Actually It's a 2003 toyota corolla sport car and not lexus rx350. What's the cost of the oil, I understand my car will take 4litres of oil, also will I need to change the oil filter too?

Hi, I got the car scanned and not code popped up. But I recently discovered that the mechanic that serviced the car used 20w50 oil on it instead of the recommended 5w30, when I asked him why he didn't use 5w30, he said that's for Americans, that here in Nigeria is 20w50 . I also checked the plugs, and everything is in good condition, the plugs inside are denso iridium.
