where have you been? Prepaid are manufactured in Nigeria as we speak, and its proudly written on it,I bought 4xsingle phase meters and 1x3phase meter in my building this feb in PHC, the 3 phase cost me 75k and the single cost me 45k each

It doesn't apply to masters. You will start and end it at your study center. But I don't know for project supervisor oh, Because I was told few of them may told you to see them one on one. But my advice for you is to ensure you commit yourself to serious reading, except you don't want to go beyond masters. I don't think NOUN is running M.Phil for those who couldn't meet up with PhD grade.

The email I received from NOUN last year was that there will be some instances you have to be physically present at Abuja during the course of your PhD studentship.

As I much as I liked this program, the requirement of having to visit Abuja during the course nullified its usefulness to me.
