Yes, but Ecclesiastes speaks more on the purpose of man and his existence. It also defines who we are and the reason why things (either good or bad) happen.
True, but the under standings and Pillars of Ecclesiastics is Actually found in Proverbs and Psalms.

Without having the under stands as exposed in Proverbs and Psalms, the great power of the Lamentations of Solomon's Failures and Foolishnesses will not be fully appreciated.

What is the meaning and purpose of life?
1) To show your Creator, how wonderful He created you to be, exactly as your phone.

2) To make Him happy that He created you exactly just as like your car.

CareerMom:
Life is filled with so much suffering and pain. Sickness, diseases, skin problems, fertility issues, lack of love, crime, unfair treatment, abuse, molestation, lack of work, etc. Why does does God allow us to have skin problems that have no solution? Why does He allow people to have terrible diseases like cancer? Why does He let children suffer in the hands of bad parents? Why does He let let people especially women suffer loneliness due to lack of a spouse? Why does He let people suffer from poverty? Why does He allow injustice? Above all, why is He so slow to answer prayers? He waits for so many years just to answer one prayer? Sometimes He doesn't even answer at all.
All these was caused by your mother and father who Continually and Continuously disobeyed Him and Rejected Him, despite His Several Entreaties.

Therefore, He Went, and every evil thing pursued men and this is still aside the fact That He Cursed the world of Disobedient men.

CareerMom:
These are the questions I will ask God when I finally see Him face to face. Nobody has been able to answer these questions even pastors. I really want to know the meaning and purpose of life. I am at a point where life doesn't make any sense, I am just existing and not living. Maybe if I get answers to these questions, I can know the reason I am alive.
Just like your phone and car and pencil, you are alive because Someone made you live.
Christianity Etc › Re: The Law Of Christ's Why Christians Don't Stone Adulterers To Death As Law Of Mos by Dtruthspeaker: 9:05am On Jul 15, 2021
jesusjnr2020:
The Law Of Christ Is Why Christians Don't Stone Adulterers To Death As Law Of Moses Commanded

It was a commandment in the Law of Moses, but it's because Christ abolished it, that's the reason Christians do not stone adulterers to death today, as it was commanded in the Law of Moses.

John 8:3-11 (KJV)
And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,
They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.
Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?
This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.
So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.
And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?
She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

So the Pharisees who were under the Law of Moses brought an adulterer to Jesus, and told Him that the Law of Moses commanded them to stone her to death, and they asked Him what His own Law was, and His Law was, "He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her".

That's how Jesus abolished that particular commandment in the Law of Moses for those of His church, otherwise Christians would be stoning adulterers to death as was commanded in the Law of Moses.

That's yet another proof that the Law of Christ is a bigger, better, greater, and a significant upgrade to the Law of Moses.

God bless.
Always the False Prophet!

As The Lord Said "let he who is without sin" meaning Only A Holy Nation, A Peculiar People and A Royal Priesthood can execute the Judgements of God.

And there is no Holy Nation at all, so no one has the jurisdiction to execute it.

OpenYourEyes1:
When you are shown a section/part of a whole message from the scripture, make sure you go through the details of the whole message in the scripture to understand what it's actually saying.

There are people who would select part of the scripture and show you for their own evil agenda but when you go through the whole message in the scripture, you will understand that the words don't mean what they want you to believe.

Always go through the full message!
What do you recommend be done when someone bends the Bible out of light and Truth?
Christianity Etc › Re: Why Many Prophets And Kings Of Old Desired To Hear What The Law Of Christ Says by Dtruthspeaker: 7:28am On Jul 15, 2021
jesusjnr2020:
Why Many Prophets And Kings Of Old Desired To Hear What The Law Of Christ Says

Luke 10:23-24 (KJV)

And he turned him unto his disciples, and said privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that ye see:
For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

The many prophets and kings Jesus spoke of were under the Law of Moses, yet they desired to hear what the disciples who were under the Law of Christ heard, because the Law which Christ brought was bigger, better, greater, and a significant upgrade from the Law of Moses which they heard and knew.

What many prophets and kings of old desired to hear but could not hear, is the same thing many Christians today have heard but have little or no regard for because they are ignorant of the value of it.

So the many prophets and kings of old Jesus spoke of, despite being under the Law of Moses, including John the Baptist, knew much better than many Christians today concerning the value of the Law of Christ, hence would have done much better with it if they had it.

Christians of today could do well to learn a thing or two from the prophets and kings of old.

God bless.
Surely, The Lord has Cursed you with Madness and Insanity because of your evil.

Luke 10 was about the Appointment of 70 Disciples who were sent out to Exercise and Execute the Power of God.

But in your madness, you have bent, twisted and broken that Clear Testimony, perverting the Wonderful Experience which they came to Christ, out of Light and Truth, just so that you can continue selling your Madness.

BigBashiru:

having boyfriends and girlfriends is a form of polygamy

in the old testament there were so many polygamists.... the women themselves don't have much respect for monogamists.... I will use this thread to do bible study to find out if the bible really outlawed polygamy. for starters Solomon had 700 wives and was still a man of God.

monogamy is unnatural!
The fact that many people break The Law, after Lamech, son of the first murderer, made his own world record in addition to murdering by also breaking The Law of one man and one woman, never ratifies the breaking of The Law.

The Law is "Every man has his own wife".

To Obey or Disobey, is your choice.

that's speculation..... just because God made a man and a woman doesn't mean a man can't take multiple wives!
God Said it again when he came to the earth as a man when marriage came up that "He made them male and female".

But do Cain's sons ever Obey God?

Because, God does not often Speak Much and His Judgements are usually in deferral, you think there might be a loophole to squeeze yourself through in Disobedience.

Sex, the biggest fail of many modern day Christians.

From the top to the bottom, most Christians want to fornicate without strings attached. Even pastors and the married aren't exempt.

Sexual purity is something of a fantasy nowadays.

But what is the benefit? The sexually pure remain unmarried for years, or permanently single, or barren, or tied to devils when they finally do get married. While there's a reward the sexually impure which is the opposite of that, and smooth sailing in life. Afterwards, their sins will be forgiven. So what is the point?

There's little motivation for purity.
What you are saying is that people already break many many Laws, and Disobey, therefore they continue in their Disobedience.

Which is further implemented Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil. Ecclesiastics 8:11
