Burger01: Your hero in the third picture was not so brave. Why exposed the vulnerable child to fire when he could've bravely crept/crawled om the tiled floor towards the child. What if the child took a bullet while stayed in a safe corner bellowing to the poor child. To me that was not brave enough.. undecided
Who is easier to target a small child or a full grown man.
Please there is a difference between bravery and foolhardiness.

Sagaman: I am not a security expert.

But my common sense would tell me that (and I am writing this inchoately):

- First get a master plan of the building.
- Sweep it room by room, floor by floor and even all the ventilation systems to see if there is anyone hiding there or injured to rescue. And to find where the terrorists are.
- Once you know the locations in the building the terrorists are, secure it and cordon it with your armed officers without engaging in a fight.
- Then start negotiating but be ready to go in if you hear one shot.
- Negotiators can possibly help you get at least any kid hostage out.
Sagaman: I am not a security expert.
Then do well not to get loud and observe quietly.
Sagaman: - First get a master plan of the building.

You feel this suggestion is novel and unthought of.
Sorry this is sub basic and they have long done that.

Really, these are people who have given up their lives and you believe they are interested in negotiations.
Besides the number one rule of engagement in terror in America/the West (which you claim so much to know about) is that you do not negotiate with terrorists.

I didn't know you had nothing to offer.
That is why they kept asking you to proffer solutions knowing well, that will expose your crass ignorance.

Sagamite: You are reetarded!

Even police officers and detectives have to be trained except one is in Africa where fucktards like you run things.

Civilians or no civilians, as long as you cannot differentiate between a civilian and a terrorist (even though moorons like you in Africa would think you have juju to do such), you point your gun until you see that they are not a threat. COMMON SENSE! ...........................Which you obviously lack.

I wouldn't blame you too much for your emphasis on accidental shooting because you live in, or come from, a moronic "accidental discharge" country.

Well-trained officers would not accidentally be shooting just because they point a gun, WHICH IS WHAT THEY SHOULD BE DOING!

You are a complete person for that statement of saying:

"Thirdly ,the officers acted correctly by assuring the kids to run to them.If they maintained an attacking stance they could have scared off the children or the people fleeing. The best way to assuring traumatized people is to maintain a friendly stance and waving to them to run to you as fast as possible. If you point a gun forward the child will run in the opposition direction."

So while the police man is adequately covered, you expect a child to run exposed and be shot?

You are a professional person!

Only a fucktardious product of a failed education system would say the Kenyan forces are world class. It is fucktards like you that run the continent.
Someone presents a good argument and you go berserk with swear words.
Are you incapable of using uncouth language?

Katsumoto: Ok, lets have a small test and please do not run.

First - Identify one lie that I have told

Second - Find a thread where you or anyone with your type of position was able to best my 'straw man' arguments using facts and logic and not your usual yeye emotion and pride.

Please be man enough to stand by your statements; do not run off like a punk.

Lets start.
You may need to open another thread for that.

ibukun obi: gbosaa: Nonsense...why helicopter school??..

Who flies helicopter this days when our politicians and pastors are flying in bombardier jets..

That school need to upgrade sharp sharp..

I wish to enrol then get employed by Oyedepo and Adeboye.
Its my dream to be the first to fly our DADDIES in the Lord across Bermuda Triangle.

I think this guy needs education.
he needs to come to OIL & GAS Sector to know how important helicopter is to oil workers every day.
I will not say more than this.
I think he was just being sarcastic (believing that no human can be that plain stupid).
Apart from oil and gas, the health sector and police, NEMA, any body involved in disaster management, media etc needs helicopters.

HealthRe: How Do Doctors Calculate Medical Bills? by eaglechild: 9:35pm On Sep 18, 2013
Da gr8tosyn: This topic is interesting and I must tell you my experience in a popular hospital(forget about the name) in Ikorodu 2012, after going through a severe stomach pains in the evening of this day, I was rushed into the hospital, the young Doctor on duty said after doing test you are having ulcer make sure you eat early enough ok, gave me some drips, pills and about 5 injections, slept their and next day they brought bill of N35,000...I paid and left, 3months down the line I was rushed to the same hospital and test was done, this time it was in the early hours of the morning. I was given injection to relief me, placed on drip, and the Doctor was forced to say what was wrong with me...He final said food poison, fine! after four injections, pills and 4 drips next day morning the most senior Doctor of the hospital came and said young man you are having appendicitis, go and pay N140,000 and we will operate it for you (without evidence I said to myself NOT possible) then I asked him, Please can we have a scan to confirm it? He said I have tested you via the turning and your leg I pulled up to confirm you are feeling pains in the lower abdomen...I laughed on the inside these people are morons, they need some money...I quickly asked him again, Sir how much is our money for now after spending the 1st night he said N35,000again. Then and there I told my Mum, please tell these people I want a discharge I'll rather go to the General hospital for a scan. She supported and next day I prayed to God rejected the position of the Doctor...after few hours scan was done and they confirmed no traces of appendicitis. I laughed...Nigeria! may God help us.
Clinical acumen has a large role to play in the diagnosis of appendicitis
Ultrasonography has its limitations. While it may help confirm that one has appendicitis, it does not rule out its presence.
Its sensitivity is about 70 to 85% depending on the examiner/equipment.

In other words, one may have a seemingly normal ultrasound scan but still have appendicitis.
A good Radiologist will tell you that.
However, i am not saying that this applied in your case.

When you have doubts about the treatment you are receiving do well to ask the doctor, if not satisfied try and inquire from another qualified medical practitioner before drawing any conclusions.

The topic on billing is vague because in government hospitals doctors are not directly involved in billing.
In private hospitals bills depend on the expertise of the health team, the materials used, the location(the hospital pays utilities), the clientele the hospital hopes to attract etc.
It is somewhat similar to other professions, not all lawyers/architects/ engineers charge the same.

Delighted to see that there is a massive green campaign going on.
A lot of trees have been planted on the major roads.
The roundabouts are being upgraded.

That 82 division army hotel just seem to have emerged from no where.
The pace of work is fast.
The Secretariat is taking shape too.
EntertainmentBeyonce Pulled Off Stageby Fan At Brazil Gig by eaglechild(op): 6:37pm On Sep 16, 2013
Beyonce sparked up such a fan frenzy at a gig in Brazil that
she was pulled from the stage by a shirtless man.
The excited fan managed to clamber onto an elevated
platform in the middle of the crowd and yanked the pop
diva - mid-performance - into his arms.
Footage of the moment was captured by another
concertgoer, as two of Beyonce's security guards leapt up
from the crowd on to the stage to haul the singer back up
from the fan's embrace.
Dressed in a sequined, blue jumpsuit, she appeared
unfazed by the episode at the Estadio do Morumbi stadium
in Sao Paolo.
"It's all right," the mother-of-one told the crowd. "I love you
all," she added, before continuing with the gig.
The 32-year-old is currently on the South American leg of
her Mrs Carter Show world tour.
She is married to rapper and hip-hop entrepreneur Jay-Z,
with whom she has an 18-month-old daughter Blue Ivy
Carter.
