In Rivers state LGA chairmen are allowed to pay salaries alone. The Governor is the emperor who wakes up and decide on which road to be constructed in each LGA. If any LGA chairman dare try to go against the Governors directive t such chairman will be suspended and that’s his end. So many community roads are been constructed by Wike and there will be fun date when flagging it off and commissioning. Examples of LGA roads constructed by Rivers state government are. SARS/ Rukpoku, Ada George to B3 by Y junction, Location road to Chinda.

This is a major road @new road, the road is a no go area cause if it rains it floods. Sometime ago ,the road was put into consideration but the contractors abandoned the project. It's getting to 3 years and nothing has been done about it. Posted pictures can attest to that

But why do people always say that DO NOT hate your father no matter what he has done. This is bullshit. I used to think i have a good father ( i later realized i was only naive to undertand the red flags, then i was young) until after my NYSC.

Now listen to this:

Just like the Origonal Poster, after i finished NYSC, my father collected copies of my CV, and made me to think that he's helping me towards getting employed, i didn't know he was pretending and wants me to grow old in his house. I thank God for the hustling spirit i have and a patient wife God gave me.

He went about visiting Alfas, Fulanis to check my star (this he mentioned to me himself) ... But why?, he's been wanting to halt my progress...

Truly, it was just after my NYSC POP that i started having this dream that someone stole my car, or my car tyres were stolen and replaced with bicycle tyres. I had these stupid dreams for 6yrs+, and on weekly basis.now i dont have that kind of dream anymore

All these attacks from my own father. What could i have done to warrant all these !, i did nothing.

He even mentioned to me face to face that at my age(last year, i was 33yrs) that i&my wife should still be living with him in his house and that we (wife and i) should still be collecting feeding money from him. Lol...i recorded all his utterances on my phone.

Slandering me&wife's image evrywhere. This and many more insults hurled at me and my wife and children.

My mind has been heavy for years. Maybe i will write something about this in the diary section someday.

Now with all these and many more, wont you hate your father?

I HATE HIM, AND I think about KILLING HIM WITH CUTLASS everyday (no exaggeration). He hurts my soul. I pray God will help me take revenge on him.

OP, be independent, move out from his house(it may not be easy but do something), stay away from him ooo, thank God you are not married yet so ask nothing from...and pray Hard!

Most parents are scared if u start earning big u will challenge them but they fail to realize the importance of a better life . Cr7, okocha, mikel and co are already securing ways for their kids in football academies so they won't suffer in life I rather not give birth than bring a child to regret, into pains that would later put him on the evil side

My dad told me when I was in primary 4 that he can no longer pay my school fees... It was my mom that continued paying it... My dad added nothing to my life... It has all been my mom... But I never hated him.. Now he is even sick.. I care for him more... And I thank God my mom is not a mom that would insult my dad or say bad things to him... Don't mind that guy typing trash about how he made it selling shoe and stuff. If you dig deep now you'll realize he got favoured in one way or the other, but like some guys do, after helping them succeed they start claiming that they did it themselves and how they are "real man" instead of acknowledging those that helped them. Many guys are fund of that and that is why I find it hard helping some guys especially if I discover that the person is the arrogant and ungrateful type.

Having said the above, I'll advise you still not to hate your dad but try hard and embarrass him with your success!
Dads are meant to push their offsprings especially when they have the wherewithal. Many men work hard to provide succour for their children and give them leverage in this competitive world, but some prefer to spend their money on small girls and alcohol and I'm sorry to say that your dad belongs to that category. However, don't hate him. Rather make do with the support you get from your mum and work hard.

At least, when you eventually make it, your dad will not complain that you take better care of your mum than him. He'll be too ashamed to complain anytime you change your mum's car.
