Romance › Re: Should A Lady Cook For The Guy She's Dating? by drnoel: 8:26pm On Oct 31, 2014
nomabeeee:
I find this very interesting to discuss here..and I will go straight to the point..I don't think its advicible for a lady to always cook for the man she's dating anytime she's visits him.if you visit him 5 times,u can cook two times or once for him..its important that we ladies should know our place in our man's life..if you are his friend, you act like his friend..if you a re his girlfriend ,you act like one and if you a re his wife..you also act like one..A woman is meant to be explored..if am dating/courting you and during the course of that I cook all my delicasies for you,..what threat wil I give you when we get married?hmmm I can't find myself loitering around a man's kitchen when am not his wife..whats ur opinion ladies?men are also free to air their opinions too...reasonable comments please..thanks
What of a scenario were the man doesn't care whether u enter kitchen or not. U think most men care about that shit? I gave a lot of ladies heart ache in that direction. Anyway, now am happily married and by the way. I cook very well. I love experimenting with food which is one of the reasons my wife fell 4 me.

There are people one shouldn't bother to reason with, they are neither intelligent nor have an iota of integrity! I am sorry for you and everything you represent. People like you are just statistics, pawns to be used and wasted. You really don't have a mind of your own and poverty has eroded the last of dignity that runs in your dammed soul! I don't blame you, you have collected N15,000 and you must work for it!!! If you are a graduate then your education is wasted! Nature would soon wipe off weaklings like you from existence because you are just creatures of survival! No dream no ambition!!!
Frustration is really bad. Don't worry, will extend a lifeline fmy u so u can come out of what's killing u and breath fresh air. It's one nigeria after all. That's what should interest u not stuwpid sentiments of a sinking ship. Nigerians be wise.

Goldenboy007:
Its sad, if the GEJ supporters have iota of sensibility then they ought to know this article is not celebrating Nigeria. I lost faith in this generation of Nigerians when they voted in a convicted criminal in Ekiti. I remembered once I was robbed by good looking young boys with guns. I pleaded with them but I could see their callous souls through their bloodshot eyes, their conscience was dead and their souls devoid of compassion! To them life was about compensation and that's all that matters. They have forgotten that the unseen controls the seen, that there are powers that rule the universe and kept the balance; the ignorant ones call it Karma! I have risen above that predicament and acquired 100 times what they stole from me but I wonder what had become of them except God have mercy on their damned souls! Retribution does not start after death but in this life time, people will get their reward in their time. Fayose's thugs recently unleashed mayhem on Ekiti people, some properties were destroyed and people beaten mercilessly! Perhaps some of the victims were those that voted without conscience, people who sold their votes for bags of rice ! Life is already paying them back in their own coins! For as many of you campaigning for continuation of the government that have enslaved people in perpetual poverty because of the blood money given to you please continue your ignoble acts. Poverty will not leave your household, you can hide behind anonymous usernames but karma knows your address ! Most of you will not earn higher than that stipends in your life time and you will become victims of your own vices! On that same laptop you will continuously apply for jobs that you will never get, let's see how you will survive after the election. You think your future is bright? No sir ! You have sold what remains of it, you are living it now ! Some people are born to be slaves and nothing you say can help them !!!
Ur words reek of frustration. Don't worry be patient till 2019. If Buhari then still wants to contest I won't care. But as regards to 2015, there is no vacancy in Aso rock.

There is Rochas, and Ngige, and several others!

If those are good as founding party members, surely they must be good as running mates! Besides, there is nothing to say, APC shouldn't field Southerner Muslim/Christian for President and northern christian/muslim as VP.
Did u say politically dead Rochas or bench warmer Ngige? Wrong combo. That's when they start failing.

as u've is a matter of self decision and depend on the kind of relationship both involve , I just feel this could be a very hard decision the lady to make , I remember her telling all this few yrs ago about this abroad fiancé and from my own understanding most of this abroad fiancé never walk alone out there , I actually don't what say to this ? Should tell her to move ? What if the guy have good intention for her , if only I were the one I won't even bother myself to involve in such relationship cuz our naija brothers out there no dey try at all...
Very true talk but I am also a naija broda out there. If I could return to marry my sweetheart of years ago. I would want to believe many Nigerian brodas could do too.

Lol

There is this babe that left me for one guy like that just because the guy was about travelling abroad

Since the guy traveled all her updates na about the guy, she pixmix picture taya

she was so inlove but I always laff when I see her stupidity

just few days ago she learnt that the guy got married to a whitee and just had a child

lwkm when she was narrating everything the day we met

I don't really know why girls like abroad guys so much, some are even ready to stay for 10 years for the guy to come

very funny and stupid
Bros those things happen but it's not within the norm cos many guys do return to do the needful. I don't know about the situation u mentioned but don't remove hope cos sometimes if that is gone there's nothing more to look onto.

What's your best advice for this best friend of myn, her fiancé based in uk and he always promise to come back for her sooner or later she's being so faithful and now she's about to give up on him cuz he promise to come around this month and fail again , pls advice a sister
It's ur decision really whatever u decide u will have to live with the repercusion. I see lots of threads on NL were they talk rubbish advising the lady to move on and all those bullshit.
I don't normally like talking about myself on public forums but I will make an exception in this case cos something here struck me like Deja vu and I felt a jolt of pain going down memory lane.
I was in ur guys situation some years back. Had to leave my sweetheart for years in naija cos I was schooling and couldn't afford sending for her till much later. She waited, it was hard cos she had a long line of suitors and after a while of always hearing her crying and begging me to return I just lost it and asked her to move on. She didn't. I returned to her with a ring two yrs ago and she is now my wifey and just joined me some months back. I am glad she waited cos she means the world to me.
Listen to ur heart. It's all a gamble, life is a gamble but u have to decide where u play ur hand. Yes, some Nigerian men keep white women here and promise heaven to our Nigerian sisters, yes most nigerians sisters have been disappointed in the process but would u rather ask urself in the future why u didn't wait and live in regret or would u rather suffer it and smile. I know a friend who married a guy she didnt want to marry. She had 3 kids for the man but still calls her ex boyfriend (who by the way is also married) till today telling him she misses him. No one can give u an advice here but u urself. Remember if u wait and get disappointed u got to live with it and if he returns to do the needful then u also got to live with he smiles. Goodluck.

In what many have classified as a
hypocrisy-ladden publicity stunt, the
Presidency released pictures and videos
of the President GEJ carrying bags of rice
in a relief camp in Maiduguri, an area
that has been hard hit with the Boko-
Haram insurgency.
Observers say that the President, who
was in company of the Stomach
Infrastructure Inventor, Mr. Fayose (who
doubles as the Ekiti State Governor), both
folded up their sleeves and off-loaded
bags of rice from a waiting truck amidst
tight security, mirroring the rice bag
carrying tactics of revered Prophet T.B
Joshua (who had no security).
Meanwhile, Opposition leaders have said
that the President is just trying all means
necessary to solicit votes from the
electorate as political heavyweights
prepare to slug it out for the 2015
Presidential Ticket.
The groundnut pyramids are back. GEJ till 2019.

» FG Needs $5b To Stabilise Economy – Okonjo-Iweala

If truly FG can generate $1.3b from cocoa in 2014 alone that is almost gone, how more of Palm, Casava, life stocks etc.
Then, what's the need for stabilizing our economy with $5b that our Banana plantations can take care of?

...Story 4 D gods!
Let me ask u. Did u see madam Ngozi's name on that write up? If u didn't see hover name then why the silly comment. When has the ministry of agriculture and finance being run by the same office? Pls argue constructively and stop being too negative. It doesn't help. Nigerians need some positive news once in while. Besides no mater how much u hate the government of GEJ, u can't deny that the minister of agriculture has surpassed expectations of all. I mean, if that man comes for any elected position many well thinking Nigerians will stand behind him.

Most married men do not have time for these long stories but I will just type a bit. First of all mods, if this makes front page, I will sue all of you. ok.

First of all married guys, how do you cope with all these Jezebels all around the place. It seems guys become more desirable once they are married. Men used to be the hunters but now they are the hunted. I do not live in Nigeria and one of the main reason my wife doesn't want to go back home is just because of all these girls. But I visit regularly.

Once, I was home alone in London (when we lived there) and my family had travelled on holiday to the US. So a friend calls and says we should go for another friend's birthday party. It was the guy's 35th birthday so we went there together and I drove. So on getting there, I met one chick that is engaged to the celebrants younger brother, and they were planning to get married in a few months. Her fiance wasn't at the party but she went there as sister in law concern. We got talking and first thing I told her was that I was married and she was even in the same profession as my wife so we talked almost throught. So we left very late and I said I would give her a ride and my other friend was there as well. The moment she entered the car she was all wow, this is the best car she's ever entered etc. To cut the long story short she asked for my number because she claimed she wanted to get in touch with my wife for some professional advice. I innocently gave her my number. Next thing, I started getting texts from her saying we should hang out, what were my plans for the weekend etc. I had to tell her my family was back and so she understood.

What made this particular girl tempting was that she was the exact opposite of my wife. My wife is slim like a super model, even after two kids but this girl was the exact opposite. I had always dated lepa girl but this one was just voluptous. Big in the right places. And she was not even scared that I was friends with her brother -in-law. 9ja girls no dey carry last o. They can smell a successful young man from afar off.
Even when I visit Nigeria, I just meet several girls who just want to hook up, and they know you are married. Some of these girls even come from very well to do homes. I can understand the girls from a poor background but even the ones that their parents are very rich are involved.

Married men, abeg make una dey very careful for 9ja o. Gone are the days when guys were the hunters!
Lol, Bros that's alway why I hide my head whenever am in the country.
