Smartchoiice:How bout recommendations for an inexpensive one? |
Smartchoiice:Go our thread give me feedback for my speed sensor troubles biko |
ibukunobi = 1 Haters/Demeanors = 0 My man keeping up with the replace not rebuild tradition, more funds to your aza |
radautoworks:Nah, their problem. I just might get it from you if Bought 12 Bosch spark plugs from pelican, they weren't cheap. Got a couple things off them ranging from fuel pumps to fuel filters, even an expansion valve for my AC. OEM parts are not cheap, anybody claiming otherwise is being economical with the truth. The most annoying thing with this speed sensor issue is that I can't use cruise control |
Hello weyreypey I need a bit of help, Mercedes Benz w211 E320 4matic ABS Wheel speed sensor (front left or right). Woke up last week to ABS, ESP, malfunctions on the dash. Scanned, and got "front left wheel sensor implausible value". Car hesitates a bit (not very noticeable but I feel the transmission is struggling... Information no too complete for am to take make him mind up as to when to shift or change gears ), during kickdowns or abrupt braking.Got some knockoff TIBAO speed sensor, fixed the issue/car automatically cleared the malfunction codes for 3 hours or so and came back in full. Drove back to the spare parts shop and changed it for a star clone - worked for a couple of days/again car automatically detects new speed sensor clears malfunction codes and brought them up again. Can't afford to order an original STAR fron Pelican now (sh*t is damn expensive and shipping will probably take at least 7-10 working days). Can you help me place a call to your dealer for a toks STAR, HELLA, BOSCH unit for a 4matic? Not tibao, autokaf or any other clone that may lead to limp mode.

weyreypey:Sup bro? |
I love taking this sorta pictures, maybe I'll create a drive-by photo thread. HeavenlyBang and Radautoworks, Smartchoiice all have high res cameras, don't tell me your camera rolls aren't saturated with photos as lovely as these ones ![]()

9icetoo:I never race a Corolla. The owners think what they have under the hood is a v12, they will never back down from a Learnt my lesson the hard way yesterday, going forward I'll avoid any Toyota that looks and sounds healthy irrespective of engine size or model. I'll Bully the unfit ones ![]() |
Smartchoiice:He has offered you a drink and kola, what else do you want the man to do.? ![]() |
mammanbawa:Dey give men steady joy - sotey men come give peace a chance to reign for here finally.

HeavenlyBang:Na person wer wan dey buy engine like my man Logobenz go see over 300 unleashed horses for road still decide race am with any 6 cylinder wer Mercedes build. Even with our V8 S550 - I'm not sure I fancy my head to head chances, unless the infiniti's driver is a rookie. (before the behemoth M273 wakes after a furious kickdown to push that heavy chassis, the sleeker G35 go don dey create gap. Never really taken the M35 on a journey (too low to the ground, worse than my Merc in this regard), but my neighbour swears people are always afraid to disrespect the sleeper whenever he's on a roll (who won't fear 4 exhausts) ![]() |
mammanbawa:Your voice dey very loud, reduce the volume ![]() Gazzuzz go dey empty Corolla and Sunny speedo like no man business, maybe one of these days him go like try the Lexus 260km challenge, if him hold am stand Runs out of thread |
dannybrasky:Please, we love the Dalai Lama version of you Smartchoiice:You sure say no be beer parlor you bin wan post this pishure? |
dannybrasky:The way you mind your business these days eh... That's a new level of cool
|
kingreign:Senior man, I dey your side. How every? |
mammanbawa:This I know very well. On clear roads (how many dey dis our side sef), there's little that can trouble any mechanical sound Merc except another Bimmer. But once you slow down in front of a pothole to save a few bucks (low profile tyres, undercarriage issues and suspension problems), you'll be playing catch up with that Corolla/Rio you left way back. |
rationalmind:Damn, gotta follow that channel asap
|
Smartchoiice:You own an Audi or is it a Volks Passat?. I don't envy your repair bills in a month , Humor me this, how many days in a week do you get to drive either without visiting the neighbourhood Mecho |
kingreign:Mehn, na just respect most Toyota owners dey show luxury cars for highways, if not team rebuild and or replace for the get plenty work every single day after dem carry their AWD pursue low cost FWD |
Iogobenz:Consult me for AC issues with Mercs, been there done almost everything - Boys don suffer for this Merc waka sha |
Hazardfan1:It's well brotherly, hopefully Gazzuzz will be able to help with regards to your Golf 4 engine request. Just hit him up offline |
kingreign: HeavenlyBang: mammanbawa:Nah, I should have seen this before going head to head with a face lifted 7th gen Hilux. Just getting into Calabar now (skipped town for an inauguration in Ugep with my old man), pretty sure that Hilux driver has taken a shower and had lunch by now. Any momentary gains I made on open roads with a w221 S550 4matic between Ugep and Calabar, my nigga made up for it with the bad sections of the road. Infact he held his own pretty comfortably on open roads at 140-160km easily, could have taken pictures but old boy will not have that ![]() The excuse could be made that my driving skills are shite, but what in God's name does Toyota put in their puny looking engines? I remember 2 toks 09/10 Corollas trailing I and kingreign last year from Lokoja to Uyo (he drove and I can testify he's driving skills are up there). Yet we were neck and neck with those bad babies inside an E Class until one eventually had a flat tire. ![]() |
Here we go again ![]() |
engrezenwa:Yeah, so I've heard. Was aware of its application on the 202. Thanks for the clarification. happydude:Okay baba, understood! |
Smartchoiice:My guy normally |
