We still have a long way to go.

ISIS is fighting JIHAD. Boko Haram is fighting JIHAD. Khomeini encouraged JIHAD.

If you continue to argue, I will be FORCED to paste verses of al Quran that mandate all Muslims to fight JIHAD.
The BIBLE is clear, everyone will give personal account. You want the verses?
So you get your lessons about Islam from ISIS BH and Khomeini?
How would you feel if my reference to Christianity is from Reverend King LRA and the likes.
For the avoidance of doubt what ISIS BH and whatever terrorist group is doing is totally condemned by Islam, and they are condemned by the 99% of the world's Muslim population.
trying to quote Quran out of context while trying to defend the bible. Go and check the bible first how many verses equally oder the killing of people in different chapters.

No Igbo man can start JIHAD to kill his own brothers so that another tribe will begin to rule his land.
Igbos would create their own Sultan, instead of yielding to any Caliphate in Sokoto.
Christianity thrives in Igboland because it encourages liberty & progress, everyone is individually answerable to God, not to Israelites, or Saudi Arabians.
I don't even where to start replying you.
1.go and ask what Jihad really mean.
2. So igbo is compatible to Christianity but not Islam? That means you don't know Islam, or the Christianity or both.
3. Everyone is answerable to God? says someone who confesses his sins to another human.
4. Israelites or Saudi says a person with a pope.

Good question.

But then, all four are in danger of 1 of them being knocked off the conveyor belts of wives because El-Rufai is seriously wooing Buhari's daughter.

So to make sure they do not violate the 4 allowed by Islam, one has to go. And it could be be the one celebrating birthday. grin grin grin
Oh really? I didn't know that. But that's not fair divorcing a wife to marry another. What if he was in her shoes? would he like it?

Pls teach me how to dry tomates cos its so abundant here in abj. Am literary swimming in tomatoes now.
RIP to ur dad.
Thanks, we'll the drying is pretty easy;
1. get a clean surface preferably outdoors ( we used to do it in our farm) you can achieve this by spreading polythene sheets or roofing sheets.
2. slice the tomato in halves and place them on the surface the cut side facing the sun.
3. Drain any flowing liquid in the tomatoes. leave it 24h out there because even at night air breeze continue the drying.
4. pack and package when they dried. Due to hot sun during dry season in my area, this process takes less than four days.

BTW am a Chemical Engineering graduate so my aim is to get a simple low-cost technique in making the sachet tomato paste.
All the best. tolzy90

Is it not too early to boldly assert the rejection Buhari would face at the poll in case he opts for a reelection? Methinks his performance would be the determining factor, although, his performance rating is below par for now, you know there could be a dramatic shift?

As for Saraki and Atiku, I think Nigerians are too enlightened and informed to allow such characters lead them. They both represent the establishment
Even if PMB performs so below expectations there's none to defeat him in 2019.
Politics › Re: Jonathan’s Camp, Senators Kick As Sheriff Leads PDP by EazyMoh(m): 10:03am On Feb 17, 2016
sapiosexual1:
2019 would perhaps be the most interesting polls we'll witness, a straight fight between the North. Northern votes would be divided, Buhari's corruption war would have put him at daggers drawn with 'the establishment', The Westerners would realise they were scammed by the false hope of APC's change, the southerners.......well, blood is thicker than water. I can only imagine what a Ribadu (PDP) versus El-Rufai (APC) candidacy would look like. Perfect contest.
Keep deceiving yourself that PDP has a hope in the north with PMB in active politics.
PDP does not stand any chance to win any tangible votes in the north, not after boko haram carnage which the northerners generally blame PDP for. In my place it's considered a sacrilege to vote for PDP.
Your comparing El Rufa'i with Ribadu, Ribadu that contest for presidency but couldn't defeat an unknown Bindawo in a fair contest! compare that with the ridiculous gap El-Rufai gave a sitting governor, almost Quadrupled!
even if Atiku+Kwankwaso+Tambuwal+Saraki+any other converted PDP member leave APC and gang up against PMB, they can't defeat him in 2019!
You can take that to the bank.
Politics › Re: After Buhari’s Second Term, Osinbajo Should Serve As President For Two Terms – E by EazyMoh(m): 8:49pm On Feb 14, 2016
Knowledge9000:
That's what I'm trying to explain to you, If a Northerner runs, he will win if at least SW or SE/SS supports him. Meaning, his Northern vote block is already assured but he needs one of either SS/SE or SW. Example... Buhari comes to mind. Buhari would have lost had GEJ won SW with larger margin. Now with a Southerner running, HE CAN NEVER WIN WITHOUT SS AND SE. Osinbajo can never win without SS and SE because even if SW voted him 100%, he can never secure more 30% of northern vote block because the Northerner PDP will adopt will take at least 70% and with SE and SS voting for him, he will win with landslide. That's my point!
Guy stop mentioning PDP in your post abeg! Nobody will vote PDP like that in the North again. In case you don't know PDP is seen as generally responsible for Boko Haram in the north.
Even at that no northerner can contest against PMB.

Fashion › Re: Hijarbie: Haneefah Adam's 'Hijab Chick Barbie' by EazyMoh(m): 8:58pm On Feb 04, 2016
flyca:
Pls can someone explain to me the essence of this hijab. I heard its supposed to make ladies "unattractive" to the opposite sex except their husbands. Pls is this true?

If its true, isn't the Barbie in red dress "attractive"? And then, why its being applauded? Most of our Muslim sisters dress that way too. Why cover head and leave out chest? Isn't the chest more appealing when it comes to sexual attractiveness?
Also, what of the elaborate make-up? Is it still in concord with simplicity in dressing?

Pls these are my honest questions.
Thank you
Well no Muslim behavior/action/dressing or whatever shall be used to define Islam.
Islam is very categorical on every aspect of Muslim life; from the way a Muslim shall dress, look, walk, eat, speak, laugh, sleep, talk make love to your spouse, ease yourself, sell/buy, borrow/lend, .....in short how to do literally everything! How a Muslim does all of those life activities is entirely his/her choice.
Nobody is expected to observe all these rules perfectly, but we are expected to do our best and obey as many rules as excellently as possible.
To these Muslim women (even married ones) who dress in decently it's completely their choice/fault, and they (are supposed to) know it's wrong Islamically.
There's no rule in Nigeria even in Sharia states where those dressed like the picture you posted can be challenged. That's why they can dress anyhow they like despite been Muslims.
Personally am more concerned with the negative effect of harassing those that decide to dress in the Islamic way, like the Lagos secondary schools Hijab issue.
Hope my explanation helps. Feel free to ask anything.

Look at you, more than half Muslim names have their origin from biblical roots. Here is some..
Adamu is Adam
Musa is Moses
Isah is Jesus
Ibrahim is Abraham
Maryam is Mary
Haruna is Aaron
Yusuf is Joseph
Daud is Davud
Sulaiman is Solomon
Isma'il is Ishmael
Yakubu is Jacob

Ishaq/Ishaku is Isaac
......... the list goes on. you shall also note almost all the biblical names where corrupted when they were translated from their original languages like Hebrew through the centuries before finally ending in English.

Is it just me or is that last tweet actually true? 90% of the time when a wrong number call comes in, the person on the other end speaks Hausa.
Three reasons contribute to a high probability that a wrong caller speaks Hausa.
1. The Hausa man is more likely to make a mistake when dailing number because we all know they are least technologically sound in Nigeria.
2. Hausa speakers speak Hausa more than any other language, that is even if they do understand that other language. They only speak English to you when you don't understand Hausa. They are proud to speak it.
3. There more Hausa speakers in Nigeria than any other language. So probability is rises their likely to be the ones here as well.

Cammo:
I'm not buying her into marriage with money. We've been dating since early last year and have been talking about a future together. Now she's in school but is having difficulties paying up her bills. I can afford to assist her throughout her 4 years but my friends think it wouldn't turn out good in the end. I'm considering so many things. Her mom is a widow
And what if some other guy offers to assist her - she'd definitely leave me
Go ahead and sponsor her wholeheartedly.
You can't control what happens in the future, nobody could!
Just make sure you don't strain yourself financially or otherwise in taking care of her.
worst case scenario she falls in love with someone else and decide not to marry you at the end. You may be heart broken for a while but you will get over it, while that betrayal will haunt her forever.
Best case she cherishes you more and you will have a great married life together.
I personally have been supporting a lady I wanted to marry, but it didn't materialize at the end, but the financial support is the least of my regrets.
