BREAKING: Terror Bandits has Murdered retired Air Vice-Marshall Mohammed Maisaka alongside his grandson in his residence along Makarfi Road, Rigasa in #Kaduna. He’s Proprietor & MD of MSK Hospital Rigasa which less privileged residents has greatly benefited from his benevolence

Certainly a case of a planned murder. According to Saleh Bala (InLaw to deceased) “Bandits had first gone to the boys quarters & picked his physiotherapist (also a NAF personnel), who they forced to lead them into the main house, in commotion they also shot dead the physio”

They responded to my sister’s plea to them to also kill her but the bandits said they didn’t come for her, & left the house without stealing anything or threatening anyone further. AVM Maisaka had been paralyzed from a medic condition for about 3 years & in rehabilitation”

The proposed ranking structure is correct except for Levels 06 and 07 where it's written as AIC and IC instead of Inspector II and Inspector I respectively.
