It will be 80% sure visa is granted

The remaining 20% is if you didn't check your junk/spam messages and the refusal was sitting there or if there was no visa issued and no refusal (glitch in the process)

If this is a study gap, then your supervisors reference letter holds no water because that is deemed personal reference not official

If he/she can use an official stamp they can use a letter head.

You worked there legitimately for 6years, you should get a reference letter from the HR/any other agency you joined with. I would insist on that.

Option A. Submit your application ,CV and references letter as it is and hope it is enough

Option B: Submit your application and CV, wait for any NSF, use that period to persuade and get a proper official reference and submit that evidence when the NSF comes

Option A can still lead to B if ECO is not satisfied

It depends on the POE and if there are no pending application I would wonder why someone is coming in a month to visa expiration. So it depends

The OP should be able to apply with second nationality if he/she wants to and if there are advantages in doing so

Nigerian Passport since you are both applying from Nigeria. You can however Fill in your spouse’s second nationality in their visa application form.

I believe same applies to children with dual nationalities as well.

My colleague being the MA has all documents ready except her tb test certificate... The result says xtray not clear, meaning she will need to take the test via smear spectrum which literally takes 6 to 8 weeks, meanwhile she has already booked a date for early August using assisted service method... Although she is thinking of scheduling her appointment to later August while she waits for the result of her tb test...the issue is that her dependant being (husband ) pof will be ready next week, can he wait for the ma or he should go ahead with his own applications...can the defendant get approved before ma?..

To add to the response you have received it is 2years masters and 3years PhD.

You quoted 3years so I assume you are going for a PhD

1. You need to consider other routes to legally remain in the UK, there are options please do your research , and if you don't Yes you will need to return

2. If you choose to stay you are classified illegal and will be deported when caught

3. Yes it is easy but all visa process will need to be followed even when applying from the UK

What help do you need and why can't you do this yourself.

Go through the visa application, any section you are unsure of screenshot it and post (remove personal details) we will then advice

Before then make a list of all the documents you need based on what this thread has advised ( check first page if unsure)

Then decide if you want to upload them yourself or TLS to do so

It is pretty straightforward

And yes with a study gap of 12years you need to provide evidence of what you have been doing, if it is a job an employment/reference letter covering those years will be okay

It is the same process/requirements on POFs for MAs and Dependants

1. POFs are submitted at the same time (either same account or different for MA and dependant)

2. POFs are submitted but the MAs POF or evidence of expenditure should be available incase it is requested,this is to ensure funds are not recycled

3.The above applies here

1. MA and dependant are applying together ( say the same day)

2. MA and dependant are applying weeks apart (with MA still in Nigeria or MA's application still undergoing processing

3. MA applying for dependants after arriving UK.

1. If MA has her CAS and other supporting documents are ready she can apply, I think the decision making time is around 3weeks now and may be shorter by then

2. Yes the MA can apply a week before her dependant and there's no visa delays for the dependant because of that. The MAs GWF no should be quoted in the dependants application.

You can just give a summary of date(month and year) visa catergory and reason for refusal

1. You will need to confirm that from your school,must Uni's I know will expect your IELTS result is ready however there might be exemptions with a timeframe to submit it.Have you thought about other Uni's that don't need IELTS

2. Unfortunately,your uncle can't sponsor you, it's either your parents or spouse

3.Yes you can pay your tuition deposit yourself

4. As long as it falls under the answer on No 2 with proof of relationship and consent letter you should be fine

It's pretty easy but you will need to go through the process and submit the necessary documents for your visa catergory, you will also need to confirm which of the Schengen countries you are visiting.
