That is exactly what we are talking about integration.
Anyone should be able to hold any post anywhere, and where better to start than the center of excellence Lagos the most multi ethnic state that should be a leader in the process.
An Hausa man should be able to be governor and an Igbo man should be able to be commissioner of works. No ethnic group should dominate that is the beauty of integration.

We are simply talking about integration and national unity, what has that got to do with arrogance and ungratefulness.

What do you mean by a foreign state, I don't remember any Nigerian needing a Visa to visit Lagos, Sokoto or PH.

That is what I called a primitive black man idea of self-aggrandizement. It is nauseating people are creating territories when there is need for unity among humans in advancing humanity.

I can't seem to understand why you so much have to fashion a scene of dividing the people and ask for mutual respect. It never worked that way. Mutual respect comes from a scenario where there is unity and trust. There is no way people who don't trust each other are going to have respect that you are asking for. What you said is typical of average African person. I cannot believe a well read Yoruba person in a developed country is still having such a primitive mindset. These are the same things which give rise to many bad vices like supremacy, abusing other people's rights, cultural narcissism, fanaticism, hate, crimes, etc. Nigerians haven't learn from those who passed through such conditions in the past. [b]Imo is the State with best streetlighting in Nigeria. Uyo has no streetlights and so is Enugu compared with Imo that most villages have streetlights. [/b]The entire Owerri has streetlights. The entire Oguta is same . Even highways are being done with streetlights.


The intensity of the lighting is low in the solar powered ones and higher in generator powered ones. I prefer solar as they are always functional even without generators and hence prevent leakage of public funds.

90% of corp members posted to Abuja influence or pay money to be posted to Abuja. I don't see any reason why someone would want to serve in a place like Abuja and Lagos without having plans for his accommodation and PPA. The problem with Abuja is their the number of Corpers posted there are more than the available PPA so the ones without connection get rejected. There are many states in Nigeria in need of corpers with decent accommodations and low cost of living but most corpers would rather want go serve in Abuja and lagos. I served in Enugu and it was a really nice experience for me. Most of us in Enugu got good accommodation and PPA and rejection rate was very low. Prospective corpers should stop influencing their posting to lagos and abuja without having good plans for PPA and accommodation.

You are right on the street lights. Most of them produce white instead of the usual yellow lights, I have no problem with white lights infact I prefer them, but the ones Rochas uses are so dim you wonder what difference they make.
