INEC is expected to be professional with data documentation and trusted enough to produce valid statistics of any electoral event she umpires. Funds were released for technological aid to enhance the process. Now INEC is not admitting that the result was affected by a flawed process in any way.
Now LP or PDP don't need to prove these flaws in all the results. Even one or two, clearly proven, are enough to show that INEC was partisan. INEC's integrity is what is at stake here. Its not just numbers.

In two weeks of his presidency, all President Tinubu policies have impacted on the disposable income of Nigerians: fuel subsidy removal without palliatives, increase in electricity tariffs, imposition of VAT on imported diesel when refineries not working is the fault of government, and increase in the cost higher education. All these are coming in quick succession to create funds for government to function effectively, which is not bad.

However, NOW, we desperately need something on the 'credit' side of the family 'balance sheet'. It is time for Tinubu to roll out his policies towards cushioning the immediate effects of these policies, increasing minimum wage, reviving the refineries, revitalizing the economy, creating job opportunities, and boosting entrepreneurship/SMEs, etc. Things that make many millions of people to earn income to meet needs created by reforms as well as pay tax. It's time to remember the people. We need something on the credit side. We are SUFFOCATING!

She is actually dull. She was rambling about availability - region, server, bla bla bla. Cloud service is definitely not just about infrastructure as a service (IaaS), INEC might have gone with the Platform as a service model, and even have different apps for HOR/Senate and the President elections. In that case what she was reporting would be just about the infrastructure alone, she would never know about the status of the secure apps on PaaS. The performance stats on those apps would only be between the service provider (AWS, in this case) and the client (INEC, or its rep).

He did not provide facts, but decided to project results for Obi before the judges. I don’t believe that a professor can be so dumb.

INEC Is behaving like a political party, sometimes they sounds jittery. Provide him what the court asked you to give him, be fair like a referee you are, so that whoever loses will accept it in good faith.

The problem you people have is that you wish to dictate the tone of how the petitioner will do his case but forgetting that they are masters of the case when it comes to electoral litigation. Oyetola case cannot be the gauge and standard for Electoral litigation because they are different issues raised all together. As you can see today that they submitted results of the election in Rivers and Benue states for comparison but you people are just jumping gun and want the council to move at your rhyme. E Simi ote. One step at a time case merit differs.
