Nothing special about sleep paralysis though.
I have experienced this many times.
Sometimes, deep in my sleep, I see myself falling into a very deep ditch. The feeling is usually very strong that it wakes me up but I wouldn't be able to move an inch from my bed. It is usually accompanied with an increased heart beat but I have learnt to regulate my heartbeat to close normal even in extremely frightening situations.
Many times, I feel myself raising my hands up for someone to grab hold of and pull me out of the paralysis.
All I can say is that it is a very nice and refreshing feeling.

What has been a near death experience to you?

Mine was when I was a little girl, playing with 2 of my friends of about the same age, we thought it was a good idea to take turns to carry each other on our shoulders.

When it was my turn to climb onto the shoulder of one, I immediately knew it was a bad idea when I got on because, one, I had the fear of heights, and so I couldn't keep still

I wanted her to put me down immediately, but we didn't know the easiest way to do that...omg!
We kept wobbling back and forth because I couldn't keep still out of fear. The other kid was laughing, while I was beside myself with fear
Lastly, I fell so hard with my stomach slamming on the hard ground with a loud thud ( the most painful experience), I swear, for some seconds I couldn't breathe

While I was on the ground gasping for air, desperately trying to breathe and fighting to grasp onto life, my two so-called friends were laughing hysterically
When I was finally able to catch my breath, I cried so loud and hard....I cried ehn then they knew how serious it was.

I swear, I could have died that day and my parents would never have known what killed me.
Of course, they never knew what happened because I never told them. Heck! I never spoke about it ever. I just sucked it up.

As little as I was, I knew I could have died that day because what happened was serious...I just knew

Better drop him like a hotplate. Surprisingly, he'll take that attitude into marriage and expect you to ask him for everything down to the nitty grittys. You'll even have to coerce him to pay the children's school fees and other miscellaneous things. Give yourself wisdom and leave.

No need to analyse matters of matrimony cos it has many deep layers the mind wld never comprehend.

Marriage is mainly spiritual and karmic.

I think in life, one either has a fortunate, unfortunate or semi fortunate matrimony.

The majority of humanity gets an unfortunate matrimony, the rest get semi fortunate and very few get a fortunate matrimony.

There are people that also remarry and turn from unfiortintae to fortunate or semi fortunate matrimony.

One must just learn how to react prayerfully and consciously with intelligence to all the ugly drama of matrimony if one finds themselves in it so as to avoid causing problems for one self and others.

Am I supposed to stop talking to other guys, because I am dating a guy like you who can’t even take care of the basic needs of a woman, her hair and toiletries? Of course I am doing it myself, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with my man doing it for me. If you are broke and do nothing for your babe give her some space.

She knows you don’t have and trying to cope with you but don’t choke her up, especially now when you have nothing to offer.

Actually when I was younger I was more prone to shy away from confrontations.

Now that I’m older, I’ll take a confrontation with purpose. I’d never descend to physical altercations or ugly words with someone I love. So I think it’s doable.

Someone emailed asking why I would do so much work for one loaf of bread they would finish in one go and I've decided to respond here.

Below is supper, and lunch, and breakfast, apart from a cup of coffee in the morning. The slice is 5mm and the baked bins was a third of a can.

It's a corona diet. With lots of seeds.
