I force my key inside. I hate it when keys weigh my pocket down and the noise it makes while i'm moving faster. |
frankyychiji:Says who? Since when? And for what reason? Abeg park well. That can NEVER happen! ![]() |
DropShot:The greatest deception that people have is from their own opinion. Good day, man. |
DropShot:Just to stoop a bit petty to your level : You are not more pro-buhari than i am You didn't contribute more to the installation of this government than i did. I do not claim to have more grasp of current realities than you do. So try to contain your emotion. It shouldnt be personal. |
Topeakintola:Your point of reference is merely a negligible error that is common with most reports. Do not wait to be fed with boring specifics. Discern! An encouragement for the president to utilise the human resources available to him should not be seen as an unfair criticism. |
NOETHNICITY:Honourable, i get your point exactly. But a report like this does not come with simple specifics and wanton elaboration. It is a leaked report with lots of clues. Pls, my posts on this thread should not be seen as anti-Buhari. |
dearpreye:My response to this issue and constructive criticism of the Buhari administration (when the need arises) is far different from a typical, unintelligent wail. It might interest you to know that the more Buhari falters, the more I blame GEJ for failing to make himself a choice. |
DropShot:I did not expect them to state their reasons in clear terms. No-one does that! Remember, this is a leaked report of ministers disagreeing with their president on a foreign mission. Do you know the degree of courage demanded, and the sensitivity of the issues of contention for such a thing to happen? Where have you ever heard a thing like this in the world? The ministers' argument bothers on issues of national interest. Think about that. |
dearpreye:I am not, and will never be! Some of the president's decisions are very suffocating to national interest. National interest supercedes sectional obligations. It must always take precedence in governance. |
Buhari keeps portraying himself as one who is running a punitive, sectional government. Anger and vindictiveness leaves no room for creativity. What effect can the likes of Osinbajo, Fashola, et al make in a government whose president understands very little of current dynamics but listens to no one other than the decisions of the Northern Elders Forum? |
Buhari should listen to good advice abeg. There is more to governance than the repatriation of stolen funds and jailing criminals. His ill-advised (and unnecessary) delay in making key appointments is part of what led to the mess we're currently experiencing in this country. As much as the war on corruption should be sustained, the president need not make it his own personal priority. There are lots of government agencies with competent hands to do that, with full presidential backing. |
He should be thrown into jail thereafter. Tax evasion is a criminal offence. |
There is no communist country in the world in its actual sense, except of course, North Korea which is more of a rogue, totalitarian and isolationist state than a communist entity. Like someone mentioned above, China has gone full-blown capitalist with individuals setting up businesses and becoming multi-billionaires. Chinese communism died with chairman Mao (Ze Dung). The Chinese communist party does not reflect economy system. It's just a relic of its past. Even Cuba has abandoned communism with the recent lifting of economic/trade/diplomatic embargo by the US. Communism is not a sustainable political/economic policy. It is an oppressive ideology that only benefits members of the communist party (who are exclusively the ruling elites) and their family. |
Rotimi Amaechi is the man that wailers love to hate. Keep soaring higher, honourable minister! |
It is not for you to say, Mr Secundus. It is the business of EFCC to find that out. |
The Wailers will just read the headline and scream "Propaganda!" That's what they've been programmed to say. |
doctokwus:He obviously thinks this is Jonathan's administration where political appointees were recommended by criminals. |
Congratulations to them. Edo state has a caring and pragmatic Governor.. |
TonyeBarcanista:This guy don decamp. ![]() Hilarious but commendable! ![]() |
AtlanticBreeze:We in the SouthSouth know how to call the miscreants among us to order. Can the same be said about you gull-ibo people? You biafridiots are fond of cheering the worst among you. You adopt and deify criminals, kidnappers, looters, rascals and fraudsters as heroes, leaders and role models. But they inturn lead you to destruction. It is not a coincidence that you're shocked by this kind of news. |
Congratulations to Peterside. He is the undisputed choice of Rivers people. |
meccuno:Respect is not demanded. Respect is earned. The likes of GEJ can only demand respect from gullible plonkers like you. |
PRYCE:Why you go want your chief thief to talk? What does a well known thief have to say that can invalidate the loads of overwhelming evidence against him? When the time comes, he will be forced to talk. He can't be silent for too long. |
Mtchww! Clueless, incompetent and reckless drunkard. The grand patron of corrupt rascals. |
godfirstawe:If hunger can kill a human being, what is in a man's face that it cannot change? They Are Ibos! ![]() |
Weedcrusher:Then, history will be too eager to repeat itself on them till they eventually learn. |
Weedcrusher:So sad that they keep cheering Nnamdi Kanu to bring this calamity upon them once more. ![]() |
Psalm18:Only God knows what Jonathan and his cronies would have turned edo state into if he had won re-election. They had their plans rolled out already, and had started causing chaos and making the state ungovernable in the months leading to the last elections. But God made them to know where ultimate power resides. Remember how Oshiomole hosted a party to celebrate Jonathan's defeat? There were so many things that happened, and are still happening. They are not too complex for the discerning minds. But (some) Nigerian youths just chose not to understand. |
dovelike:Typical wailers. Flee from the haunting message, join the bandwagon to attack the messenger. You will never see them discuss the issues in a post/report. All they do is expose their defficiencies by throwing insults here & there. You think you can better your lots this way? You just have to read the comments up there to discover the reason why Nigerian youths are no longer taken seriously by the politicians that rule over them. |
Thouught they would give it to Jonathan...their hero |
