TheCabal:Sometimes it is important u understand that every1 cannot share ur opinion. I'm no biafran but when ppl say the movt is only supported by jobless sycophants i'm forced to comment. A group of ppl believe they would fare better outside d Nigerian project and even you who is aware/enlightened and understand that Nigeria is only moving in CIRCLES still come online to insult dem.. They have decided to take their destiny and that of their region into their hands its either u do same for yours or observe. |
This is really poor reasoning I must confess.. Although Etisalat moving out still has some policy flaws attached this is just Reno dropping a sentimental and flawed perspective to a complex business decision. |
crestedaguiyi:It doesn't hurt to use ur brain. A trial would be enuf to convince you. RIP man |
Its more than that sef!! Is it until ppl lose their lives b4 they would do sth? |
Fearlez:I give up.. You somehow know what I had in mind? I said u wea right. Pls read up our chat, and look up d meaning of flipflopping. |
Fearlez:U are really struggling to score a point and I can't understand why. I said it should be in quote and u wea correct on dat count, now I advise you get in touch with ur English teacher or anyone u respect so dey can explain in d simplest terms dat brothers-in-arms is NOT gender specific and I would have used it in d first place!!! This guy stop bugging me jare Pls point out the grammatical pratfall ![]() |
Well this is as honest as this DISHONEST govt can get!! First it was suggested they open an acct for recovered loot, dey declined. No one has come out to give a clear figure and we all know why.. The budget would be financed mainly by BORROWING.. Second forget about dat diversification shit There has to be peace in the Niger Delta, and the govt must have invested (bribed) a lot to keep the cash cow in good shape.. We are still oil drunk, budget of recovery indeed. |
Fearlez:Yea it should be in quote... Esp if I was writing an article for publication or sth not for an online comment. If it was what u wea erroneously thinking then d actual word I should av used was brothers-in-arms regardless of d gender. So do you now see how dumb you sound? |
Fearlez:Oooooooh dis is really NAUSEATING! I was referring to a movie "sisters in arms" dea is no clear cut meaning for your word sisters-in-arms |
shinarlaura:The pleasure's all mine |
shinarlaura:Well French turns out to b my new obsession so I'm tryna be friends with more French peeps. Unfortunately Nairaland ain't too friendly diz days and d Op just about put forth a funny hypothesis. Well we would probably meet in subsequent threads, so for now I'm good. |
Fearlez:Chai dis I-TOO-KNOW is really desperate to teach me oooooo. OK I av heard you, just do a quick Google search and if u still can't phatom the exact picture of what I was driving at, then your IQ must be lower Dan room temperature in Kelvin (k) |
shinarlaura:You're Cameroonian? Leme have your number, email, IG and Twitter handle ![]() |
Fearlez:At least fearlessly look at the balderdash you suggested. Or run a quick Google search before you shamelessly make a fool of yourself |
MzLarem:So no romancelander was nice enuf to correct your grammatical miscarriage? Even ur sisters in arms? Please before you resort to ur saucy default mode just change the 'result' in ur post to 'resort', u even made d mistake twice!!! |
darlenese:Are you married? I know someone married to a bunkerer and she didn't have the slightest idea! Is it so difficult to understand that these ppl ALWAYS have a cover story, separate SIMS and speak in codes? Everybody na Wiseman for Nairaland. Some of the ladies sharing same opinion wif you even dated cultists/executioners while they wea in their various tertiary institutions and dey didn't have d faintest idea! BOTTOMLINE: Some ppl are very very very bad and really good at covering it up |
All I see from page 1-8 is basically 'hasty generalization' and undiluted hatred, but deep within the fears of each commenter remains d same, tho subdued but still obvious to the discerning eye. CAN NIGERIA(NS) INDEED LIVE APART? Well I would answer by simply saying Nigeria cannot continue to live this way, this fact is clear to 180mn Nigerians (toddlers inclusive). Can the electoral system give us what we want? NO In the words of Machiavelli, "the most difficult thing to bring about is a new era, those who benefit from the old era would do everything in their power to resist change, those who would benefit from the new era would never do enough because humans are LETHARGIC in nature". No region wants to start from the scratch, we are instead using Nigeria to achieve our selfish desires! No one is interested in contributing to the development but instead want to be developed by Nigeria. We must build a country based on patriotism and respect for the sanctity of life.. This is almost unachievable in the much touted ONE NIGERIA!! I suggest we act like enlightened democrats and adopt restructuring quickly followed by a REFERENDUM |
This govt is really UNSERIOUS Politicians loyal to the APC have information on a PDP case? In fact they are even trying to indict the Chief Justice! I don't think d APC is ready to step up performance, dey are just hoping dey can get into position UNOPPOSED!! |
Billyonaire:Long time no hear |
Lalas247:Lolzzzzzz, replies like dis made me follow d thread to Page 3!!!!! Oya help d guy wif visa since he's butt crazy! I'm not into d big butt thingy (dislike dem sef) but I love smart ladies wit good sense of humor. Keep it up. |
Gooooosh.. Let's look into dis properly. Pls nobody should come and insult Buhari here ooo |
Bolustical:How would you take online gist this personal This is national development we are talking not tribal banter.. |
This is jihad against a jihadi state ![]() |
Ikoyi billions ![]() |
sarrki:Well, as much as your comment runs parallel to the subject matter, I'm glad to see u.. Back to topic: There should be an intervention plan for d South East too, if u love ONE Nigeria. After all, the other cases are no different from theirs. Well it don't mean dey should go up in arms. Back to you: Where you go? |
TayeJiboluwa:Thank you sir... |
PROPHETmichael:Hmmm tonight's own: War happened and despite receiving calls dat ppl wea coming and seeing ppl running and scampering 4 safety, I couldn't really run. The things I was holding kept dropping and after picking it up I still couldn't run. My bag also seemed heavy. |
Lolzzzz very funny. Someone even alleged the DSS!! Well, I'd rather not give him too much credit, for all I care he may just be a PMB die hard. As for his absence, either he was banned or he lost his fone.. |
9jakohai:Before you run all over the thread, trying to explain away incompetence, I also need to let u know that this govt has Removed subsidies Raised taxes Plugged Leakages Raised interest rates Steady oil income Eliminated corruption. Still we have over borrowed for just 1 budget!!! We still need to borrow for the second budget! We have sold oil above the budgetary benchmark hence we have excess crude account increasing. The painful thing is, there is NO commensurate infrastructural development. |
Abg its not cheating until you are married!! The 'serious' bf may even be doing worse or better still would do worse when his financial status improves.. Get your phone and enjoy. #MyOpinion |
Well, this dream has been a bit consistent. I mean I've had it for 3 times in different forms.. Its always like this: I would be in a place and sth terrible would be happening, in some cases terrorist attack, cultists attack or something, people would be running in different directions but me I'm always confused about wea to run to and when I do, I don't run very far.. I end up seeing the assailants but they don't come to me cos I wake up almost immediately. Pls help TayeJiboluwa |
