The point is, how much 8s the naira worth today? Even having #1million naira profit today after a year of investment is rubbish looking at the low value of the naira. That's like USD 650 in one year which is extremely very poor by any standards. ₦1 million that can't take anyone for more than a month.
I invested USD 100 in a US Ai stock and in 4 months I got a profit of over USD 1,500 minus the initial USD 100 I had invested. That's what investment is all about. I wouldn't advise anyone to invest in any Nigerian stock considering how worthless the naira has become

You also forgot PDP could choose a Northern candidate to counter that too, making it a 4-horse race

That's the point. The sentiments against Tinubu right now is so much especially in the north. 2027 will present a completely different dynamics from 2023. Tinubu doesn't have much Goodwill anymore and people from all regions can't just wait to kick him out.

If Atiku gets the presidential ticket of the coalition and Peter Obi leaves to contest on another platform, I see Atiku winning the presidency because Obi will certainly divide Tinubu's votes in the south. Tinubu's chances in the north are already dead on arrival except he rigs it so fantastically well. Outside that, Atiku will have a field day in the north, especially with the common hatred the north now has for Tinubu

True they're all corrupt and that's not the point. Even Jonathan and Yar ardua were corrupt. Even leaders of the best economies in the world are also corrupt. But my point is, their economic policies were far better than what we have today! Until Nigerians are ready to put primordial religious and ethnic sentiments aside and put these politicians in their place, I'd go with the lesser evil.
In fact, for someone to come out and defend Tinubu in this way and even compare him to previous govts shows the person needs a serious mental check.

That would rather be suicidal for Tinubu. For now Tinubu is banking on southern votes, that's why he's desperate to have southern governors defect to his party. He has less faith in the North because he knows he has messed up his ranking in that region. So a makinde in the race would rather split Tinubu's votes in the south. This would be more suicidal if ADC picks a northern candidate who would now take northern votes in bloc. I think Tinubu would rather prefer PDP and ADC to field northern candidates. This would give him a field day in the south and split northern votes and automatically place him in pole position for reelection.

He should take trips every month or two to look after his health? That doesn't sound like a healthy man or a man physically fit for the job. Moreover there's an option called resignation if he's not healthy enough to withstand the rigours of leading a country. Remaining as president is not by force. I'm sure if you take sick leave every month or two at your place of work, your employer would waste no time in looking for your replacement.

I fear for the fate of ladies in this upcoming generation. Marriage will be so scarce that it will be a thing of the past. He should have rather collected the money and distributed it to the orphanages himself unless he has other motives for rejecting the money. Because I'm very sure that the state government would never give the money to orphanages but rather put it back into their coffers

Thank goodness for the invention of smart TVs. All I did was install a browser on my TV and stream all my football matches live on score808. Netflix does the rest for movies and I come online for news. The YouTube app on the TV covers for the music.... DStv can kiss my black a$$ goodbye.
