Well, conversion program is expected to take place twice in a year but as I write you, They are yet to round up the one of January. So the system at the moment, is tensed and saturated....those for conversion that have been kept on hold from resuming TS are as grieved as you're.

However, one thing is certain, you all will be contacted in due course. Any form of agitations from you guys is like telling the wind, the direction it should blow...it makes no difference.

For your info, all funds with all/any Nigerian bank is insured by the NDIC... the equivalent of the FDIC in the US. Their duty is to protect you, the depositor, from fraud.
If money is stolen from you by scammers online (and the money has been withdrawn, yes), once you lodge the complain and it is found true, you get your money back, then the bank goes after the scammers to recover their money.

There are only 4 or 5 assessment centers in the country and PH is never one of them. The South South and South East folks usually go to Enugu for AC.

Now for transfers, NIBSS controls each of them likewise POS. No system is perfect, so some network glitches may occur. Next time an issue happens like this, u just go to the nearest bank to lodge a complaint than ranting here because it will neva solve the problem.
