Hmmmm, I just woke up and still booting my cores, plus everything around me looks weird so i cant do a proper review. But erm. . . i don't like the look of the entire site. I can only wish Nigerian sites were this content driven and informative.

The look aint great but too much information that I can use on it so i have bookmarked this on my "Web Master" bookmark folder.

I'm certain you will get a cleaner result if you make this site as a blog

Have you noticed how hard it is getting to mouseover every first link of the 4 navigation overlays?
You mouseover it and your cursor doesn't change. You have to fiddle up and down the link to get it to change to a hyperlink you can click.

The magnification effect is useless (sorry for the word, i usually tell things like it is, no sentiments).
I say it has no use cuz it just makes navigation dodgy. You hover over an item, it magnifies and brings up and overlay, you wonno go to the overlay, it either swithches to another overlay if u're not careful enough or it disappears.

If i'm talking like i'm high just ignore my post.

I burnt candles studying Software Engineering and spent more than half the time just focusing on Interactive Design. I look at my old sites now and i just wish I had the time to redo them all.

Bottom line: I like very simple and good looking sites. Sites that are functional, accessible, usable, safe and can yield good user experience.

P.S: Don't work to make the same mistakes with facebook, learn from their mistake and make yours work better.

You make JS work for you when you get it to do what you want. You start working for JS when you have to spend sleepless nights fixing bugs that have come up just cuz you have to use a particular JS tweak.

I actually have the rapidshare links to the very video the OP wants to sell. As I do not use joomla I havn't seen any need to download it. Its a video by Josesph LeBlanc for Lynda.com. I havnt posted the links here either as I have seen the dude's price is good. Amazon is selling it for about 45 usd, so is this dude. I'm very certain though, he got a copy and replicated into copies for sale.

I've done it before, then i made some weird decisions

If you are running WHM/cPanel and have full SSH access on both servers, I will do it for you at no cost.

If all you have is cPanel on the server you're hosted on and the account u are moving to is also on cPanel, you can do a cPanel backup/restore procedure, google is very rich with resources on how to do this.

In fact just type the first 9 words of this thread's topic in google and you should get results
