State Government should ensure their biometric are capture, or each be given National Identity card.
If they don't have where to stay or whom to stay with in Lagos, it will be better to repatriate them to their state before they become menace to Lagosian.

In what seem to be a odd play out of marriage, a woman in the United Arab Emirates has asked the court to dissolve her marriage because her husband shows her ‘too much love’, helps with the housework and showers her with gifts.

According to reports, the UAE woman told a Sharia court in Fujairah that her ‘endearing’ husband has never argued or yelled at her and was always kind.

When she complained about his weight, the man embarked on a strict weight loss regime of dieting and exercise which left him with a broken leg.

But this did not please the angry wife who still complained of his many gifts and compliments, according to local media.

According to her:

“I am eagerly longing for a single day of dispute, but this seems impossible with my romantic husband who always forgave me and showered me with daily gifts.

‘I need a real discussion, even an argument, not this hassle-free life full of obedience.”

The husband begged the court to deny the divorce request.

Like him or hate him, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his team are the best thing that Lagos have, when compare to other politicians in Nigeria.

Before you crucify me, let me explain. No sentiment.

When Tinubu came on board, he had a vision for Lagos State. Constitute a team to run the vision. He handed over to a member of the original team (Fashola). When Fashola was done, he nominated a member from the original team, Ambode who derailed from master development plan for the state. Ambode being push aside, Tinubu still picked from the team.
This is to ensure strict compliance to the development plan for the state. Of course most people will say he is only protecting his investment. Maybe, maybe not, but check out policies in Lagos State that has better Lagosian .

Nice One though, I believe there is room for improvement. In Dubai, Cameras are installed at all strategic places. Commercial properties are all forced to install high definition cameras in front of the premises. Government agency called RTA and other agencies syncs with private cameras to bring the perpetrator of crime and traffic violators to book.

That's why in Dubai, you don't need police or traffic enforcers on the road. you commit any traffic offense you billed immediately. You get a deduction from your account instantly.

Just imagine you pack on the road to pick passengers and you get a deduction of #20,000 immediately or you beat the traffic light and you get billed #20,000 (reason "You beat traffic light at Maryland interchange")

No one will tell you to be careful next time.

Thank you. We can easily be swayed. All those claiming Ambode did well in Lagos have no clue of how government works. Flaunting Bus stops and few road infrastructure are not the main thing in governing a state.

Maintenance is the key thing. Ambode is the worst that have ever happen to Lagos State.

I will add one other thing to what I said earlier - checking out (excuse the 1980's reference) is doable, but with your children as a package, rendered more difficult. I strongly advise you to take a trip to your preferred destination or indeed any developed western country and look around and/or put your ear to the ground.

Life is organised and regulated, but not easy. It is perfectly common to see people living in the urban centres (and as a fresh immigrant you must live in an urban centre because that's where most of the jobs and the racial tolerance are) who are working but can't cover their (especially housing) bills and end up as the "working poor". Homelessness is never too far away in such cases, because you know the way the oyibo system is - family ties don't work the way they do here - and unless you have guaranteed accommodation, it is oh-so-easy to end up knocking on the door of a church for a place to sleep even while you have a pay cheque in your pocket.

And also, while we always hope for the best, we always are advised to contemplate the worst. If things take a (hopefully temporary) downturn at some point in one's life over there, it's easier to seek help alone, maybe crash in a church or on a friend or coworker's couch for a few days, than if you had 2 children in tow. When things look bleak for a while, sometimes depression and other mental conditions are not too far away. In a foreign land, without support and with two dependent children to deal with, it can be easy to succumb.

This is not to discourage you but to get you to look at your alternatives clearly. Also, I see that you are divorced. You have to get their father's consent to relocate with them legally, so you might want to start working on that too.

Lastly, I've 3 children of my own. I'm not female, but saying that men think differently about such situations than women is only true to the extent that I would leave my children behind if I were you.

Not because I love them any less than their mother, but because I'm operating on cold hard reason and not emotion and realise that, just like when the aircraft instructions tell you to put on your own oxygen mask before helping any young child who cannot do so themselves, you can only help your children if you yourself are alive, and in a condition to do so, and the best way to achieve that is not to over-encumber yourself.

Under this administration, you can generate and sell electricity to the unserved area. No permission is needed if your generation is less than 100kw power, only to notify NERC for information purpose. But any above 100kw power require license from NERC. Plus some of your key workers must have passed and obtained NEMSA certificate.
There were invitation recently for Minigrid developers to tender for subsidy obtain from world bank around $450m.
If qualified, your investment will be subsidized.
The programme was to encourage investors in power to design and install minigrid power solution to the unserved area, ensuring standard. You metered the area cover and bill them appropriately.

For now, you can't served the area covered by any of the DISCO. There was a case in one of the news paper recently where the eko DISCO reported one IPP company from encroaching into there space. Though the estate that migrated to IPP prefer the IPP because of guaranteed 24/7 power supply. You can Google Eko Electricity vs IPP for further information.

Taking Lagos back to its glorious days as it where in Fashola period. This is a welcome idea. Particularly Ketu and ojota, commercial buses park indiscriminately on the express way to pick up passenger, while pedestrians croses the express way ignoring the two bridges at ojota.

Thank God, we have a governor that think continuity unlike Ambode that's selfish. The only way any nation can develop is when there is continuation both in vision set and implementation.

Ambode abandon almost all his predecessor projects worth 100s of billions. Housing projects, law and order, environmental cleanliness, IPP, Health care services, road maintenance, citizen sensitization like "Spirit of Lagos", and so on.

Just imagine Sanwo-olu abandon all his major uncompleted project worth billions, won't that be wastage of money. PDP does that, so I encourage Sanwo to continue where he stopped. That's is progressive.

For those calling out on Tinubu, yes he is not a saint, but his vision for progression in Lagos State is highly commendable. For now, without Tinubu steering the wheel of affair, Lagos State will be like other state where successive government abandon projects of their predecessor.

Third mainland road is on maintenance while Lagos Ibadan road is on road construction. Ask any one that plus that road, it was total evacuation up to about 1 meter deep before concrete filling then asphalt.

That takes time if we want durable road except we want it the old way.

Hello Oracle55, it's true that lot of security job in Dubai pay well. And most of the job are through agent, however, there are lot of scam agent out there.

This is how it work. You pay between 600k to 800k for work visas and the employment. Your employer also secure accomodation for you. Once the visas is ready, it will be emailed to you. You can then pay for your ticket to dubai to start your new job immediately.

Don't pay anyone that say until you come before you can get the job.
The job should be ready with accomodation so that you don't get stranded and homeless.

It's sad that CAN could easily concluded that the objective of the request is to demolish church Dunamis. I expected a thorough investigation to confirm if all other church denomination were written. If mosques were written. If not, a court injunctions should be file against the ministry or better still, a response letter be forwarded to the ministry demanding why only Dunamis, and for what purpose are they requesting the information. 1. Nigeria remain in this mess because no previous government at the federal level ran a continues governance except this administration. Almost all projects from previous administration were adopted.

Any country that nullify projects or agreement of immediate past government can never develope.

For instance, Obasanjo privatized telecommunications, PHCN, Refinery, NPA concessioning, Project on major high way, and so on. Yaradua reversed must of them.
The benefit we enjoy from telecom will have been same on crude oil, Electricity, railway and so on.

Same goes to Jonathan on road and electricity.

But this government continued with the same pep contractor on all ongoing projects, paid them to go to site. Implemented Okonjo Iwela TSA, continue rail project and many more.

These are what make western world develop. This is why Dubai is improving.

If another government comes and change or stop whatever project like minigrid solution in order to bring in their own people will only set the country back.

This is just one of the reasons I prefer this government to continue.
Don't mistake this, I have lot of issue with Buhari.

You want names. Please get ready. Try and do your investigation.

1. Health Delivery systems. Take a visit to State hospital, (not talking about physical buildings). The service delivery has degraded. Health workers that were always on their toes during Fashola are now sloppy. I use general hospital all through during Fashola time but immediately Mr Ambo came he restructure the system. I had to move my family to Redington hospital. Their carefree attitude and health delivery environments are gradually getting worse

2. Housing Scheme. There were lot of state housing schemes that was initiated according to the master plan like Rent to Own, LagosHom scheme, State land residential scheme and so on. Where are they today. Note that in Lagos, Landlord use to collect 2 to 3yrs rent until policy were put in place to reduce it to a year. How many bill of such as Ambode pass.

3. Weakling State Ministry and department. Go to Alausa secretariat and ask. Most of the internal organ of the department has been render redundant. State Ministry work for instance were suppose to be in charge of inner road maintenance and repair but today almost all road has to be constructed by contractor from overseas.

4. Law and Order. Have you notice that Enforcement of law and order is weaken. Okada are gradually resurfacing on express way, Beggars are now everywhere. Soonest, if he is allow to be in government, the beggars will soon start rubbing in traffic.

5. Strategy power project. State Ministries including some state hospital and street light were powered through State power project but Mr. Ambo sack the management of the power project in the name of restructuring it. Do your research and find out the story of the day.

6. Climate Change. Plant a tree scheme on climate change and beautification of Lagos. I don't need to talk much on that.

7. PSP. Well, this become obvious because it affect the masses directly unlike those that have indirect effects but mostly dangerous. When something is getting rotten, it start from the inside, the outer part May still be looking fresh but for a time.

8. Transportation. This is another policy that will adversely affect the masses directly. How possible can you centralized transportation of tens of million of passengers. PSP will be nursery problem compare to collapse that the proposed transportation system will cause.

I can go on and on.
In summary, you don't stop house keeping fund, children school fees and maintenance because you are embarking on capital project like building house.
Ambode May have tried on his own, but he should have continues where other stop otherwise, Lagos State, other State so much envy because of the continuous progress will be like the rest of the states where each governor is concern about his ideas which ends with him as another governor is sworn in

Run away as fast as you can when you hear cars45. They are out to deceive you. My experience with them is terrible.
I bought a corolla 2009 @ 1.7m from them in January, 2018. Before purchase they refuse to present the true state of the car. You are only allow to move the car forward and back. You can't detect any defect in Gear, the legs of the car or the true state of whole drive train.

Current the car is still at the mechanic shop, complete drive train is bad costing over N180,000.00, AC systems costing N95,000.00, Electrical and gear systems still awaiting bill.

If I had been permitted to test drive the car. When I complained to them, their excuse was that I came with my mechanic for inspection.
Mechanic can't detect if gear is shifting without driving, neither will he detect a bad drive train.

Be warn. Run away. I am seriously regretting now
