The desperation of getting jobs has made some person's accept as low as $8 as salaries per hour. And sometimes when those in Vietnam try to discourage others from coming, they feel is coming from a place of hatred...No...it isn't, Moroccans, Algerians, Egyptians are bin paid higher cos of the skin color factor. You would reject a job cos of the low salary but a fellow black skinned will accept it wholeheartedly cos he needs to survive and obviously there are no jobs. Companies are gradually reducing their pay,if u complain they'll ask you to quit if u aren't okay with it cos there are people readily available to do it.

This isn't true, you can't apply for a work permit with a student's visa. If you are a student who wants to work you must change your visa before you can get a work permit. And changing your student visa means you'll do a visa run.

I got this particular info from a group...how authentic is it please?

But now I think with the scarcity of job and instead of you getting stranded over there
This information is for fresh applican
I advice you go with tourist and enter low province college route then pay tuition fee as low as $400
Within some month in school you will apply for work permit once they notice your document is through school route wallahi they will issue you work permit immediately

Thanks so much Ebony.
Will the $400 include both Vietnam embassy's documents authentication or just the Visa fee?

No... it's just for visa fee.... Vietnam embassy authentication is $100 per document

That means that the Bsc, C1 and TEFL will be $300?, huh!, that's much but nothing man pikin go do.
Do you know the amount for student's Visa?
How tedious is the process of obtaining their Student's Visa at their embassy in Abuja?

Thanks for your time mate.

Student visa is $400, it's not tedious to get...Walk in,pay and pick up your visa.

This statement of yours is a BIG FAT HUGE MASSIVE LIE...
Stop decieving people, because you are looking for money, you wan serve as middle man between applicant and university...do it but don't tell lies...
Ps: You can actually send mails to schools and they'll reply you...
If they won't reply, why did they put out their email address to the public...

Hi guys. I have want to give an update. I returned to the Ikoyi immigration office yesterday (Tuesday) because I got an email on Sunday that my son's NIN did not verify. Immediately, I got another email that his payment was accepted. This was confusing so I used Monday to call someone in NIMC office Abuja to verify the NIN and went to immigration on Tuesday. When I got there, I went to servicom and spoke with the guy who helped us with name change. I had called him all day on Monday but the guy was not responding well to me. Which kain thing be this? When I got there, he checked the system for mine and my son's passport. Bot were accepted so he asked me to disregard the email I got.

Some guy gave him enrollment number, he captured in January. Dude asked when he could expect this passport, the servicom guy said the dude's way is still far.

Then I asked him when should i expect to collect in the best case scenario. Dude smiled and said he is hopeful for June. Hahahahahahaha, we have a family trip in may, we are yet to buy tickets and prices are climbing daily. Oga, o need these passports by end of April.

So dude asked me to pay 10k each and that I'd get the passport next week. I paid men, if ticket prices increase peren, I'd spend about 50k more per person.

So that was how I switched from TeamDIY to TeamFastTrack. Fingers crossed till next week.

Las las, if you have time, Omo DIY is the way, I don't believe I'd have collected mine in June but I don't want to risk trying it out, it'll spoil a lot of my plans for the year.

@Toplap I asked for my enrollment slip so I can see the date that I am to collect but as someone alleged, they do not want to give the slip, obviously because they do not want you to have the date either because they want to scam people to FasTrack or because they don't want people bugging them.

*Please did you pay any money to verify/validate the NIN?

Please I need help,i captured on the 5th of April, till now the officer helping me said my application hasn't been submitted because my NIN isn't validated..
Meanwhile I did my NIN more than 10yrs ago,i was even texted that the plastic ID was ready tho I never went for it...
And my main lines linked to NIN are currently still functioning despite the line blocking brouhaha...
Please how do I go about it,is it possible for a NIN of more than 10yrs not to be validated?
If yes,how do I go about the validation please??
I need help as I need the passport ASAP..
Thank you

School route recently has proved be easiest means of getting visa approvals. You can apply to schools of ur choice and wait for decision on ur application. There are thousands of schools here to apply.
In Vietnam, most schools here will require u do a 10 months vietnamese learning program once you enter b4 u can progress with ur program while some are core HD English program and won't warrnt the 10 months vietnamese learning.
Processing admission and inquiries on admission can be tiring due to language barrier. You will send mails upon mails upon mail to ur school choices and not get any feedback just cuz the person in charge doesn't understand English and not ready to use translator thus makes the process a hard one. Some schools reply but at some point you might stop hearing from them which doesn't necessarily mean they don't want you but laxity from the person in charge.
So after some months of no reply from the schools I wanted to apply to,I had to talk to a Nigerian in Vietnam who then explained to me the above reasons why I didn't get feedback . He however told me it was easier if you had someone over here meeting them on your behalf as a middleman cuz most of them now speaks vietnamese and can converse with them in their language which the understanding better for both parties easy but doesn't mean you can't get some schools that reply mails (few).
Intake starts from August in Vietnam while few schools does two times enrollment per year (March and august ). Admission processing in schools varies. from paying and getting ur admission forms to processing it then getting govt approval without govt approval u can't enter cuz they haven't opened the whole borders then you get immigration too . The school will apply for the govt approval on your behalf and doesn't take time to get a result on the approval if granted or rejected.
N/b if you have someone here helping you out he or she will always disturb the school to hasten the process of getting all necessary doc's for you which is the advantage else the school will opt you into joining via online classes (ur data go hear am).
After getting the necessary doc's and approval, everything will be sent to you either through the school or the middleman then you can fly in. Upon your arrival at Hanoi airport, you will present ur approval and then pay for ur visa on arrival which is either 1yr single or 1 yr multiple as you wish. After expiration you can get 4 years once (for undergraduates) mind you , you can apply for trc.

B4 I drop the pen, be wary of the schools you enroll with most of them are not ready to push for govt approval and will always tell you they are waiting for when things gets better that's how you will graduate from home via online classes. I hope this helps tankioooo!!!

Thank you for all you have said so far..but please how do we know schools that aren't ready to push for govt approval, can you help us please with schools that can get us govt approval fast since you are already there?
Gracias Sir

I told you the other time to apply to IUTH, Edo State . They just resumed this January. If you did Anatomy Bsc, you have no reason not to get admitted. You can still try your luck call or even visit the school and state your case.

Finance is my challenge..private son are expensive,I can't afford it
