No my major was/is/will be science. However my fisrt and foremost interest has always been the stuff you mentioned.

I got all the knowledge through my personal observation, online/offline research, travel, etc. Everything has contributed to build me up so far. wink[/quote]Oh I like young chaps like myself that are willing to read and learn unlike the average Nigerian male engaging in drugs and what not... Nice one bro, keep doing what you do.

I love the dude, great performer, very humble, easily associable and loved. I would choose him to perform an act for me anytime rather than Criss Angel. That dude gives me the creeps.
Nairaland GeneralRe: Please Find Out If Your Brother Are In Benoni South Africa Advice Him. by druid06(m): 1:44pm On Jun 24, 2013
Part that gave me a shi.t-face;

Assailants were Nigerians

How sure can the eye witness testify about the nationality of the gunmen being Nigerian. If I was a sales person/eye witness and three men walks in the store with semi-auto handguns or submachine, my first instinct/intuition would be to take flight and take cover. How come were they sure the gunmen were Nigerians.

South-Africa, I'm just tired of the incessant persecution of our Nigerians brothers there. I thought Nigeria had it bad but no good news ever come out from the godforsaken country..You guys are disgusting animals and you would forever remain in the dark ages like prehistorical man with the destruction of hard working Nigerians and innocent civilians.

@Pagan9ja, you seem to be well versed in subjects like history, art, the origin of mankind and so much more. Was your major in school history and art? or you just got all this knowledge via researching this informations online?
RomanceRe: Shoppers' Shock As Man Proposes In Mall Food Court: And Is Rejected! by druid06(m): 9:55am On Jun 24, 2013
She probably ran away because she wasn't expecting a marriage proposal and the suddeness made her have mixed feelings so the only thing she could do was flight. Some women could be so emotional when it comes to marriage proposals so running away was a better choice for her than doing something stupid like publicly crying.

It's sad for the dude though as he looked embarrassed and confused. I believe they would be back together in not time and the lady would come apologizing for her cowardize.

This is a lesson to those dudes out there who spends considerably large amount of time daily watching spanish/mexican romantic drama series, romantic movies and chick flicks including those who do what they see on television.. The music doesn't play in the background in reality and life doesn't always have a happy ending.

biafranqueen: Sorry are you saying that Libraries were burnt by the Romans? Or that the Egyptians were really Romans Because several different Greeks and Roman conquerors burned and looted it over centuries. Alexander the so called Great The first significant fire was around 89-88 BC. Egypt was torn by war and civil strife under Ptolemy VIII, and much of Alexandria was burned.
BiafranQueen, no more argument for you young lady. Go take a beautiful long night sleep...cheesy

And you think if you were to do it all over, you'll still do the same huh

Thank God for Nairaland, where would I have met someone to tell me this kind of thing. shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked
Babe, I would say I'm successful in my own way. Spent so many years in the street, paid for my tuition fees till I graduated, left the country, got an averagely good good job and still going further. I wouldn't be here if I was just like oh yeah, let's just wait. I made is through because of my hustlers ambition, my street mentality. So yes, you can say I am a cold hearted criminal in my own way.

Vikin: So after giving him the small change, when he arrives then she goes ahead to provide the wedding money, accomodation, feeding, etc....also look for a job for him undecided..

Na wah. Desperadoes everywhere
So what's wrong with her taking care of the expenses for a while. I thought women were fighting for equal rights and other bullshit. So it's right when the man pays for everything and when it's the other way round, it's then wrong.

Nigerians ladies have no idea what it means to be love, I don't blame them though, after spending hours watching fake nollywood movies, what do you expect?

Maybe you skipped where he said when he's over there, he was going to look for a job.

DailyNews: Lol, lots of em everywhere. I blame it on bad leadership and rotten Nigerian economy.

Nigerian guys ready to do anything to get out of their Nigerian miserygringrin

See threadstarter, its not just you alone, Nigerian guys now do their Nigerian sisters toogrin so long as the girl or lady lives abroad, especially America, Canada and UK. Most Nigerian guys are ready to quit their marriage to marry any lady living outside Nigeria (America, Canada, UK), be it a white lady or Nigerian girl born abroad, so long as she is a citizen and would make them get a permanent visagrin

Like some posters rightfully advised, u can take the risk or quit becos he is out for the visa, formed love may accompany it though.

Take the risk and get married or don't take the risk and status remain same.

But pls, don't ever send him any money if at all u decide to go ahead with you guys initial plan. Pls don't, let him use his money and process the visa, it doesn't cost much, just a visa application fee and with the right reasons to convince the british consulate.

Btw o, there is fire on the mountain now o...our foreign sisters are all running back home to hookup, and the foreign ladies too...hey, big ups to Nigerian guys, u guys rock! Your demand is gradually going up in the global market, but sisters at home should be at alert o, both the naija sisters in diaspora and foreign ladies are now rushing down to claim ur prize, hmmmgringrin
[b]So you have a blog specifically created to ruin the chances of brothers finding a better opportunity as immigrants in countries with great opportunities..It's just funny the way women on here are crying ''blue murder'' like they're innocents too and they don't device ways to to make a dude a sucker. Without further derailing away from this topic, I would say the OP is a selfish egocentric woman who thinks the worlds revolves just around her. She's always been suspicious of this chap she claimed she has feelings for me. I thought loving someone unconditionally was supposed to come with trust, sacrifice and making tough choices. The minute he made his intention clear about his coming over to start a life together with her she becomes suspicious because of the amount involved. I don't think 600pounds is that big of a deal to spend on someone you love, it's not like he's going to build a company with that money, come on people, it's just a meager sum. If she can't a risk for the relationship then I don't think she's worth it.

For those of you who think the traveling internationally is cheap. You need to think again.

1. Getting a Nigerian Passport #20,000
2. UK visa fee 300GBP #75,000
3. Flight ticket #100,000
4. B.T.A 400GBP #100,000
5. Miscellaneous Expenses #40,000
6. Funds 2 leave behind 4 family #150,000

For those who think the dude is trying to rip this lady, the least he would spend just traveling over is half a million Naira approximately.

alutacontinua: Are you for realhuh
Which kind of mentality is this?
What happened to asking politely if you need help from someone?
And Yes, a nigerian guy is seriously in love with someone he met ONLINE in 3 months and seriously wants to spend the rest of his life with her. Just how smart is that?
Bad belle people, make una leave this two love birds alone. Make una nor spoil their relationship with una bad belle ooh..

Asking politely to someone you don't know from Adam to assist you with travelling abroadhuh Does that sound right to you or are you those types of women who gets fat eating and spending 16hrs daily watching nollywood movies..

Who sets the deadly for when a relationship is right. 3 months to me is long enough for them wanting to meet for the first time.

What's this false idealogy that the average Nigerian male online are up to no good. People like you are the medium for the spread of this false idealogy and give us bad image all around the world.

I say we should leave this young couple alone and let them sort their business themselves. If the lady is old enough to fall in love, she's old enough to handle her private matters..

SHAKING MY HEAD FOR BAD BELLE PEOPLE.

OP, do not adhere to the negative advices some spectators are giving you on here. I best say you should follow your heart. There's no gain without risk and if the dude is trying to use you to get a green card or something, there's no biggie. It's like you're helping out a fellow brother. Have fun while it last but do not forget to consider the other part that the dude in particular might be seriously in love with you and he wants to be with you and can't wait for you guys to spend the rest of your lives together.

If you're 23 years of age which I still don't believe judging from your inexperienced attitude, you need to grow up. You act like a teen and maybe it's the reason why your mom still treats you like a kid. Also, please don't talk about your personal stuffs online. Too much weirdos and predators. Sorry if my previous comment was mean. I am usually that way; very grumpy. ciao! ciao!

staicey: Thank you acid. I'm 23 incase you didn't notice and am sure you know that a lady at 23 or even 20 can differentiate good from bad. All I need is a breathinhg space, seizing my phone, making sure I'm sleeping after I've gone to bed.. Hell! Sometimes she don't allow me go to bed with my phone. She always wnts to go through my texts at every slight opportunity, what's that?

Besides, I don't wanna believe you are saying me having a bf at 23 is bad. Is it not better I have a bf who comes over to the house and she kknows him? Than have one I sneak out to see all the time?
You, 23yo? I don't believe any of it. First, you don't look like one, secondly, you don't portray the maturity of a 23 yo. A23yo does not keep an online diary whatsoever. When I wa 23, I was busy hustling and looking for good employment while camping at a friends quaters you on the other hand is enjoying the security of living under a parent while you suck them continously dry and you expect your mother to give you some freedom when you don't act mature and still feed and live under them. First go get a job then we could talk about getting a boyfriend...Nonsense angry angry

For starters, maybe you should get a job, earn your own money, stop living under her roof, rent your apartment and pay your bills and when you get pregnant, find the solution yourself then you're free to do what you like.

Texas.Cowgirl, I admire your courage and tenacity in wanting to defend what you believe but having an argument with someone of a superior mind is not the right way to show your wit. You've lost the discussion on this forum and further arguments would paint you to be a foo-l as it already seem to show you are. You better run with what's left with your pride and dignity..
