Karnice600: I no been wan reply you, but let me do so. When you're placed on a payroll to defend a cause, you'll still blab even when there's nothing left to say, just to prove that you're working. I'm quite aware that a good number of you APC defenders here are bankrolled on peanuts. INEC is expected to be professional with data documentation and trusted enough to produce valid statistics of any electoral event she umpires. Funds were released for technological aid to enhance the process. Now INEC is not admitting that the result was affected by a flawed process in any way. Now LP or PDP don't need to prove these flaws in all the results. Even one or two, clearly proven, are enough to show that INEC was partisan. INEC's integrity is what is at stake here. Its not just numbers. You know next to nothing about the law and INEC processes. First of all, nobody can pay me to support Tinubu. I am not a gala seller like you. I am comfortable and accomplished in my profession. INEC has been shown by all Obi witnesses at the polls that the election was conducted very well. And it is only the upload of presidential election that was the problem. And Obi needs to prove that not uploading the results to iREV has substantially changed the results. Up till now, Obi has not been able to prove that. And an attempt to try on that was done by your bungling professor who does not know that in a law court, facts are dealt with, not projections. And to demonstrate substantial non-compliance, it has to occur at least in 19 states or affecting majority of voters and votes cast. None of them has been proved by Obi. I can bet anything with you, Obi is losing this case. It is so easy to determine the outcome. |

Professor of mathematics, not professional of mathematics. This your stupidity is as wide as the difference between the two. You don't have to see any proofs, since u can't see more than you comprehend. Just leave that to the Judges. LOL!!!! You latch on to predictive text error leaving the substance of the issue. The judges are not magicians, they judge based on what the lawyers and their witnesses say. All the boxes of waste papers brought by Obi have been analysed by the professor. And after seeing that Obi lost, he decided to just pick 2 states where he could see little argument to make. Then he projected Obi should win based on those two states. No be juju be dat? Obi knows he lost the election. But how can he convince his delusional supporters that the game is over? |

FreedomfromtheT: The Labour Party HoR in Abia was misquoted and he cleared the air. Thank you. Below are his latest statements: “Amobi Ogah, Labour Party House of Representative member, reacting to the petition of the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Gregory Obi alleged that Peter Obi, should dismiss his petition in court and support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to build Nigeria. He stated that in politics, you lose, and you win and Peter Gregory Obi should accept the fact that he has lost the position of the President of Nigeria and support the current President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu to build Nigeria. Recall that Amobi Ogah became a member of the House of Representatives under the ticket of the Labour Party. Amobi Ogah, reacting to the Tribunal proceedings, alleged that Peter Gregory Obi still have the opportunity to contest and win another time, but the best thing for him to do for his supporters is to dismiss his petition in court against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and support Tinubu to build Nigeria. However, Amobi strongly believes that if Peter Obi dismisses his petition against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu it will prove that he has the spirit of a good sportsman, and he can also support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to build Nigeria. He said: “Once you are in this politics, don’t lose hope. Don’t think that if you don’t win today, you will not win again. Once someone has won the election, to be a good sportsperson, you must give the person support. For me, like I said earlier the last two weeks that trended all over the world, when I told the people, election has come and gone, now it’s about governance. And whoever Go has given the mandate to represent the people, you must respect that institution. Because today, while I am representing you, it is that institution that brought me to this place. For that reason, I always say whoever that is in that seat, give the person that support until either the court says otherwise or God. We must put Nigeria first. Nigeria is more important than anybody. It is more important than me. Let’s leave that for another day, but I can tell you it is only God that gives power.” This was disclosed by Sahara Reporters on their verified Twitter account saying “Amobi Ogah, Labour Party House of Representative member, urges Peter Obi to dismiss his petition against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.” |

festacman: In two weeks of his presidency, all President Tinubu policies have impacted on the disposable income of Nigerians: fuel subsidy removal without palliatives, increase in electricity tariffs, imposition of VAT on imported diesel when refineries not working is the fault of government, and increase in the cost higher education. All these are coming in quick succession to create funds for government to function effectively, which is not bad.
However, NOW, we desperately need something on the 'credit' side of the family 'balance sheet'. It is time for Tinubu to roll out his policies towards cushioning the immediate effects of these policies, increasing minimum wage, reviving the refineries, revitalizing the economy, creating job opportunities, and boosting entrepreneurship/SMEs, etc. Things that make many millions of people to earn income to meet needs created by reforms as well as pay tax. It's time to remember the people. We need something on the credit side. We are SUFFOCATING!
Looking increasingly like let the poor breath so I can suffocate them myself. Sanusi said: anyone who promises you that it is going to be easy, don’t vote him. |

Hope15: Good one there.
She is actually dull. She was rambling about availability - region, server, bla bla bla. Cloud service is definitely not just about infrastructure as a service (IaaS), INEC might have gone with the Platform as a service model, and even have different apps for HOR/Senate and the President elections. In that case what she was reporting would be just about the infrastructure alone, she would never know about the status of the secure apps on PaaS. The performance stats on those apps would only be between the service provider (AWS, in this case) and the client (INEC, or its rep). To make matters worse for her, it is very obvious that she is on a vendetta mission against INEC because she was not able to contest the HoR election under LP by INEC due to technological glitches. The potential for bias is there. I don’t know why the court accepted her as expert witness when she has serious personal grudges against INEC. What manner of expert witness is that? Does Nigeria legal system not have standards for expert witness? |

These are fair appointments so far. The unhappy people following their own messiah about can hug transformers for all we care. A new Nigeria has arrived. IPOB and other terrorist groups should know that the game is up by now. We need peace in Nigeria. Major Gen. Lagbaja I understand is the best soldier Nigeria has now. A major general that goes into the bush with his boys to fight insurgents. Unlike other colleagues who stay in offices to give orders. The Chief of Naval Staff is also the most brilliant among his peers. Same with Chief of Defence Staff. He got one of the best results in fighting insurgents. Same for chief of Air staff, one of the best in the group. They are incorruptible and they are not rent seekers looking for more money to embezzle by allowing the war to fester for ever. |

danijesus: Obi is coming Coming to where. That lady may put herself in big trouble if she ever have anything to do with Amazon. You don’t represent yourself while claiming to give information from the company. She claims these were public information, how can glitches in apps which is given to a client be an information for public consumption? Definitely she has not been given access to administrator interface where only the company and the client have access to. Such information is definitely password protected and encrypted for data protection and business information protection purposes. By the time administrators from INEC give evidence, she could be liable for misleading the court. Giving an absolute answer when she knows by her specialisation that there would definitively be privacy and protection of their client’s information which she may not have access to, could lead her into trouble with the law as a witness. This is tantamount to giving false witness. |

IfnobeGod20: I don't know why you're taking Panadol on another person headache? Why not allow Obi to waste his money, so far he doesn't come to beg you for money. I think by now you should be rejoicing that Obi is doing the wrong thing at the tribunal and stop feeling concern about how he goes about his case. Just I have said, you can never and never know more than the SANs that are holding forth for him at the tribunal, because they are the same set of people that won the case for Adeleke. The problem you people have is that you wish to dictate the tone of how the petitioner will do his case but forgetting that they are masters of the case when it comes to electoral litigation. Oyetola case cannot be the gauge and standard for Electoral litigation because they are different issues raised all together. As you can see today that they submitted results of the election in Rivers and Benue states for comparison but you people are just jumping gun and want the council to move at your rhyme. E Simi ote. One step at a time case merit differs. Obi has just three days left to present his case. Only four witnesses out of 50 called. May his road be rough. Next is for respondents to demolish the thrash he brought in boxes. Tinubu has always won his cases in court except if he loses for tactical reasons. The reason why he allowed Oyetola to lose will be clear to you. In this game Tinubu is light years ahead of Obi. |
