Secondly, u can't have heavy growth of staph aureus in your blood and be on nairaland. You will be so sick that you will most likely be on admission recieving drips and IV medications. Forget all this yeye labs that will be saying everybody has staph.

The truth is, staph aureus is part of our normal flora (ie they are on our skin) and almost everywhere in our environment. This is not about being hygienic or not, its a normal thing.

The problem is this, to take samples (blood, wound swab, discharges) for test, the lab scientist must exercise extreme caution to prevent the sole from being contaminated by these ubiquitous organism--Staph. Unfortunately, this is not often the case. If the sample had been taken properly, I can assure you it would have yielded no growth. You can't have heavy growth staph aureus and not have high-grade fever. In short, you won't have the strength to be typing this epistle on nairaland.

From the history you gave, it looks more like a psychological issue and not an infection. Cos if I'm to probe further, you will also have insomnia (inability to sleep)
Maybe you should consider seeing a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist.

There a million and one disease entities that can cause theses symptoms you are having.
You will need to do some tests to know the causative factor specifically.

Well, abandoning the same institution that trains you with the insufficient facilities you're complaining about is not really fair.

and not just that, the cost of studying medicine in this country is among the lowest in the world. It has been subsidized by the government. But it is frustrating when u work in a place that lacks basic facilities; watching a patient die because oxygen is not available; a patient goes into cardiac arrest and defibrillators are no where to be found. It is heartbreaking. Even if you want to manage, in a matter of time your perseverance will reach its limits, when u project intobthe future and realise that nothing will change anytime soon, infact, it's gonna get worse.
