I used carrots, fresh peppers(pounded or sliced, I don't like my peppers totally blended to paste), sliced onions and scentleaves.

I parboiled the noodles, then stir-fried the veggies in little oil, added the parboiled noodles, mixed all up. Then added very little water, stirred again, covered up on low heat so it can dry.
Open the pot to stir it at intervals so it can dry properly and still not get burnt. Food is ready.

U just gave me the recipe for noodels..
I wld try this next..
Only I must add garlic to mine.
