into owning a property in a remote area. For instance, if you work in an organization that has good accommodation facilities for it's staffs on the island and your wife has a good job in a place like ikorodu, you can build in a nice area in ikorodu where those facilities are accessible. Then, you'll be coming home every weekend. I prefer being a weekend husband to a being a husband who leaves home at 4am and comes back at 11pm, which most ppl do. |
Chai, money Don miss road. Who do we blv? |
Well, 30yrs isn't bad. I moved into mine at 29 and am still the youngest landlord in my estate at the moment but there's this guy that is currently putting finishing touches into his house, very close to mine, he should be in his mid 20's. |
amtaken:Don't mind him. GEJ is not too daft to know what he can do to rig himself back to aso rock in 2015 but he willingly gave us the opportunity to choose our leaders at all levels by ourselves. If he chose to do otherwise, nothing would have happened. |
What a loss, may the Lord comfort the owner. |
basingstoke:Thank you sir, I just noticed that I didn't quote the person that gave the info. Thanks all the same. |
basingstoke:Hello, I found your information very helpful. I'll be glad to get more gist about it. How many years post qualification do they require? Any professional exam to write? average salary? Is it advisable for a medical officer in general hospital to resign and take up the job? |
Them plenty for nairaland too. Asking you to subscribe with 'just 2k' before they can release their '100%' sure games to you sound ridiculous to me when they can actually play the games themselves to win high. |
Op, pls manage the token I sent, I blv God will use many other good Samaritans to take you out of this mess, shalom. |
Pls do everything you can to move out today, don't dispute every gist you hear about him, had it been that you are still single, I'll have advised that you fight for your right since the Lagos state govt is doing its best in enforcing tenancy protection laws but you are married. Your responsibility as a father is to ensure that your wife and kids are safe. As it is, you can't predict his next line of action. Pls move your family to a safe place today: close friend, families, church members and even your pastor can be of help. Then, spend this weekend in looking for a decent room apartment in that neighborhood, it shouldn't be more than 50k. It's not advisable to take loan for rent, once your rent is more than 30%of your income, it becomes housing stress. some landlords think with their ass. |
I hope he'll turn a new leave and join other youths in developing our dear country, Nigeria when he leaves the prison in 5yrs time. |
Thanks and pls keep it up. |
This is nice, God bless her hussle. |
So, you think these are the only women who have the courage to vie for that seat? 2019 is the year, watch out! |
Am beginning to look beyond this administration, why does he have to utter such depressing sentences even if he's saying the truth. |
I don't trust this statistics. What criteria did they use? Even if any Nigerian city must appear on the list, I don't think it should be porthacourt. |
