Please what should I do, should I upload the statement and transcript like that for Masters or be silent about my masters and upload undergraduate documents only.

Can you back to the same page you booked your appointment, you should be able to reschedule it

First are you and your dependants using the same/joint account?

2. Are you using a different account other than yours (perhaps partner or parent)

Then the consent letter would clearly state that the account statement XYZ shows tuition fee and maintenance funds for ABC and that ABC has access to the funds while studying

You know what they mean when they ask that question

But let's pretend

If they are truly using the funds for living expenses in the UK i.e accommodation they should have an evidence (rent agreement etc) to show incase that is requested for at whatever time.

If not OYO is the case

How do you leave funds intact until you get to the UK when in actual fact you are meant to use same funds for your fees and living expenses? These POF packaging thing is going to ruin us all soon if care is not taken.

Your POF is meant to fund your school fees, living cost and other expenses, please try and get funds out of it before your trip ooo!

This has been responded to, your passport is expired, no visa will be issued on that

If you have passed the stage of declaration and not being able to return and edit answers you will need to cancel and start a new application

Let me try to help with the maths based on the highlighted sentence

That will be £16200*0.20=£3240 at registration/enrollment.

It is always the calculation on the original tution fee.
That will mean you would have paid £4000+£3240=£7240 at that time and will be left with £8960 left

Nope. As long as you pay online and book a date for capturing, no mago mago. You go to London and capture on your appointed day and then drop off a postal envelope for them to send back to you… within 5 working days your ppt gets back to you.
Very straightforward nowadays as long as you have NIN.

The point @Giselle237 is making is that you shouldn't hide your ban.
Concealing a ban can lead to another ban because that could be deemed misrepresentation especially when there are sections that specifically ask those questions.

About the outcome it could be either way, there are lots of people that got a visa after a ban but the first thing they did was to be truthful.

That's the point she is trying to make and I hope you make the right decision

Well, I understand. But I think having a ban a decade ago does not necessarily translate to a a life ban where you are not able to travel again for the rest of your life, and that's why a time frame is always attached to it, eg 2yr, 5yr, 10yr ban etc.
Even if one has erred previously there should a way to forgive having repented.
Everyone who has witness a ban like this would always exhibit this kind of anxiety I am showing, it is human but all the same, one works with faith in God a lot of times

The error has been made.

Since you don't have the funds for a new application which is the ideal thing to do in this circumstance, you can wait till your visa is out and chase up with the refund.

IHS can't be usable for future applications because no one knows what visa application it will be and if it will be granted

Normally if you choose to do nothing IHS will automatically be refunded after awhile


Tbh my advise will be to cancel and reapply

When filling the dependant form, I was asked about the VISA expiry date ( meanwhile VISA wasn't yet given), this I thought was the passport expiry date. (4years from now, 2026)

What will you advise I do , as I've paid for the IHS already ( 4years instead of 1year)

Cos if I seek for refund it will take time and I don't have enough fund now to pay for anew application for the dependant.

Or can the IHS fee be usable for the number of years if a VISA extension is granted.

Summer holidays are always there regardless of the study session.

September intake may enjoy it whilst they just started studying but January will still do during studies.

With holidays you need to confirm with your Uni how long it is because some Uni's will expect you to continue some form of research, so the typical 3months holiday is actually smaller ( some just 2weeks)

I doubt if any Uni goes on holiday for a full 3months.

These are the core documents:
1. Documents listed on your CAS
2. TB certificate
3. Bank statement showing your tuition +maintenance funds
4. A copy of your passport data page

Other documents will need to be included if you have a study gap or going with your dependants etc

People who didn't got a NSF mail requesting for that document, so it is a proactive step.

Slow CAS process may not be a good reason to get a full refund, they will always say they are overwhelmed with high volume of application and request for you to be patient.

However try and send an email requesting to pend your application and process a full refund and state personal circumstances have changed and you won't be proceeding with the application

Bear in mind administration fee may be deducted

If the MA and dependants are applying at the same time and have all the funds in one account.

Pending on whose account it is, a letter is writing to say either dependant or MA has consent and access to the funds in the statement submitted

The options in bracket tells you that catergory is for student dependants


That's what study visa's are they are point based system (PBS)
If you are applying for your spouse select partner if child then the second option

Different Uni's different policies.

If your school says it is not requested then perhaps it isn't.

Did your CAS state any payment made?it usually would do so.

Otherwise your complete fees and maintenance should be available.

my question:
after i got my unconditional offer, my school ask me to show POF before getting CAS .. My POF which was in my spouse acct was ready to go but upon sending to school , i was told it has to be in my own acct as the MA. so i had to move it and then wait 28days.
while waiting i sent a mail to school asking for deposit details so i can just run that during the wait but got a response saying they have not ask me for any deposit and that i have no such conditions to fulfil.
Now i have applied for my visa and biometrics is ds week.... i just want to double check bcs of how i see everyone talking about deposit - is it that some school don't require deposit while others ask...

You can still include your work reference from this company.Because you are an employee and not the owner that should be fine

This would have been different if you were applying for visit visa or if the evidence of study gap was your own business
