oily Yoruba: And like I said before, may what befall this stupi.d man befall you and your family in a million fold, Amen! Continue playing the victim in a country like nigeria, where nobody cares about the victim. Let me ask your dum.b a.rse....who is responsible for your personal safety? Safety or money, which is more pertinent? Going to church in boko haramic north or safeguarding your kids, which is more important? Answer these questions, battyman! You speak like an untamed child. You do not need to resort to foul language to pass across your argument, esp when the person quoting you has been polite. Try, and learn to be civil, I know it may be extremely difficult if not impossible for you, perhaps due to your upbringing, and present environment. However, you can overcome it, try and mix with people who are civilised . That way they can teach you how to act like a human being. Try and shy away from your kind, they will only encourage the use of gutter language. This is important because in the future you will have children, and it will be wicked of me to wish them to turn out like the present you. It is also disturbing that you lack the mental capability to analyze what I wrote, hence you decided to speak your own language, I may not be able to help you on that. |
oily Yoruba: And you shall die in the hands of the devilish hausa/fulani eventually, since you refuse to go back to where you come from. Continue making stu.pid excuse that you were born and bred in the desert north. May what befell this man befall you in a million fold, Amen! There comes a time when our humanity should take over our bigotry and tribal affiliations. This is such a time. The thousands of Kenyan Somalis are still living peacefully amongst the people whom there folks killed, without reprisal. That is a lesson for humanity to learn. Yes I troll sometimes but not with human life. |
Abagworo: I agree with you on the fact that critics have been unfair to Orji. He's just hated for not doing as much as rich States like Rivers and Akwa-Ibom just because his State happens to be stuck in between. I've been to Abia State recently and what I saw wasn't what people show on Nairaland and elsewhere. The cost of maintaining security in Abia State is quite expensive and people believe that the calm in Aba has been achieved without expenses.Orji is the worst governor on the planet. Is Abia significantly poorer than Enugu if at all. He is simply a failure. |
OP sorry for the situation. Having said that, you are a stuupid alarmist. Oh i can see the sensible mods or OP have modified the topic. |
Newyork surprised me. |
Very sad. May he rest in peace. |
This is VERY WRONG to paste unconfirmed allegations with real names on the internet. It is character assassination. If you are serious, channel your allegations to the school authorities. Thank God he is a lawyer, i hope he sues, clueless mods. |
Gbawe: Things are surely looking up after the "Locust years" of the PDP. If talent, in administration, continues to replace talent then the rapid development of the SW is a foregone conclusion. SW Governors are all working hard and healthy competition is now spurring the sort of development and infrastructural delivery that past PDP leaders categorically stated was impossible to contemplate let alone achieve in the SW.Is that Abeokuta in 3030?. The render is, shabby. What do the cream "matchboxes" represent? |
GodhelpNaija: This handlers/marketers will not seem to disappoint us more.Until the truth is been told, i doubt if GEJ will leave any legacy. To the recycle bin |
The moronic look on Mimiko's face is epic. ![]() |
mandarin: Its a nice one from the governor. Osun needs it a whole lot for those that can see into the futureThe same way Ebonyi and Ekiti need space shuttle launch stations for those that can see into the future. |
Uteghe :You are terribly sarcastic. |
agbameta: Na the ibo, anger, hate, bitterness and envy in you dey talk....Some gives an unbiased analysis of a situation it becomes "IBO anger". I don't get you folks, everything doesn't revolve around tribe. |
This project is a despicable waste of public funds. Most airports in the SW are ghost ports and barely functional. There are more pressing needs that will affect the majority of the populace. I wonder how many kilometers of rural roads, that project will construct. The gov is masquerading under the name of cargo. Which cargo? |
how many mins left? |
laplace19: "Insultive" is grammatically incorrect and kinda insulting. Said it once to a Britain with a half-Nigerian son and she almost ate off my head. Since then,I've learnt to call it "INSULTING""A Britain" is grammatically incorrect and kind of irritating. Said it once to a Briton with a half - Nigerian son and that put an END to our friendship and all the fun TIME we spent doings THINGS together. |
usmsam: Nawaoo. Ur H-factor is so strong that you even type it.omo you wicked oh ![]() |
oyinbogirl: Firstly....The artice said it occurred twice, which to me is not 'repeatedly' Second - I was not drawing comparisons, so you dont need to get uptight. I can defend it any country since i know how agile snakes are. I sure know they dont belong on planes, in fact they dont belong in a lot of places in which they have been found, do they?I understand, but we are talking about planes here not buildings. I think they should find out from other airlines how to keep their planes snake proof. |
dimdim001: I never knew naija was ever using right hand drive sef ![]() ASUU pls. |
nkem Kalu: EWU FERNANDA PO.......OBAMA DID NOT WANT JONATHAN IN WHITE HOUSE SIMPLE. WHY HOTEL IN THE FIRST PLACE? IS JONATHAN HIS GAY PARTNER?........TAA RUN AWAY JOOR........OR U GO HUG TRANSFORMER. ANU MPAMYour ignorance is shocking Your moniker is fake |
payless: American Presidents only meet with world's respected leaders at the Whitehouse. It is disrespectful to meet a Nigerian President at Waldorf Hotel for few minutes. Are u high? A UN summit is ongoing, that is the reason major Jonathan came to the US. But i guess you already know that. |
I know who he is. OP are you happy now |
This is utter disregard to elders. Leaving them to queue up day after day with fake promises of pension payment. This is very pathetic. Senior citizens are to be respected. I don't think it is peculiar to Lagos state. Oyo, Ondo and Osun have had similar problems in the past. We must learn to take care of our pensioners. |
oyinbogirl: Accident, snakes get in anywere sometimes unnoticed. They did what they should when they found out at leastYes, it's an 'accident' esp when it happens anywhere but Nigeria. (I wonder if you would have defended it if it happened in naija) Even when it involves the same aircraft repeatedly. My point is no need to draw comparisons here. Snakes don't belong to planes. They did what they should when they found the snake, but it would have been better if they had prevented it from occurring again. |
babeface3: I am proud of GEJ. He really tried and dodged skillfully some unnecessary questions from that lousy looking gal. Oyibo no get respect oh, how that gal go dress like that dey ask some yeye questions. Who be Obama wey go draw concerns and "cries" from Nigerians becos him no com naija. And oga Jona ansa that one well. You last paragraph got me ROFLMAO But i'll say he did well. |
Most boring thread this month. Sorry op, just a fact. |
ziccoit: This is a country with working system. I wonder what would have been the response from our side; if it had been us.Working system my foot. If it's Nigeria would you have said the same? You would have been cursing everyone involved. The same airline, same incidence twice this year. That is negligence to me. |
Keneking: If na Nigeria, the plane could have probably proceeded on its journey and allowed to die in freezing temperature of -40 C degrees.Abeg park well! If na Nigeria... blah blah blah Has a snake ever been found in any Nigerian aircraft. This is the second time this year it is happening on a Qantas flight and instead of you to state the obvious lapse of the airline you go about spewing crap like a brainwashed geek. |
Good one Waiting for Fashola. |
Rochas appears to be running a fraudulent populist government. All contracts are awarded to untested companies who carry out substandard jobs. In a bid to appear people oriented, he makes funny decisions which end up putting him in trouble. Then he comes up to defend himself with inarticulate verbosity. Imo is the richest south east state in terms of federal allocation, yet as compact as Owerri is, he finds it difficult to use top of the range contractors to execute projects. What you see are random bulldozers grading roads haphazardly. Disproportionately large roundabouts that are abandoned halfway, Fancy street lights with suboptimal functionality, NO real capital project. When you see govts constructing 2 storey buildings in strategic locations in the name of schools and painting them every now and then, it just reeks of fraud to me. These are the sort of projects designed to win over gullible people, while the major immediate needs that require heavy govt funds like rural and urban roads etc are neglected. |
Saw his post match interview. The guy speaks very well and comes across as intelligent and humble |
