No hacking happened here except some cheat social engineering or phishing.
Whatsapp uses device signature to generate OTP so 100% he gave out his OTP. Phone number was not hacked only whatsapp.

Why give out an OTP to anyone?

What if tomorrow the govt decides to relocate all businesses from residential areas in furtherance of the so called original master plan. Can you imagine traveling distances to buy a bar of soap from the supermarket or just to get a hair cut?

Moderation is key. Soundproof sitouts and bars and religious centers and sanction defaulters instead of shutting them down indiscriminately. For those religious centers without approvals, work with them to get them up to code and issue then requisite permits. People are going through a lot these days and religion and sitouts are our own form of local therapy here. That's why you don't have the kind of random shootings in public places here that happen every now and again abroad.

Fast forward to 2016 I already had 8 properties liters in Abuja , Anambra and Asaba. The financial expert made so much sense if I must say. Why drive a car of 7m or 8m living as a tenant why the landlord you are living in his house is driving a car below 2m. Who is the mumu? What I was trying to say is, plan well and don't measure with others.
