These people are just looking ways to distabilise Nigeria. They don't give a Bleep if Christians are been killed or not. All they want is to see any African countries that is about to get things right is get into crisis.

If you are a Nigerian and you support Trump, you are a fool who knows nothing about life and how this world is ran
Even if that's the agenda of Trump, the point is, are his accusations against the Nigerian govt TRUE or FALSE? This govt gave them that opportunity to do so by messing up big time. They took the cries of ordinary Nigerians for granted and now expect same Nigerians to stand up for them? Infact most Nigerians I know would prefer to have an American govt rule over them than the present despotic govt of Tinubu who came into power via deceptive and corrupt means. At least they'd be safe in their own country

Are you surprised? A president that treats his people as shit and is heavily corrupt, corruptly enriching his cronies to the detriment of Nigerians. Truth is, if he had done well, it's even ordinary Nigerians on the street that would have stood up and fought the battle for him. But now almost every Nigerian I know is supporting the actions of Trump and praying for Trump to mess him up and throw him out of power.

The US are not that stupid to invade a country on the basis of what an association says. They do thorough underground work and findings before they come out to take definite action on the basis of their findings. You've forgotten that the US has an embassy right here in Nigeria that feeds their president daily with intelligence. In this embassy, there are CIA operatives, members of the US armed forces and intelligence services who work and are domiciled there. So they get credible first hand info about happenings within Nigeria and transmit them to the POTUS.

The president Tunubu did not deny terrorism and mass killings in Nigeria. It is obvious to everyone in the world and there are several verified and unverified data to support that position and prove it factual.

However, the President Tunubu denied that the mass killings is targeted at eliminating Christians in Nigeria and I agree with him on that.

What dirty research has the USA🇺🇸 and Donald Trump done? They have only mapped out plans to invade 🇳🇬Nigeria and make the nation ungovernable.

What about the shallow and known graves of Moslems and other religion practitioners killed in the North and South of nigeris on daily basis. Majority of the killings are not even reported and USA, Donald Trump and you are here making it about Christians.

The USA 🇺🇸 and Donald Trump want to replicate what they have done in Libya, Iraq, Iran, Gaza, Japan and other place just for their selfish interest and to control material and human resources of those Nations. The focus of USA🇺🇸 and Donald Trump is now on Nigeria's material resources and control of Nigeria.

I don't want to live in Nigeria and be controlled or governed by the USA.

Period!
You agree with Tinubu that there's no systematic killing of christians when there are facts to the contrary. You obviously haven't researched well. Even Tinubu himself that you're blindly defending confessed to this fact in his 2014 post against Goodluck Jonathan. Or you probably didn't read that fact too? It'd only take a fool to defend this govt because the facts are very obvious. The mass graves that are displayed for all to see to the attacks and massacre of Christian villages to the overtaking of these villages by the Fulani terrorists to the renaming of these Christian villages where the matyred Christians and displaced Christians once lived? Even facts are available of how a GOC of the Nigerian army in Jos gave entry to these terrorists to massacre an entire Christian village (the facts are online, be diligent enough to research it rather than coming online with sentimental rants), and the president knew about this but did nothing to this general? And you're saying govt is not complicit in all these? Even your so called president shot himself in the foot and goofed big time.

And yes, as things stand now I'd prefer an American govt ruling Nigeria to the present charade of dictatorship and islamist agenda which we have now. At least they'd sanitize the system and bring in some sense into governance. Infact, I'd support any military takeover in this country as things stand now. Nigeria has never had it this terrible.

Is Nigeria the only country in Africa or the world that has challenges with security of lives and properties? I am not speaking or making excuses for the Tinubu federal government - they are failing in the area of security and they desperately need help from advanced countries to combat terrorism however, I am not gonna attribute the terrorism to an agenda against Christians solely.

That is a propaganda that Donald Trump and USA is trying to push and sponsor but I will not subscribe to that. Donald Trump and America has the option to reach the Nigerian government through diplomatic channels to assist or intervene in the fight or effort against terrorism in Nigeria but Donald Trump, as usual, has chosen to be disrespectful, derogatory and condescending towards Nigeria and I will not excuse that for anything.

I am not surprised because he hates Africa and Nigeria. He has little or no regard for us and he thinks of himself as extremely superior to us. He has exhibited that in so many ways.
However, we are a sovereign nation and Donald Trump and USA🇺🇸 must respect our sovereignty. We are not interested in his selfish wars and disruptions.

Donald Trump and USA🇺🇸 perverted the world order, encouraged, sponsored and armed Israel to decimate the Palestinians and today, Gaza is a sorry state and Palestinians are homeless, yet the USA🇺🇸 makes justification for the, atrocities, genocide and wickedness they have done there and you expect me to excuse or support the attempt of Donald Trump and USA🇺🇸 to do the same in Nigeria.

Are you making sense at all.

We don't want 🇺🇸USA's help if he would not respect and cooperate with Nigerian government to help militarily and with intelligence support.

Donald Trump and USA should go to hell with their deceptive intervention.
You're being too sentimental with your statement. Your own president Tinubu openly denied the obvious slaughter of christians going on in the country. How can he initiate a fight against something he denies exist? He thought Trump is a fool. Before the US takes any action, just know that they'd have done their research underground. What annoys me most about this govt is the fact that they have nothing to offer. All of Tinubu's moves are just about securing a second term and not governance. I would support anything to remove that despicable man from aso rock and place a godly man who fears God and respects his people there. Not someone who is filthy corrupt and turns a blind eye to obvious evil. It pains me seeing the hundreds of shallow graves of slaughtered christians and one stupid man would come out and deny it exists

Any coup now will see Nigeria disintegrate faster than a lightning bolt.

Nigeria of today is not Nigeria of Pre 1999.

The civilian political class in every state is well entrenched .

The populace is more restive and aware of their rights and won't give it away for an illegitimate military junta that did not give their consent to.

There must be consent by the populace to the government of the day to govern them.

And how is the military going to manage running a country like Nigeria today without widespread consent?

You must understand that past military juntas relied on consent to remain in power and always justified seizing power from fellow military juntas on the basis of lack of popularity of the ousted regime among the people.

There's no way we can have anything dictatorship today because that will require tearing up the constitution and drawing up Admiralty laws that are alien to civilian life.

Any coup will not only be disastrous to Nigeria's continued existence but to those who ochestrted it.

The guys in the military today are a total different breed from the cocaine sniffing rambo types of times gone.

The officers today just want to serve and cashout bigly and retire to politics or their businesses.

Why should they risk all that for a doomed coup that if successful will doom them?
Continue deceiving yourself. You're probably one of those that live in aso rock that doesn't know the pulse of the ordinary citizen in the street. As it stands now, most citizens in the country are rooting and praying for a military takeover and would gladly welcome it over the current government in place.

I know Reno Omokri is not a saint. Nobody is perfect and we all have our flaws, but sane and sensible Nigerians can see through these coordinated attacks launched against Reno (Just like they did to Segalink) by the Obidient Mob, simply because he has been ruffling their feathers for a long time.

We all know that these attacks on Reno stem from exposing the smelly Yansh of Peter Obi. Even if Reno Omokri is a lair, he can never compete with Peter Obi.

The Obidients that have been telling us that Peter Obi is an Archangel Michael who just dropped from Heaven last year, and has no character flaws, and is the only person that can save Nigeria - are who you want me to believe & take seriously ?

The same Peter Obi that is part of the rotten establishment, and who has benefited massively from the rot? Is who you are painting to me as an Archangel? grin

He who comes to equity must come with clean hands. You’re accusing Reno Omokri of what you have been caught doing red-handed so many times ? Is that not funny? grin

This is why I don’t take any one of them seriously.

You all must be joking if you think Peter Obi will ever be elected as the Nigerian President even in a Billion Years from now.

In conclusion, I will choose Reno Omokri over Peter Obi or Mike Arnold or any Obidient member & fictitious character that was dug up to smear his reputation any day any time.

Look who is accusing Reno Omokri of being a Joseph Goebbels? grin

The Obidients that have been caught several times employing lies & propaganda to sway & manipulate gullible Nigerians on Twitter and on other Social Media Platforms want us to believe Reno Omokri is Joseph Goebbels?

All of you are not serious. Go and sleep!
I really don't understand how the post by the op about Reno omokri concerns Peter obi. This your post is completely off point and immature. Infact it even looks like one of those senseless posts made by Reno omokri himself. Always stick to the point and stop disgracing yourself like this

All those attacking the man haven't heard his own version of the story. Believe any woman's tale at your own risk. A woman hardly takes responsibility for her own faults and would rather find someone to put the blame on, even an animal. Ask Eve in the garden of Eden who blamed her sins on the serpent.
Rule is, always hear from both sides before concluding, no matter how sweet one person's side of the story sounds. Truth is, when you hear from both sides you'd most likely know who's telling the truth and who's not, or who's the one at fault. Only very immature people judge situations based on the story they hear from only one party in a case.

AMINDA:
So, to you it's fair game for Tinubu to undermine the political ambitions of APC adherents across the states for his own ambition? Is that part of the master strategy they always talk about? Osinbajo, Ambode, Fashola, Fayemi, Aregbesola, etc. got same treatment in the SW. He has shown that he's ready to do same to Ganduje, Barau Jibrin, and other APC members in Kano just to get Kwankwaso. He did same to Omo-Agege in Delta, very nearly did same in Osun but for resistance from the APC (curious to know why he didn't desolve the Excos in Osun for resisting as he just did in Enugu). Bottomline is that anyone is expendable for his own inordinate ambition. That's not the behaviour of a leader who seeks power to use it for public good.
You see in these kinda things, you don't bring up sentiments or emotions into it. It's all about personal interests. Yes they helped him but he has a bigger ambition in 2027 and he has made his calculations. Inasmuch as I don't also like that he's doing away with those that helped him, but I really can't fault his decisions. He's doing what is in his personal interest. Same thing played out in Rivers state. I also won't be surprised if he dumps shettima for kwankwaso. It's all about personal interests not emotions or sentiments. The Enugu APC chairman himself wasn't smart. He was sentimental when he attacked the incumbent governor and refusing him entry into the party. If he had calculated well, he'd have known that there's no way a president would choose him over a sitting governor in terms of who has more electoral value. He should have quietly accepted the governor while strategizing on his next moves. But he chose to be sentimental and exhibited that emotional outburst which wasn't a smart move. If I were in Tinubu's shoes I'd have done same thing by easing him out of that position to make way for the governor.

Like Enugu, like Delta, like Ekiti. Tinubu should continue undermining the party faithfuls that stuck with the party through thick and thin, in favour of poaching incumbents for solely his own selfish interest. In the end, it will cost him because the new entrants will have a hard time convincing their followers to support Tinubu while the older APC adherents become aggrieved and unenthusiastic in supporting his re-election. As far as Tinubu is concerned, every other politician's ambition is expendable except his. He thinks Nigeria is Lagos.

P.S: Below video is why APC got scared and disqualified Engr. Kayode Ojo. Man has more clout and popularity in Ekiti than Oyebanji, apparently.

Tinubu's main priority is to secure second term. He has done his calculations. A sitting governor would offer him better chances at getting his ultimate goal of second term. So he would naturally do all it takes to secure whatever would benefit him more. It's simply business. If you were in Tinubu's shoes you'd probably have done same thing based on these calculations.

PoliticsForbes Report Says Nigerian Naira Now Ninth Weakest Currency In Africa by drstranged(op): 10:54am On Sep 28, 2025
The Forbes currency calculator report for September 2025 has ranked the Nigerian Naira as the ninth weakest currency in Africa.

This latest ranking underscores the lingering pressure on Nigeria’s economy despite recent signs of easing inflation.
The Forbes currency calculator, which sources real-time foreign exchange market data via the Open Exchange Rates API, updates every five minutes to reflect live trading values.

The system captures the impact of demand and supply, market sentiment, and broader economic conditions on each nation’s currency performance.

According to the data, the São Tomé & Príncipe Dobra (22,282 per $1) topped the list of Africa’s weakest currencies, followed by the Sierra Leonean Leone (20,970), Guinean Franc (8,680), Ugandan Shilling (3,503), and Burundian Franc (2,968).
Others on the list include the Congolese Franc (2,811), Tanzanian Shilling (2,465), Malawian Kwacha (1,737), the Nigerian Naira (₦1,490 per $1), and the Rwandan Franc (1,448).

In contrast, the Tunisian Dinar (2.90 per $1), Libyan Dinar (5.40), Moroccan Dirham (9.91), Ghanaian Cedi (12.31), and Botswanan Pula (14.15) were ranked as the five strongest currencies in Africa.

The continent currently has 54 recognised countries, according to the United Nations and geographic data sources.

The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) reported that the country’s headline inflation fell from 24.5% in January to 20.12% in August, its fifth consecutive month of decline.

The trend is attributed to stable foreign exchange inflows from oil exports and remittances, better agricultural yields, and the Central Bank of Nigeria’s monetary policy, which held the benchmark rate at 27.5%.

Full list of Africa’s weakest currencies (September 2025):

(1.) São Tomé & Príncipe Dobra – 22,282 per $1

(2.) Sierra Leonean Leone – 20,970 per $1

(3.) Guinean Franc – 8,680 per $1

(4.) Ugandan Shilling – 3,503 per $1

Few years back, when interviews were held for doctors for hospital positions in the country for which I applied, thousands of doctors trooped in to apply. The number of applicants were so many that only a few of us were taken. But as I speak with you rgt now, even those that were taken have left. Hospitals
recently advertised for job positions and not even one doctor showed up. I'm sure you've seen the news where a single doctor was placed on call duty for a whole month? That's because there are no more doctors to fill that position. No doctor is looking at Nigeria anymore. I interviewed some medical interns just this week, and ALL of them have already passed foreign exams and prepared to leave. They're just waiting for completion of their housejob and probably nysc before zooming off. By the time your hospitals are deserted you'd understand the calamity that has befallen your health sector.
