The "Teaching hospitals" only increase price of properties in the area making life even more difficult

The hospitals were emptied as doctors stole the properties and equipment and took them to their private clinics

The doctors and health workers are always on strike

Nigerians don't do any sort of insurance let alone life insurance so that 9 billion naira is not justified

Except these hospitals will be 100% free then it's Misplaced priority if you ask me

I suggest we suspend Government clinics for now allow private ones to grow but they must be atleast 80% Nigerian owned if possible subsidise and give loans to medical practitioners to start their hospitals and clinics you would see how the health sector will be greatly improved and instead of giving over 4billion every 2 months Nigeria can instead make that amount in tax and revenue monthly

Nigerian health workers abroad will come back to atleast get a piece of the pie even foreign doctors will want to come and the industry will be lucrative for both the practitioners and the sick people who will have more choices and cheaper options wards will be less crowded and services more efficient.

After this growth government can make incentives for hospitals to offer free child birth as an example or make it mandatory for hospitals to give a certain amount of free treatments every year or month
Hospitals will grow like mosques and churches

Government can never cover the length and breadth of Nigeria adequately with hospitals and they shouldn't

We are clearly practicing aristocracy the poor are too occupied with tribalism and blinded by religion to even notice or do anything

I overcame by :

1. Discovering the things that were making me depressed,
2. not caring about those things anymore and
3. expecting nothing from life or anyone not even payment or commendations for my good deeds, acts of kindness or any work at all basically always expect the worse

it sounds sad but it's not it's very freeing then I started doing things that made me happy instead of things that gave me anxiety and worry e.g during my last year's in uni I didn't care about my CGPA I would read about the stars and random things that were technically useless but enjoyable to me even when I had an exam or test the next morning, I would sleep and wake up when I liked before I would wake up at night study for school but I'd have anxiety that I wouldn't even understand what I was reading, I'd be quizzing myself and when I missed/forgot a couple things I'd be sad it felt like others were using cheat codes and short cuts which was true for some people but it had nothing to do with me, basically I removed myself from situations, let situations and events just be that situations and events
I turned things around by thinking to myself what's the worst that can happen? If I failed so what? And I became more relaxed than before no longer scared of failure nor anxious about getting a B or an A or whatever result from not just exams but life in general.

The way you feel or how deeply you care really doesn't matter most times it only just weighs you down while the situation remains

I didn't just wake up depressed one day it took years of many different things happening in my life and being bottled up until the bottle was so full it over flowed and almost drowned me
