I pondered over certain things at night &:reached a conclusion that Lampard, aka Brit-sentiment should just honourably leave the club or sacked immediately.....I foresee failure with him

josephine123:
Ok , thanks

I finally got paid this afternoon.. but

I got 1month (september) salary instead of 3 months.

I assumed duty on 1st of July , I did my IPPIS capturing at the middle of July.

Please I need someone who had experience of delayed payment due to delayed ippis capturing to tell me how the arrears were remitted.

Did u get one first ? Or got all together?

Thanks

Congrats. I believe arrears will follow.
What organisation are u?

josephine123:
Ok , some said after 3 months..

I assumed duty in July and was fortunate that the Ippis people came in that July, so I rushed up with my documentations and also got captured.

But no alert yet.

Well this September would make it 3months.

I actually don't know about the 3 months analogy. I got paid the very month I was captured. I strongly believe it depends on when your establishment sends her PV. IPPIS is just a channel of payment but your organisation sends the list of those to be paid in a particular month while IPPIS has the platform to pay each staff what is due him/her based on certain parameters & allowances in the IPPIS platform

josephine123:
Thanks for this.

I have been wondering...

But how long does it usually take to pay the first salary after capturing?

My pleasure

It's normal to wonder and be worried

Payment is made once your agency sends payment variation including your name. PVs are mostly sent on or before the 10th of every month of payment

josephine123:
Please I need help to locate my precise IPPIS number..

I did capturing already and I have my enrollment slip with me.

But the number on it is very long with space, - , alphabet inclusive under a barcode.

I need help to identify the ippis number which I can use on ippis website as my number.

You can't find your IPPIS number on your capturing slip. Be patient, when your first payment comes, a payslip WOULD be sent to your email indicating all your details including your IPPIS number

Wow that's so amazing but wait ooo has it changed the current pump price of petrol or the cost of one cup of garri? Abeg different issues de worry us here.. leave albino matter for nature

The bill as you rightly said is just a proposal made to the National Assembly which has to go through the rudiments & scrutuny as in other bills ...follow up before been passes into an act once the president assents to it

The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), has transmitted the much awaited Petroleum Industry Bill 2020 to the National Assembly and has proposed the creation of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited.

The bill, which was sighted by our correspondent on Sunday, also proposes the scrapping of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency.

hoppcee:
Bro I’m not fighting you. You shouldn’t have used the word “implement” if it’s just a bill in the National Assembly. Implementation can only take place on a lawful basis.
I think @awele has a full understanding of the Petroleum Industry Bill. NNPC has not been privatized yet and it’s not “company limited”. It’s still a government corporation.

The bill as you rightly said is just a proposal made to the National Assembly which has to go through the rudiments & scrutuny as in other bills ...follow up before been passes into an act once the president assents to it

Hahaha, Don't be quick to judge. He/She may not know-how a letter for the secondment of supervisor look like.

Its not judgement but been face straight... anyways, with your comments, I pass... happy Sunday

Houston17:
I understand you and agree with you. You're right, but sometimes, we need guidance and asking for that isn't a bad thing. Should I wanna give u a sample of say SOP, I'll tell you expressly, do not copy cos plagiarism checker will catch up with you.

Guidance is more like impartation, it doesn't rid of your role but save you from pitfalls ahead which ordinarily you'd have fallen into should you wanna do it yourself.

Yea thats why I quite agree that we can assist one another because no one knows it all but to depend on everything or relying upon copy and paste is a total no-no for me. ...no harm intended but just for us to move forward and be confident in our abilities especially when the chips are down & no one is around us

Houston17:
Baba calm down, on top say person ask question na im u give dat kinda response?I saw your post on a PhD thread where someone asked for a sample and all you did was jump into conclusion. Haba abeg be calming down.

Sometimes, asking people who have once passed through same phas you're bout to go through save you a lot of unnecessary stress.

No needs, thank God you read my write up. Im just confused on different people requesing for same stuff... Are you saying Theres no originality anymore? Are we moving forward with this type of mind set? I dont know all, but I prefer to fall , learn & rise again

Oshin56:
bro if you cannot help, you don't have to talk just look away.

Seriously, do you think you are helping if you compose a text for him...you can guide and assist...put him through rather than spoon feeding. We wont learn in that way
Thanks

Kingdemu:
If you can't help out, shut up and move on. FYI, we have each other's backs on this thread.

U wanted to be spoon fed abi? U better learn little little things & big ones will be small hills

badmajor:
For your information its not as if I can't write a text, bt there's a format. And mind u w're dealing with VIPs not the ordinary people we meet on the street everyday. Saying I need a reminder text doesn't make me dumb or uneducated. Nairalanders are always so quick judge.

We are still saying the same thing. you just lack self confidence. You need to be original. No one is perfect, what You wrote above is enough text message to be presented anywhere
Secondly, vip u said? Please erase that from your reasoning. God alone is supreme & He alone is VIP... Im pretty sure you dont consult anybody to compose prayers for you to God!.... Be yourself always. Compose your text ...

badmajor:
Pls good people in the house, I need a good reminder text I can send to a VIP that requested for my CV. I want to remind him hence ive not done that since he requested for my CV. Thank u all and God Bless.

You need someone to compose a text message for you? SMH..... The country is finished, derailed & lost. I give up

KelvinCoaster:
What kind of sample?

He or she is looking for a COPY AND PASTE material. No originality, our interest becomes one & collective. I didnt say anything please.

yemi1504:
Peace and way forward in this contraption of a Shithole country that swims in injustice? You must be joking! Taaahhh! Take it back!

Every man gets exactly what his mind & heart desires for..I come in &: for peace.....happy sunday

Is he still shouting?

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, on Friday, in Akure, the Ondo State capital, dazed everyone at the residence of Afenifere leader, Pa Ruben Fasoranti, when he chose to sit on bare floor in reverence to the nonagenarian.

The former President, known for his criticism of the current administration, visited the home of the Yoruba leader, Pa Ruben, in Akure.
CRIMECHANNELS gathered that the Prominent leader on Friday clocked 95, and OBJ as he is fondly called by several persons was there to pay homage to the visionary leader.

Obasanjo also showered praises on Pa Ruben while wishing him a happy birthday, there were other prominent guest at the home of the nonagenarian.

Meanwhile, the former President, Obasanjo and other prominent Nigerians attended the launch of an autobiography in honour of Pa Ruben.

I read most of the chats above and my heart bleeds, I'm deeply worried. No one, not one, is talking of peace and a way forward...kill, death, destroy...it's really worrisome and disturbing.
What do we really learn from our education? What are the morals from our religious establishments? What is our young and tender awareness translating into?
I thought we'll be suggesting policies and strategies, analyse developmental agenda and creating room for tolerance and trust but all I see is bloodshed, hatred and blasphemy....I weep for my country, I wail for our future, I fear for the children yet unborn.....is there still hope? Do we still feel like humans? Where is the place of consciousness and sympathy). I'm hurt and down....I'm lost

Cursed be he who foments all of this wickedness....

TEHRAN.... another good one

KelvinCoaster:
Visit any PG library in a University within your location.Preferably,a Federal University, you'll see similar topics then you identify gaps that you can improve on.

Goodluck!

Thanks for your prompt response. Tried that in few schools around, state & federal but nothing meaningful came out as the subject matter seems to be a virgin one to most of them. Empirical study such as this is better carried out in crisis thorn areas.
I will extend my tentacles anyways. Thanks once again

And he is still smiling?

I'm just hovering round and around this deep dark empty spacious pit of want and despair, searching for that knight that will show a brother, who is in dire need of some love....make a brother smile please...

1464081 bet9ja for the weekend pls

Good day all. Please I am in dire need of topics hovering around roles of agencies such as NSCDC in the rehabilitation resettlement and reintegration of IDPs... Roles of traditional institutions in the security architecture of a community and any other suggestion in the field of security and Strategic studies.....sources of materials too will be highly appreciated. Thanks

Hello everyone,

Its been exciting reading everyone's story and man, I am super pumped about the prospect of joining this thread as a 'bonafide" member shortly.

Anyways, I'm here to solicit for information regarding marriage certificates in Nigeria. I am aware that this thread is the wrong one to post this, however, I am looking to leverage the wealth of information from the diverse contributors to this thread.

I recently got married during the lockdown at a Local Government Registry, followed by a church ceremony at my in-law's church in Osun state. The certificate issued from the registry bears "Intergovernmental Marriage Certificate". Shockingly, further checks on Ministry of Interior's website https://ecitibiz.interior.gov.ng/home/FAQ says's the following:

MIN-faq

My question thus is, are marriage certificates issued by Local Government Registry's recognized by the Express Entry program, or do we consider recertifying our registry certificate with the Federal Ministry of Interior?

PS: I should add that the church, CAC, issued us their branded wedding certificate but I am not certain about its validity for immigration purposes.

Thank you.

This guy too needs someone's help, advice or assistance.....some of us can also learn a thing or two

Anwons:
Thanks

Always a pleasure

I personally do not have an iota of trust for me fellow Nigerians, I dont care if the person is a religous leader or a monk.

I have discovered that many are crooks that don't like paying for goods and services, always looking for shortcut to everything.

Yet will still expect the country to move forward.

9jatriot:
No, he just finish with that one. The bypass meter na NEPA na.

Heheeheehee...inside life

9jatriot:
Nigerian airways?? U go soon reach that one turn.
